00:27deliver the constitutional reform to the National Electoral Council in a reasonable time and
00:33to proceed with the referendum elections in the country.
00:37In this context, he also stressed that members of the failed opposition bench have reappeared
00:42to cause confusion and sow fear among the Venezuelan people with regard to this constitutional
00:48reform.
