Insurance premiums rising for a growing number of homeowners

Along with the cost of so many essentials, insurance premiums have risen sharply making it prohibitive for a growing number of homeowners. Insurance companies blame increased climate risk, severe weather and higher costs but an ABC investigation has revealed there's another factor driving up premiums and there's no transparency around how it's being used. Turns out the younger you are, the more you pay.
