00:00Hello, everybody. Welcome to the United stand. Manchester United go out of the FA Cup on penalties to Fulham.
00:07And I've got to say, there is a lot to say, but I had to take a couple of minutes out before I went live,
00:13because I think I would have exploded on the wrong angle here.
00:17I am very unhappy about how we've lost that game. And I will discuss those points, player ratings, of course.
00:24But overarchingly, I mustn't be distracted. And that's why I needed a couple of minutes out,
00:29because I'm absolutely fuming about why we are out. But this club is so close to being finished, it's scary.
00:39Like, it goes beyond losing a game on penalties to Fulham. The club is broken. It is demolished.
00:46It is destroyed. It is miles off. It is horrifying. It is heartbreaking.
00:54We just simply aren't good enough. And we're not going to be good enough.
00:58And we're not going to get any better because we are absolutely dreadful.
01:03People talk about systems. People talk about formations. But that's not responsible for footballers doing the basics.
01:12And too many of our players can't do the basics. They don't play the right pass.
01:16They shoot instead of crossing. They don't know how to hit a ball properly.
01:21They just smack a ball, hopefully, anywhere. There is no discipline. There is no respect.
01:26There is no talent in that team to the level that is required.
01:30And whilst I'm absolutely gutted that we are out of the FA Cup in such limp circumstances,
01:37the reality is Fulham are a good footballing side. And as much as I'm angry,
01:41it would be totally and utterly disrespectful to Fulham to say that they didn't deserve to win the game on a penalty shootout.
01:48Because a penalty shootout is a lottery. And we put ourselves in a lottery at Old Trafford.
01:53And Fulham have got every right to celebrate and be over the moon that they've gone to Old Trafford
01:58and won on penalties and they're into an FA Cup quarterfinal.
02:01So I say applause to Fulham. Well done to Fulham, a well-run football club that's better run than Manchester United.
02:08And you are there. And I said it before, we knocked Arsenal out on penalties.
02:14How many more penalty shootouts are we going to scam? If it's a penalty shootout that you're moaning about, I agree.
02:21And I don't understand certain picks in that penalty shootout.
02:24But the bottom line is we had two hours at Old Trafford and we didn't do enough to win the game.
02:31And I think there are a multitude of reasons for that. I think when you look at the bench,
02:35it's shameful that he's bringing on teenagers because that's all he's got.
02:40And I thought Heaven and Martin did well, but they are teenagers because that is the squad that is inflicted on Ruben Amrin.
02:48Casimiro, Eriksen, we're still using them when they weren't really good enough at the end of last season
02:55and they're still here now under a different manager. The team's just not good enough.
03:00It's not good enough. And I said it at the end of the game before penalties, we're not getting through on good performances.
03:07We're not winning games on good performances. We're winning them on battling performances.
03:12And for me, Dalit was man of the match because he battled and he had a good performance.
03:18But in an attacking sense, I felt in extra time we should have won the game, but we didn't do enough to win the game
03:26because every time we had an attack, it was always the wrong pass or the pass instead of shoot.
03:34We just don't have the discipline or the technicality in the final third. It was exciting at times,
03:40but there was even a point towards the end where Masraoui wins the ball fantastically well.
03:45Obi Martin's pointing, knock it ahead of me into the box and he turns the other way.
03:50And you're like, everything just happened so many times. And I'm not saying that Masraoui had a bad game
03:55or Xerxe or Bruno or anybody else or Gnaccio or anybody else, but they don't play the right pass at the right time.
04:02And other teams do. And these players need accountability or replacing or competition for places.
04:09And Arim just doesn't have that. He can't take Gnaccio off in extra time if he doesn't play the pass
04:15because he's got nothing on the bench. He can't take Xerxe off if he's tired and he's not playing the right pass
04:20because he's got nothing else on the bench. And that takes me back to where the real issue are.
04:25450 people have been sacked in six months. Charities have been cut. Ticket prices are going up.
04:31This football club is on its arse because Ineos bailed out the worst thing that's ever happened
04:37to our football club in its history in an ownership sense.
04:42The Glazers are the worst things to get hold of Man United and they're still here.
04:47And this football club is on its fucking arse. And I know there's protests next Sunday,
04:52but maybe there needs to be more than protests because this season is basically over.
04:57And this is what I want to talk about before we do player ratings and go back to the game.
05:02I can't shift away from what I said and what I have said.
05:07If we don't get European football, I think we're staring at oblivion.
05:11You cannot dispute what I'm about to say. The world knows we're desperate.
05:17In the transfer market in the summer, everybody is going to try and add money on
05:21and everyone's going to try and take money off what they want to buy.
05:24They know we're desperate to sell and desperate to buy.
05:26And Man United are happy for that to be out there publicly.
05:29In no way, shape or form does that make us in a position to be able to negotiate with anybody.
05:35We are desperate. Financially, we are desperate. That makes us weak.
05:38That makes us really, really weak because we are financially screwed anyway.
05:43We now can't win the FA Cup. We can't play in the Europa League next year.
05:47We won't get up the league table and there is no other pathway into the Europa League
05:51because if we win the Europa League, you're in the Champions League.
05:54So it's Champions League or bust for Manchester United. It's Europa League or bust.
05:58That is it. There is no rescue by finishing in the top seven in the league.
06:03And there is no FA Cup like what Senegal got last year.
06:06We have no chance of doing anything domestically now. We are absolutely done.
06:12So it's Europa League or nothing. Now, do you think we're good enough to win the Europa League?
06:18I said we would win it in January. I suppose I have to stick by that.
06:22What's the point in a prediction if you're going to change it? But that's it.
06:27There is no room for error across two, four, six. What?
06:34Sorry, two, four, six, seven games. There is no room for error at all.
06:40Have you watched this recently? So if we don't get into the if we don't win the Europa League
06:45and we don't get in the Champions League, Man United have got no European football next year.
06:49That is tens of millions of pounds of lost revenue. Tens of millions of pounds.
06:54We may even have sponsors that don't pay us as much because we're not in Europe.
06:57So we are in big, big trouble. And whatever this Ineos plan is,
07:03it's failing spectacularly on virtually every level. This is terrifying.
07:08And that was always going to be the problem. We don't deserve to win the FA Cup.
07:12We don't deserve to win the Europa League at the moment. But what we're staring at is oblivion.
07:17And that is terrifying. It really, really is.
07:22On the game itself today, I'll go through the individual player ratings.
07:27I know what I said at the end of the watch along, and I'm trying just to be calm here.
07:31And I'm going to read some of your comments out. But yes, I've seen Victor Lindelof take a penalty before.
07:37But answer me this. You have Bruno Fernandes, Deleuze, Casemiro, Lindelof and Xerxe as your penalty shootout takers.
07:47Where is your penalty shootout?
07:52I don't care if they miss. I don't care if they miss. Xerxe and Lindelof missed.
07:57But they are technically gifted attackers who know how to strike a ball.
08:03And Lindelof's penalty was absolutely shit. And I don't care if he scored penalties before.
08:10He's been injured for most of the season. And I don't care if he scores penalties.
08:15And I don't care if he scored penalties before. He's been injured for most of the season.
08:21And was pretty shit when he played the game today.
08:24I don't get why, oh, I'll take one, is taking one. And I'm still going to stand by that.
08:29And I was angry at the end of the shootout. And a penalty shootout is a lottery.
08:33But I don't get why we played for two hours. We get into a penalty shootout.
08:38And we're basically sending players up to hit the ball hard.
08:42Like, I want a bit of technique. Bruno's penalty was technique.
08:47Deleuze's penalty was technique. Casemiro smashed it. Lindelof smashed it.
08:52Like, we've got technical players. We've got technical players out there.
08:58And if Amirim's gone with experience, it's on the manager.
09:01If young players don't fancy it, that's a shame.
09:06But I don't think that that penalty selection was good. I think that was inevitable.
09:11Casemiro smashed it. Lindelof smashed it.
09:14And look, Anana's not very good at penalties as well.
09:17But I don't blame Anana for it. But it's a penalty shootout.
09:20I'm not going to judge the game on a penalty shootout.
09:22As I say, congratulations to Fulham. I was disappointed with the selections for penalties.
09:27But Lindelof might have scored it. They might have missed it.
09:30It's a bloody lottery. But why are we in a lottery?
09:34Why, when you get a home draw in the FA Cup, are you going to penalties?
09:37Because we weren't good enough to win the game. We weren't good enough.
09:40Penalties was the right outcome and we lost the lottery.
09:43The reality is the team is not good enough.
09:46And we're all angry. We're all frustrated. And I would urge you to do this.
09:52Instead of getting angry at individual players or the manager or anything like that,
09:57look at what's happening to the overall football club.
10:00It's never been this bad.
10:03Nobody can sit here tonight in the comments and tell me it's never been this bad.
10:09The team is done, says Stig.
10:11This football club has never been in a situation like this.
10:15And we've been in some right holes over the last decade.
10:18This has never been as bad.
10:20You think about Van Gaal when he got sacked and Mourinho came in.
10:24There's a few hundred million.
10:25You think about when Mourinho got sacked and Ole came in.
10:28There's a few hundred million.
10:30When Ole got sacked and Senhard came in, there's a few hundred million.
10:33Amram is here. No money. No European football.
10:37A shower of shit squad that's completely and utterly unsuitable for how he wants to play.
10:43Some really talented young players but not enough experience to help them.
10:48The squad is imbalanced everywhere you look.
10:51You've got people in their mid-twenties that aren't at the level they should be.
10:54You've got teenagers who need people to nurture them and they don't have the experience.
10:58This team is an absolute shambles.
11:01And we've got a manager in charge who is also learning on the job
11:05with a team that doesn't suit the system he plays.
11:08We literally have made a fuck-up of this club under Ineos.
11:14They have made a catalogue of errors.
11:17They've somehow taken a football club that was sinking under the glazers
11:25and have put jets on it to make it sink faster.
11:28I didn't think it was possible for anybody to...
11:32I actually remember when Ineos came in and I said,
11:34I expect the next two years to be good because there are so many open goals you can't miss.
11:39There are so many things that could be done.
11:41They can't miss their open goals.
11:43And they've missed. They've actually missed them.
11:47I can't believe they looked at a manager like Ruben Amirim who plays a system
11:55we've never played at this football club and we don't have...
11:58We have never played a 3-4-3.
12:00We have never played with three centre-backs at any period in our history.
12:05We've done it sporadically, one game here, two games there,
12:08but it's not part of our identity at all.
12:11And Ineos have gone, let's get a guy in for the first time ever
12:16who plays three centre-backs and let's get him to do it with a team that can't do it.
12:22I don't have a problem with the appointments of Amirim.
12:25I like Amirim. I will back Amirim the same I backed Ten Hag.
12:29I like Amirim. I was excited by Amirim.
12:32But was he the right pick at that time for this football club
12:37if they were going to do what they've done?
12:39No. When we brought Amirim in, I'm sure every one of you thought the same as me.
12:47We're clearly going to spend a lot of money.
12:50We're clearly going to change this system.
12:55And we didn't. We didn't.
12:58We've literally gone and got this Michelin star chef with an identity
13:04and then not given him the ingredients to cook it.
13:06And that's why we are. And that's the people in charge of this football club
13:10who are just obsessed with a regeneration project.
13:13Oh, regeneration project with the government.
13:16That's all they're bothered about. Building a big stadium.
13:18Have you seen how many empty seats there were at Ipswich game?
13:22Have you seen how many empty seats there were at Fulham?
13:24Look, I'm sure there were still over 70,000 there,
13:28but we never have that many empty seats.
13:32And it was sporadic and maybe only 1,000 people weren't there.
13:35But that's not normal. That is not normal.
13:39People are starting to wake up to what's going on here.
13:42We are literally being manipulated and treated like shit
13:47so that they can survive and make money out of it.
13:50This football club not being in Europe and finishing in the bottom half of the table
13:54is scandalous. It's absolutely scandalous.
13:58And yet we're sat here staring into that, hoping that we can do something in Europe.
14:04And I don't see how. There is no width in that team.
14:08There is no speed in that team. There is no confidence in that team.
14:13There is no identity to that team. It is a bunch of players running around
14:18not knowing what the other player is going to do.
14:20How many times, like even an extra time when Xerxe gets it and he turns that way
14:24and Bruno's like, we're here. We're on the other side.
14:27You're telling me on the pitch they're not shouting at him.
14:30We're on this side. Nobody knows where anybody is.
14:33That's why they all take so many touches.
14:35Look at the goal. If I'm Ruben Amrim, look at the goal, right?
14:39All game, Deleuw gets the ball on the left-hand side because Fulham don't care about him.
14:43They're like, let him have the ball.
14:45Ball goes out to Deleuw. First time cross, we score a goal.
14:49But they don't want to do that. They don't want to do that.
14:52Right, let's do the player ratings.
14:54BNP says I spent 120 minutes in that ground clapping mediocrity.
14:58Time for protest, time for change. Rest in peace, says BNP.
15:01Look, we're going to do player ratings. We're going to talk about the game.
15:04If you joined a little bit late, I'm a little bit late because I needed a few minutes.
15:08I was going to lose my shit about the penalty takers, about loads of things.
15:13And then I took a deep breath and I went, hold on.
15:16There's a bigger picture here. This club's on its arse.
15:19It's actually dying. It's dying.
15:23Are we going to moan about a penalty shootout loss?
15:25Are we going to talk about why we're in this position?
15:28450 people sacked. You know, charities being money cut to.
15:32Ticket price rises. The club in the worst position it's ever been in.
15:37It's embarrassing where we are and it goes bigger than an FA Cup game.
15:41At the end of the day, I said in the preview that Fulham were favourites and they've knocked us out.
15:46Why should I be surprised? The club's on its arse.
15:49We've employed a guy and given him nothing.
15:53We've got players that clearly aren't good enough still being used.
15:56The club is a shit show and the owners are sat there and they don't know what they're doing.
16:02That's the chant. They don't know what they're doing.
16:04The club is a fucking mess.
16:05If anybody out there is under any doubt as to how bad things are at the football club,
16:12I genuinely think it's about to get worse.
16:14So if there is any action out there to try and make change at the football club,
16:18the time is bloody now because I can't see this getting better.
16:21If we were looking to sell players to buy in January,
16:24what the fuck are we going to do in the summer?
16:26We're about to have a £50 million hole in our budget because we're not in Europe.
16:31Fact, we're going to be £50 million down.
16:35We're still going to have to pay all the interest on the debts.
16:38We're still going to have to pay all the money we owe on transfers.
16:41Where are we magicing up a budget for Amram when we're going to be tens of millions of pounds down?
16:51We're financially fucked and we're about to screw ourselves even more.
16:54If we don't win this Europa League, we're done.
16:57And are we going to win the Europa League?
17:00I'm not so sure.
17:02I'm not so sure.
17:04I think it's very, very, very concerning.
17:07Let me just get rid of that.
17:09Mark every player out of 10, six being the average.
17:11Links in the video description for the player ratings.
17:16Get on with that. I'm about to start in a minute.
17:18But let me just catch up on some of your comments.
17:20How on earth could we win the Europa League if we can't even get past Fulham?
17:23Says Dave King. Fulham are a good team, Dave.
17:26I mean, Fulham might beat Sossiedad.
17:28Let's not disrespect Fulham. I think that's the dangerous thing.
17:31Fulham are a good team.
17:33We did quite a good job against Fulham.
17:37We didn't lose. We did quite a good job on Fulham.
17:40We defended quite well against Fulham.
17:42Fulham are a good side.
17:43It wasn't a shocking performance, but we were at our very limit.
17:47And creativity is not there.
17:49We had enough of the ball to win that game.
17:53But in the final third, we're shocking.
17:55We're so bad in the final third.
18:01Defensively, OK. Final third, shambolic.
18:05For the amount of ball we had, we didn't create enough chances.
18:08I guarantee you and the rest of the United stand can't get a game called off with your reach.
18:12You can un-unite the fan base and orchestrate the downfall of Glynios' Lidlon quality.
18:16Sir Alex was Man United when he left the club.
18:19Aspirations went with it, says Shotgun Justice.
18:21Anana is liking that photo.
18:23I'm still getting 200k, says Joey.
18:26I hope we lose horribly to Sossiedad.
18:28We shouldn't be in the Champions League, says The Ruby.
18:30We made Shirley Bassey look world class, says Freaky.
18:33Don't let a penalty miss from a Xerxe take away from his performance.
18:36He was good today, says Eben.
18:38That Anana smile in the ratings picture must annoy fans, says Joey.
18:42Glynios secretly rubbing their hands at this.
18:44They'll use No Europe for more cuts, says Ardo.
18:47Old Trafford to the ground, says Carlos.
18:50Lindelof and Xerxe, absolute disgrace.
18:52Shocking, says Daniel.
18:53Stupid people are Xerxe out.
18:55Xerxe in, Glazers out, says John.
18:57Obi isn't ready.
18:58He was barely pressing with the ball.
19:00He was half decent, but without the ball, he was useless, says Jamie.
19:03So angry, mate, says Brandon.
19:05Everything went wrong from player performance to penalty-taking choices.
19:08Watching United is like having a roll around with your missus,
19:11then your mum walks in, says Akka.
19:13Glad Fulham won, but United just weren't lucky enough.
19:16I think the future is bright.
19:17Don't drop your heads too much.
19:18Go again, says JK.
19:20Why do we not close down opposition players, says Moses.
19:23There is no quick fix.
19:24We've tried that enough, says Anthony.
19:26Edward Stevens, welcome to Members Club.
19:28It's Man United by name only, says JamesMUFC.
19:32I'd love to know Gnacho's goals per shot, says Robert McCormack.
19:35And Ananda slows down the build-up of the game.
19:37He pulled off some really good saves, but he has to go, says Eric.
19:40Says PJ.
19:41Thank you very much.
19:42I'll be honest.
19:43That was on Amrim and his choices, says Jahid.
19:46Well, I've caught up on your superchats there.
19:48Whom are you blaming today?
19:49Rasmus.
19:50Players do not have feeling.
19:51What is mean by United player, manager, owner, players.
19:54Everyone is disappointing at this moment.
19:56I'm not blaming individual players, and I'm not blaming the manager.
19:59The club is on its arse.
20:02Fulham played well.
20:05We played well.
20:07We were both very similar, and it went to penalties, and we lost.
20:11I'm furious.
20:12I'm distressed.
20:13I'm upset.
20:15But you can choose to get muddy in the puddle,
20:21or you can look at why it's raining.
20:23And yeah, I understand everybody who's screaming and shouting
20:27in the puddle, but the rain is from Ineos and the Glazers,
20:31and that's where I'm looking, because this is not actually surprising
20:35when you calm down.
20:36If you do what I did and just walk outside for three minutes
20:39and just take some deep breaths and calm down,
20:41is it a surprise that we lost this game?
20:44Lottery of a penalty shootout against a team
20:47that was probably better than us.
20:50I think the club is a disgrace, and I think I know
20:53who's responsible for that.
20:55And like Stephen said, who are we going to be linked to tomorrow?
20:58Osserman? Jokeres?
21:00There'll be something out there, won't there?
21:02Qatar might have been the answer either, but at least they would have cared
21:04about being the best team.
21:05Ineos saved the Glazers, but screwed us, says Ross McRae.
21:08It's getting really painful, says Trader.
21:11Only positive tonight was De Ligt, who looks like and plays like Bjorn Ironside.
21:14Bruno was good, and the showings from Obi and Heaven as well, says Kyle.
21:18The problem with Obi and Heaven is that they're years off.
21:23They're the same as Gnaccio and Mainou.
21:25They're not going to be complete for years.
21:28And if you haven't got experienced players to nurture them,
21:31they're not going to save us because they're years off.
21:34When we had the Class of 92, we already had Schmeichel, Keane,
21:39Bruce, Irwin, Cantona, Ince, people like that.
21:43We haven't got any of those players.
21:45So yeah, these young players look really exciting,
21:48but they're not going to be ready for years and years and years.
21:51And they won't reach their potential
21:53if they don't have experienced players to develop them as well.
21:56So it's worrying.
21:58Weekend Getaway says, imagine a club like United
22:00only have seven players on the bench, mostly youth.
22:02Spot on, Mark. Ineos are worse.
22:04I don't know why people will blame the manager.
22:06Thank you very much.
22:07Charity cuts, redundancy to people, but Inanna is smiling, says Joey.
22:10OK, let's do these player ratings.
22:14I just need to refresh mine and then we're good to go.
22:18OK, player ratings from me.
22:21Let's see what you did.
22:23I think, in fairness, I'd give Inanna a 6, 5.4.
22:28Look, some of these might be low because we've lost the game.
22:31So just bear that in mind.
22:33Losing on penalties isn't that deep.
22:35However, if we lose on Thursday, that would be disgrace, says Goldio.
22:38I think the disgrace is where we are as a football club.
22:40As you say, Fulham have got nine substitutes.
22:43We've got seven.
22:44Look at Fulham's bench. Look at ours.
22:46Where was the investment in the new manager?
22:48I think this is a big point, Goldio, actually.
22:51Look at the bench today.
22:52Seven players, mostly kids.
22:54Look at the bench against Spurs, mostly kids.
22:57Look at Fulham's bench. Look at Brighton's bench.
22:59Look at the depth of squad they've got.
23:01Now we've got a few injuries, I admit, but we have no bench.
23:05And they brought a new manager in and they've given him no players.
23:09It's disgusting.
23:11They're expecting miracles.
23:12They're asking a guy with a different system to work miracles
23:16with players that have already failed.
23:18They're literally asking him to polish a turd
23:21and they're not giving him anything.
23:22It's disgusting.
23:23Our bench today completely and utterly symbolises what the problem is.
23:29We couldn't even fill a bench.
23:31And then we've got kids on the bench.
23:33They've got no attacking options.
23:35Like, it's disgusting.
23:37And that's on the ownership.
23:39And what do they do?
23:40They publicly plead poverty.
23:42We've got no money.
23:43Why rescue the Glazers if you had no fucking money?
23:47Where was your due diligence?
23:49Is this just a cash grab?
23:51Oh, we'll be able to do a deal with the government
23:53and make a load of money out of Old Trafford.
23:55Because if that's all it is, why are we even bothering?
23:58There should be huge protests.
23:59There should be merchandise boycotts.
24:01Games should be getting called off.
24:03Because all I see at the moment is Sir Jim Radcliffe rescuing
24:07the worst thing that's happened to our club in an ownership sense,
24:10sitting on a project that's going to take 10 years,
24:13that's going to make him money.
24:14If we're literally a cash grab and that's what it looks like,
24:18what are we waiting for?
24:20It can't get any worse on the pitch.
24:24Tell me what their plan is to make us a better football team.
24:27All I see is bailing the Glazers out with government connections
24:32to get regeneration around Old Trafford,
24:35which makes them a shitload of money in the next 10 years.
24:37But on the pitch, we're a fucking mess.
24:40And if it's a cash grab, what are we waiting for?
24:43Because I don't see anything other than a cash grab.
24:46All they're interested in is that regeneration project.
24:50That's all it is.
24:51I can't see anything that they're doing.
24:54If they really were here about the team in Amerin,
24:57there would have been money brought in in January.
24:59You could have done stuff in January.
25:01Oh, there's no money.
25:02Well, where's the money in the summer then?
25:04Where's the money in the summer that you didn't have in January?
25:06Where is it coming from?
25:08Anyway, player ratings.
25:09I'd give him a six.
25:10He made some good saves.
25:11Obviously on penalties, he never looked like saving one,
25:13but he made some good saves today.
25:15My man of the match, De Ligt, I'd give him a seven.
25:18I thought he was fantastic today.
25:207.2.
25:21I do.
25:22I think he was fantastic today.
25:23He gets ridiculous criticism from the media, which is disgusting.
25:28And I heard somebody in the chat, in the watch along,
25:31said De Ligt was fantastic today.
25:33It's his best game ever.
25:34I don't actually think it is.
25:35I thought Arsenal in the Cup, he was brilliant.
25:37I think he's had a few games like that.
25:39They just get overlooked.
25:40But he was brilliant today.
25:42Absolute rock.
25:44My man of the match.
25:45Maguire, I think Maguire was probably a 6.5 for me.
25:51Yeah, I don't think Maguire did anything wrong either.
25:55I mean, nowhere near the goal that we conceded.
25:58Defended well.
25:59Obviously very tired at the end of 90 minutes.
26:01I'd give Harry a 6.5.
26:03And I'd also give Yoro a 6.5.
26:05I think he was doing all right.
26:07I don't know why he came off, really.
26:09I mean, not that it was a problem, but I thought he did okay.
26:14I think he's playing in a position that's new to him.
26:17I think he's going to get better and better.
26:19But it's the same with Yoro as it is with Heaven and Obi
26:22and any other young player.
26:24Where is the experience to nurture these players?
26:27I think we're going to struggle, really.
26:29Masraoui, 6 for me.
26:32I thought it was an average performance from Masraoui.
26:36Yeah, I worry about him a little bit because we were getting 7s
26:40and now we're getting a few more 6s.
26:42And is this the whole you start off well and then you get dragged down?
26:46But I thought it was an average performance from Masraoui today.
26:49I actually thought Agaté played well in the first half,
26:52but then he was sort of at fault for the goal, as was Masraoui.
26:56And he got a yellow card, so I'd have to give him a 6.
26:58But I thought he was OK, but yeah, 6.
27:02Bruno, I'm probably going to give him a 7.
27:08Yeah, I will give him a 7.
27:11I thought the goal was very good.
27:14His energy levels are incredible.
27:16It was chaos football, and I think that sometimes suits Bruno
27:19where there isn't any positional discipline
27:21because everybody's just all over the place.
27:23And his energy in that sort of a game really helps him stand out.
27:27I don't think it was coincidence that the goal was in his best position,
27:32right on the edge of the penalty box for a good cutback.
27:36I'm interested on Bruno, actually,
27:39as to whether this 8 experience is going to work.
27:43I think Abrams' intention is to play him as a number 8,
27:47and I still think he's better as a 10.
27:50I'm not so sure about the 8.
27:53I think he'll get run off too quick.
27:55But I think we need to get on board with that.
27:57I think we are going to see him playing as an 8 more.
28:00But no, I think he'd be a contender for man of the match.
28:02No, but not good enough to take it off the lip for me.
28:06Deleuw, bad first half, but grew into the game.
28:11I'll give him a 6.
28:12Yeah, penalty was good.
28:14Assist was good.
28:16There's enough to give him a 5.5, but I'm going to give him a 6
28:19because he did get the assist, and he did take a good penalty.
28:22And you can't ever question his energy levels,
28:25but God, does he take too many touches on a cross.
28:29And yeah, he's nowhere near the player he was before Amirim,
28:32which is weird because Amirim really trusts him.
28:35Xerxe, I would definitely give him a 6.
28:38I don't agree with anything below that.
28:41I think that, yes, he gave the ball away a few times,
28:44but he played two hours of football,
28:47and I don't blame him on the penalty.
28:51People miss penalties.
28:52Ronaldo misses penalties.
28:54It wasn't a very good one,
28:55but I'm not going to criticise the lad for missing a penalty,
28:58and I think there's nobody else that we can use at the moment.
29:03So he is blameless.
29:08I thought he did.
29:09I don't think he was a problem today at all.
29:11I actually thought he did okay, and there was good bits,
29:15and there was bad bits, but I don't have a problem with the lad,
29:18and he shouldn't be feeling down about it.
29:20Ericsson, probably a 6 for me.
29:24I think he had to go off because of legs,
29:26but yes, probably a 6.
29:29Yes, average 6.
29:33Rasmus, yes, it was below average.
29:36It was a 5.
29:37I mean, look, 4, whatever.
29:40I think I gave him 4 last time, so I mean, he was poor.
29:45Look, I have to be consistent.
29:48You've got to be fair.
29:49It was a poor performance.
29:52It was poor.
29:58Yes, I mean, I'm trying to think of some positives.
30:04I think it was a poor performance.
30:05Yes, I'm trying to think of some positives
30:07or some constructive feedback.
30:09I think Bassie and Anderson bullied him.
30:14They were there to most of the balls,
30:17and it was a poor performance, yes.
30:21I don't know what to say,
30:23other than I still live in hope that things can change,
30:30because he will be playing minutes on Thursday,
30:35and hopefully, I remember the player last season,
30:39which is not there now,
30:43and I think it's sad how the development has died this season,
30:49but we're going to have to be pragmatic
30:55and hope that we can get some improvement,
30:57because there is no way that Obi is going to play
31:01at 17, 90 minutes every week,
31:04and Xerxes is definitely not a striker,
31:06so we're going to have to rotate.
31:10Lindelof at five.
31:13I thought he was crap when he came on.
31:17I don't think he played very well in the game anyway.
31:24Yes, I'm just going to mark him on his performance.
31:26The penalty is irrelevant.
31:29If he scores the penalty, everyone's saying,
31:31well done, but I don't really understand
31:33why he was taking a penalty.
31:35I don't really see the point in having attackers
31:37and then not using them on penalties,
31:39so it's a bit old school for me.
31:41I think football is very technical now,
31:43and unless Lindelof always puts the ball
31:45in the top corner and it's unstoppable,
31:47I would always go Gannaccio, Obi over them,
31:51because they're actually technically gifted players,
31:55so I don't really know why Lindelof took one,
31:57but it doesn't really matter,
31:59because penalties are a lottery.
32:01I thought he was crap in the game.
32:04I thought he was scarily off the pace.
32:10Heaven, I was quite pleased with him.
32:12I know he only played half an hour,
32:13but I'd probably give him a 6.5, 6 from you.
32:16Yes, I think for a first performance
32:18in a difficult circumstance, I thought he did well.
32:21I was happy with Heaven,
32:23and we shouldn't underestimate that at all,
32:28so I thought he did well,
32:30and hopefully we'll see more of him,
32:32but I think it's a big thing to have a player
32:35coming in and playing at centre-back like that,
32:37left-footed as well.
32:39Casemiro, 6.
32:42Some good bits, some bad bits.
32:44Typical Casemiro,
32:47but brought a bit of stability when he came on,
32:49and there were some good passes,
32:50there were some bad passes,
32:51but yes, I'd give him a 6.
32:53Some say a 6.5, I'd give him a 6.
32:55Gannaccio, 5.5 for me.
32:59Disappointed he didn't take a penalty,
33:01but I don't know why,
33:02but the reason I would mark him down
33:05is that I thought there was, again,
33:08two or three times where he should have passed
33:09and he had a shot,
33:10and I like Gannaccio, you know I do,
33:13but this is a problem in this team,
33:16the indiscipline,
33:17and I just think we had enough.
33:20We're at Old Trafford,
33:22we're having a lot of attacks,
33:23and they're breaking down because of the final ball,
33:26and I felt that he contributed to that.
33:29Obi, I'd give him a 6.5,
33:31but I think that, as I said with Heaven,
33:34I think for a first proper run out,
33:38it's difficult when you're that age,
33:41and I'd love to have seen him take a penalty.
33:45If he'd have missed it, so bloody what?
33:47That club ain't going to bury you, mate.
33:50They would have lifted you up.
33:51I wish he'd took a penalty,
33:53but I understand probably why he didn't get picked,
33:56but overall I think we've got our nurture out of young players,
34:00and I think he did well.
34:02Amirim, I mean it's a tough one.
34:05It's really tough with Amirim
34:07because I look at it and I go,
34:09there's not a lot of manoeuvrability.
34:11There's not a lot on the bench that you can do.
34:14He got Gannaccio on quite quickly at the start of the half,
34:20and I mean the bench was shit.
34:28I don't really know what else he's supposed to do.
34:40I'm just having a look at some of his comments.
34:42The goal is to win the Premier League.
34:43I don't know how long it was going to take,
34:45but this is Amirim's quote that's just come in by the way.
34:47The goal is to win the Premier League.
34:48I don't know how long it's going to take,
34:50but that's our goal and no matter what we continue forward.
34:56I don't know why we're talking about the bloody Premier League, mate.
34:59I mean, surely there's better quotes than that.
35:03Surely that's not it.
35:04Mate, we've just been knocked out of the FA Cup.
35:07The goal is to win the Premier League.
35:19I know we're losing games and trophies in the season,
35:21but the goal is to win the Premier League again.
35:22I don't know how long it's going to take, but it's our goal.
35:25I mean, our goal should be to win the bloody Premier League every year.
35:30Look, we're not winning the Premier League, mate.
35:34We're not winning the Premier League.
35:37You're not winning the Premier League.
35:38You're not equipped to win the Premier League.
35:40It's like going camping in the North Pole,
35:43which is infested with polar bears and you've got a water pistol.
35:48You're not making it to the North Pole, mate.
35:53They're not providing a situation for you to win the Premier League.
35:56I don't know why we're talking about the Premier League.
35:58We are getting worse and I think things are going to get worse.
36:03We are Manchester United in name, not in anything else.
36:08I don't think we'll win the Premier League in the next 10 years.
36:10I don't think you'll be here to win the Premier League, mate,
36:13because this media will sack you.
36:15This fan base will sack you.
36:17I don't want him to get sacked, but he won't win the Premier League.
36:20Where we are now, I'd love to be wrong, and you can be wrong.
36:24He ain't going to get the time to win the Premier League.
36:27He can't come out losing in the FA Cup and go,
36:29we want to win the Premier League. That won't do.
36:32Not going to happen. Not going to happen.
36:36I'm trying to think what I'd give him as a player rating.
36:41In the circumstances with what he's got, I actually, I'll say this.
36:47I'm going to give him a six, right, because I don't really know what.
36:55I think criticism is all fine and well, but in the circumstances,
37:00I don't really know what else he's supposed to do.
37:03I don't know what else he's supposed to do.
37:06You saw when Deleuze puts the cross in first time, we score,
37:10and then there's seven other times where he doesn't do it.
37:13You saw when Xerxe or Gennaccio played the right pass,
37:17the move was good, but yet they don't always do it.
37:21And that's not me picking on Deleuze, Gennaccio and Xerxe, by the way.
37:24The whole team is like that. When they play the right pass,
37:27there was a couple of times before, at the end of the first,
37:29at the end of 90 minutes, we had two good chances in a row.
37:32I think it was Gennaccio and then maybe Deleuze,
37:36Obi Martin or something like that.
37:38So you can see how it can work and how they're being told to do it.
37:43They're just technically not capable of doing it consistently.
37:46And I think that if you give Amirim the right players,
37:48we'll be a much better team.
37:51But what is he supposed to do with the players that he actually has?
37:54That's the query for me. I don't know what...
37:57You can give him a five, you can give him a seven,
37:59you can give him an eight, you can give him a four, you can give him a six.
38:02I give him a six because I don't actually know what more he can do.
38:07I'm happy, but I don't know what more Amirim could do today.
38:11If somebody could say to me, well, yeah, you know,
38:13he should have put Bruno up front and then put...
38:17But I can't see what more he can do.
38:19I mean, the formation thing's a laugh.
38:21He made the right subs.
38:27He didn't leave anybody out that he shouldn't have done.
38:31You know, I can't see what more he can do today.
38:33I just think the club in general is terminal at the moment.
38:38Yeah.
38:39It wasn't a bad performance from us.
38:41The disgrace is the players that are taking a high wage,
38:43which could have helped win, sat at home watching TV.
38:45This is no retreat, no agenda.
38:47Call out people in this chat saying that was a decent performance from us.
38:50It was absolutely terrible as usual.
38:52It's Fulham, for God's sakes, it's Hollywood.
38:54I don't think it was a decent performance.
38:58I think if you're saying that's a decent performance going out in the FA Cup
39:01at home to Fulham after 120 minutes, that's not a decent performance.
39:06Like your standards are in the fucking mud.
39:08It's not a decent performance.
39:10I don't know how you get a better performance out of what Amirim's got,
39:13but the standard is shit.
39:16We should be winning games like that.
39:18We are expecting to be better than that.
39:22I don't think it's possible for us to be better than that,
39:24but I wouldn't call it a good performance.
39:27What's with all the Zerks he hates, says Alex.
39:29I don't know. I don't get that. I don't agree with that.
39:31Should we be looking at Welbeck, says Jacob.
39:34Prathurst has given De Ligt an eight.
39:36Yeah, well, he will do, Andy, because he's a player.
39:40No Anthony to save us this year, says Kiel Robinson.
39:43And it's like taking your car to a mechanic when the engine's split in half.
39:47No matter how many you take in the end, you need a new engine, says Mozzo.
39:51They're looking to build a hundred KC to stadium.
39:53This for a team that could have no Europe and be struggling for mid-table
39:56by the time it's done, says Patrick.
39:58To be fair, the performance was not bad.
40:00We just couldn't take our chances because of lack of experience in the front,
40:03says Coro.
40:04I don't think the chances were good enough, mate.
40:07I don't think we had enough clear-cut chances.
40:09I think that Obie's chance that Leno saved was a great save.
40:17I don't really remember clear-cut chances enough for us to win it.
40:23OTG says, you said at the beginning it would be a difficult year
40:26and that he was going to need time. The owners didn't help.
40:28He does need time, mate. I just don't know whether he'll get it.
40:32Glazers will love this. Everyone pointing fingers at who has to go.
40:35Glazers be rubbing hands, thinking, get the shovel out.
40:37What's been to feed them, says the monoxide poison.
40:40Mojo's a legend. He says, more transfer news coming out tomorrow.
40:43More new stadium plans coming out tomorrow.
40:45New merch range coming out next week. The end is near, says Mojo.
40:48Losing on penalties isn't that deep, says Goldie.
40:50Yeah, we've done that one.
40:51Okay, they are over in the match reaction at Manchester.
40:58I would push you over there.
40:59Thanks everyone for watching.
41:00Smash a like and subscribe, of course.
41:02Thanks for all your player ratings.
41:03Oh, Dilip, man of the match, 70%. Very pleased about that.
41:06TV gave it to Bruno, which I think is just typical TV bollocks
41:10because he scored a goal.
41:11I think Dilip was fantastic today.
41:13I'm really devastated, I'll be honest.
41:15While we were in the FA Cup, there were two chances to be in Europe.
41:23We've got one now, and that worries me. It really worries me.
41:31And the thing is, if we got through the FA Cup,
