In this video, I'll show how to fix the save crash problem in The Witcher 2. This is a problem in which, everytime you try to save a game in The Witcher 2, the game crashes.
The reason why this problem happens is that when there are too many save files in The Witcher 2, the game will often crash when saving new files. To fix this problem, we have to delete some save files. However, if you just try to delete too many save files at once, the game will crash. Thus, follow the instructions in the video.
1. Start The Witcher 2
2. Go to "Load Game"
Now, you have to delete some save files, until you are left with only 5 save files at maximum (this is my recommendation; if you feel comfortable, you can have more).
3. Move the mouse over the save file
4. Press the Delete button in the keyboard
5. Do this is groups of 3; in other words, delete 3 files, then quit the game; start the game again, and delete more three files, and repeat this process until you have a lower number of save files
To avoid this problem in the future, I recommend having a maximum of 5 save files at all times in this game.
