00:00Well, we're here at Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.

00:06It's the event that brings together all the big names

00:09in tech, AI, and telecoms.

00:12Well, this year, it's still all about AI, but agentic AI.

00:18So what is agentic AI?

00:19Well, it also means AI agents.

00:22And earlier, I spoke to someone from PWC

00:25for an explanation.

00:27Agents sound scarier than it is.

00:29So think of agents as AI that does specific things

00:32and maybe interacts with other groups of AI

00:34that do other specific things.

00:36So the kinds of tasks we do every day,

00:38think of having a calendar agent,

00:39one that just focuses on how's my schedule,

00:42and another agent that maybe does my social media,

00:44one that just focuses on building my social media.

00:46In the simplest way, that's what the agents are doing.

00:49And in the future, what we're gonna see

00:51is the calendar agent coordinating with the social agent

00:53and letting a lot of that work happen for us

00:55instead of by us.

00:56Of course, there's plenty of big names here.

00:59Ericsson, Huawei, Honor, Google, Samsung,

01:03to name but a few.

01:05But it's not just tech companies here to talk shop at MWC.

01:11Earlier, I sat down with the chief data officer

01:14at Sevilla Football Club to talk about how it's using AI

01:18to improve its scouting processes.

01:21If I am looking for a given,

01:23for a specific kind of player,

01:24for example, give me a player that's a leader.

01:27That's something that can be observed by a human.

01:29A leader plus has, for example,

01:33some attacking abilities and mobility.

01:37The technology is able to understand this

01:39and to compare this meaning with the meaning

01:42that appear in the hundreds of thousands of reports

01:44that we have made.

01:45Well, that's just an example of what's on show here.

01:49But there's around 2,700 exhibitors to see.

01:53So plenty more to digest

01:55for the 100,000 attendees passing through.
