01:54So I just don't understand why not just pay T Higgins.
01:58He has the same agent as Jamar chase, lock them both up and just move on.
02:03And Joe, that will be the issue for Cincinnati.
02:06And that is where the bangles have shot themselves in the foot because they did
02:10not pay either wide receiver last off season.
02:13They tagged T Higgins.
02:14They did not have the foresight to early extend Jamar chase entering his fourth
02:19year of his rookie deal and now ahead of his fifth and final year under his
02:24rookie contract, they are back at the negotiating table because they did not
02:28have the frugal foresight to understand that could have set the wide receiver
02:33market for Jamar chase and are now playing catch up after the market was set in a
02:38record setting way for Justin Jefferson in the bangles have said they are going
02:42to reset it again.
02:43They have to add money on to the 35 mil per year for Justin Jefferson with $110
02:49million guaranteed and Joe, they're going to pay Jamar chase the most money we've
02:53ever seen for a non quarterback.
02:55And then T Higgins at the same time, also in those long-term negotiations is going
03:00to be like, well, you think this guy is five, six, $7 million a year better than
