00:14The M61 is closed on the northbound carriageway between junctions 1 and 2 on the M60.

01:18Planners make decisions on an outdoor drinking area at a cavo bar in Poulton.
01:23Wine Bar Cavo on Breck Road has also been granted permission for a canopy on the site.
01:30The application was for the retrospective change of use of the land to the rear of the site
01:35for use as an ancillary outdoor drinking area and the proposed erection of an acoustic glass canopy.
01:42The proposals went before WIRE's planning committee today, Wednesday March 5th,
01:47when councillors agreed with the recommendations of the planning officer.
01:51Cavo is one of many licensed premises on busy Breck Road and part of the town's vibrant night-time economy.
02:00The canopy will run from the rear boundary wall across the garden to the rear annex wall of 18 Breck Road,
02:05measuring approximately 10.4 by 7 metres and covering the majority of the area furthest north within the outdoor area.

02:50The Blueprint proposed that Penrhythm, Longton, Bamber Bridge and Samlesbury
02:56move into Preston from South Ribble along with Garstang from Wire and Longridge, Mellow and Boulderstone from Ribble Valley.
