00:00A committee in the Senate investigated if there is foul play or not in the disappearance of three Filipino sailors in the ships they attacked.

00:10J.P. Soriano was found guilty.

00:16The Filipino CIMA, deck cadet Ralph Anthony Bobiles,

00:20while the prestige ace ship from Veracruz, Mexico,

00:25arrived in Veracruz on December 5, 2024.

00:27Based on the reports of other Filipino crew members of the ship,

00:31they were still with Bobiles on December 5 in the morning.

00:35But after lunch break, they did not see him anymore.

00:39He did not answer the knock at the cabin.

00:42And when they opened the cabin, its window or porthole was open.

00:47This is one of the cases of Deck Cadet Bobiles in the public hearings of the Committee on Migrant Workers in the Senate.

00:54Committee Chair Sen. Rafi Tulfo asked the Department of Migrant Workers

00:58if there is foul play in the disappearance of the crew members and what they are doing about it.

01:04The DMW said that they have already talked to all the Filipino crew members with Bobiles,

01:10including the owner and operator of the ship.

01:12We are still not content with the answers,

01:32The missing Filipino crew member, Jeric Bueno, was also interviewed on February 22.

01:49For the safety of the Filipino crew members, Tulfo asked the DMW
