00:47brought the pursuit to an end.
00:50The 17-year-old appeared at Preston Youth Court last Thursday, where he pleaded guilty
00:54to dangerous driving and failing to stop.
00:57He was banned from driving for 12 months and will remain disqualified until he passes an
01:01extended driving test.
01:04He was also referred to the Blackpool Youth Offender Panel for 12 months and his e-bike
01:07was confiscated.
