00:06The National Irrigation Administration, or NIA, has set up a fund for irrigation in Albay and Catanduanes.

00:12The details in the national news of Gary Carillo of Radyo Pilipinas.

00:19The government has even emphasized under the leadership of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

00:24the help for the farmers in Bicol Region.

00:27In fact, the National Irrigation Administration, or NIA, has set up a fund of 140 million pesos

00:34for irrigation in Albay and Catanduanes.

00:40The NIA is open if you have a problem with your irrigation systems.

00:45You can visit the office or buy a letter and we will comply and we will do anything that we can do.

00:56The NIA has a project in Albay and Catanduanes where it has set up a fund of 140 irrigation associations

01:04in two provinces.

01:07And for the farmers in Bicol Region to have a strong production,

01:11the government is asking for a way to use new technologies.

01:17Climate change is not the only thing that is happening.

01:20We need to change the technologies so that we can increase our yield for production in the rice.

01:29In the continued advancement of the new Philippines,

01:32the government will strengthen agriculture through modernization of irrigation

01:38that will provide a better crop and a more stable future for our farmers.
