00:09Lately, the cases against the violence against women are increasing, right?

00:13Lately, the Congress is still very much about it.

00:15So, what are the concrete plans that we can bring to the surrounding areas?

00:20One is to call for the services that are under the Anti-Violence Against Women Intervention to be there.

00:30Especially, the broadening of access to legal assistance, support services,

00:36and getting to know the victims of the violence against women.

00:41That's one.

00:43Second, as part of the Congress,

00:46the Anti-Violence Against Women Act should be reviewed so that our gaps can be filled.

00:52In fact, we have already passed the Expanded Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Bill.

01:00It has already been passed by the House of Representatives, but the Senate is still sleeping.

01:04That's why, now that the election is coming, we really ran to the Senate.

01:10So that our gaps, for example, the Expanded Anti-Violence Bill and the Divorce Bill,

01:16will not sleep, but will really take action, discuss, and the House should be united.

01:26and it seems like they're being excluded for Women's Month.

01:28Now, two questions here.

01:30Number one, in layman's terms, how can we explain to the public that trans women are women?

01:35And number two, what is the importance of passing the Expanded Anti-Violence Bill because of this issue?

02:05We are fighting discrimination, we are joining the fight for the rights and freedoms of trans women

02:12and for a broader society.

02:15Why do we need to expand our calls for the SOGIESC Bill when it has already been passed?

02:21The SOGIESC Equality Bill will benefit everyone because we all have SOGIESC,

02:28and it should not be a weapon of discrimination against trans people.

02:32It is not a special treatment, but an equal protection for all of us.

02:37That is why we are calling for the SOGIESC Equality Bill, which has not been passed for more than two decades.

02:44It is time, not just time, but it is a matter of obligation for our lawmakers

02:51to fight for the human rights and the society's justice.

02:55We need to take measures to ensure equality and equal protection for all of us.

03:02Last but not least, regarding the Nixpiria workers' strike,

03:06what are our calls to action to the public given the limited media traction that you are getting right now?

03:13We are calling for everyone to support the strike of Nixpiria workers

03:19against the removal of workers, against unfair labor practices,

03:24and against the constant harassment of Nixpiria workers.

03:28All of your voices will help.

03:32If you can visit them, express your support, and issue solidarity statements,

03:37all of that will strengthen the hearts of our workers

03:42who should fight for their rights.

03:45Support the strike of Nixpiria workers.

03:48Restore, reinstate the work for the four workers of Nixpiria.
