00:25How do you feel that men should be playing their role?

00:28I think it should be a support, not like we are standing for each other like shoulder

00:34to shoulder.

00:35But I think that's very important that they get the support that a lady needs from their

00:40side also.

00:41Not just their perspective, their empowerment.

00:44It's not about a single hand.

00:48If man needs that her woman has to get more successful in her life, I think he should

00:55get that.

00:56Because without their support, no matter how much women do, it's still patriarchal only.

01:00Because if a boy and a girl are walking together, then the wrong meaning is taken out.

01:08We all have grown up watching Ladka Aur Ladki Kabhi Dost Nahi Ho Sakte.

01:17Okay, let's come in this row and ask girls, why do they think that men also play a big

01:25role in empowering women?

01:27Who's going to answer?

01:30My father is playing a role in my education.

01:33I am developed, that's why he has helped me in my empowerment.

01:37The area where we come from, there are still a lot of girls and families in rural areas

01:42who don't support in education.

01:44Although my father doesn't come to college with me, but he made me so able that I can

01:49come here and prove myself and develop myself.

01:53That's great.

01:54Kudos to your father.

01:55There are many parents like this, especially many fathers like hers, who are actually educating

02:02their girls equal to their boys, despite of even thinking about their genders.

02:07Now, this brings me to the next question.

02:10So, men in the society are playing roles and they are also empowering women.

02:17We are celebrating Women's Day with such enthusiasm.

02:21Whole Women's Week, Women's Month, 8th March is going to be full.

02:26Social media is going to flood with Women's Day posts.

02:29But do any of you even remember when Men's Day is celebrated?

02:41Anyone who knows when Men's Day is celebrated?

02:45No, right?

02:46Now, that's the difference.

02:48We are celebrating one gender with such enthusiasm.

02:52But at the same time, we are forgetting the other ones.

02:55If I want to ask you, how Men's Day should be celebrated?

03:15Now, we say that there are few taboos in the society.

03:20For example, menstruation, pregnancy, depressions.
