Patient Lies on Stretcher and Suddenly Flips Over Due to Unequal Body Weight

This patient tried to lie down on the stretcher. However, as soon as he shifted his body weight, the heavier load on his head side caused the stretcher to tip over in that direction, making him fall along with it.
