00:27The killer was known to the agencies and yet he was let free to rip our lives apart.
00:33This decision is an absolute insult and a betrayal to my family and our father's memory.
00:42How can the government justify holding inquiries for other tragic events like Southport and Nottingham?
00:49Yet they refuse to investigate the very system that failed my father.
00:54Is his life worth less than the others?
00:57Does our family not deserve the answers that the other families so rightly deserve?
