00:00It's down to this, like, uh, giant Steelers, right?
00:04And, uh, do you think it's going to be Aaron Rodgers or Russ Wilson?
00:09And would the Giants be into Russ Wilson if the Steelers chose Rodgers or would they make
00:17a move in the, in the draft and Lambeau and Green Bay to move up whatever, or do they
00:23even have to move up to get Dart, Sanders or Ward?
00:28What do you think happens now that we've seen all this move, but you still have these teams
00:33left standing without a quarterback?
00:35Yeah, I mean, all right, Scott.
00:36So let, and I want to get to the Vikings also, but let's get to your Steelers, right?
00:40So Rodgers is clearly in the picture.
00:43Everything I've been told is Mike Tomlin's a huge fan of Rodgers.
00:46You know, they faced each other before in that Superbowl and this is a guy he's known
00:51about a long time.
00:52He's watched his tape.
00:53He's seen him play a lot of great football.
00:56As I told you, Scott, he was hurt last season.
00:58He had the, I'm told an MCL sprain, grade two hamstring strain, and unfortunately those
01:02crossed over for a bit.
01:04That's why he just physically was not right, but your Steelers, they're looking for a temporary
01:10solution.
01:11Yes.
01:12Wilson's still in the mix.
01:13Believe it or not, Russell Wilson's still in the mix though, as, as I've reported and
01:16others have said as well, there was a movement to Bencham and that got nixed by Mike Tomlin.
01:22So it's, it's down to those two quarterbacks.
01:25My sense is because of Tomlin, because of his respect for Rodgers, that's, that's the
01:31one to really key on.
01:32If it doesn't work out, Rodgers makes a bet to go to, to the Giants.
01:37Now what I would tell you for both teams is if, if both get a veteran quarterback like
01:43this Rodgers for the Steelers and the Giants, whether they actually look at Wilson or somebody
01:48else, it's not going to stop them from drafting quarterback early.
01:50It'll have nothing to do with it.
01:52These are temporary solutions.
01:53Both teams know Aaron Rodgers at 41 years old is not a long-term solution.
01:57You need to get a, a long-term solution in the draft.
02:00Now we'll talk more about this going forward on Coast to Coast.
02:04Cam Ward is the best quarterback for this draft, it's not close.
02:07The question is if you're the Titans, by the way, and they want to trade down, talking
02:13to other teams have talked to them, it's clear they like to move down.
02:16Can the Titans move down not far enough, not too far so they can still get a quarterback
02:21because they got to get a quarterback.
02:22They don't have one right now.
02:24They don't know who their quarterback is going to be.
02:25Well, Levis is not the answer.
02:26He's not the answer.
02:27The quarterbacks are awful.
02:28Yeah, it's, it's not a great draft.
02:30Now Sanders, Shadur Sanders is going to go somewhere in the first round.
02:33I don't know that he even goes in the top 10.
02:35Jackson Dart, who had a great, he's another guy like Bo Nix last year, Scott, had a great
02:39senior bowl week, had a very good off season.
02:42He went from being a mid-second round pick to Sean Payton's guy.
02:46And I got to give Denver credit.
02:47They got that one right, at least for one season.
02:50They got to the playoffs with him, by the way, did a really good job.
02:53Jackson Dart has had a very good off season.
02:56He's going to go in the first round.
02:58I don't know about this top 10 stuff.
02:59I'm not even close to being there yet with that.
03:01I think that's a little bit strong, but he will go in the first round.
03:05And Scott, as I told you back in December, it's not a good year to need a quarterback.
03:11Demand is not meeting supply.
03:13That's why there's so much interest in Rodgers right now, all of a sudden.
