00:00Early in the morning, a few motorists were hit by a flyover in EDSA.

00:06This happened after a dump truck's floor collapsed,

00:11leaving a thick puddle in the area and causing an accident to a few motorists.

00:16JM Pineda was at the center of the news.

00:21PTB-4 was able to bomb a Bureau of Fire Protection water pump in a flyover.

00:26The puddle from a dump truck spread on the road.

00:30Around 3 a.m., a motorist closed the northbound of the flyover in EDSA.

00:35A few motorists were hit by a flyover and were disgraced because of the spread of the puddle on the road.

00:41A heavy flow of traffic also hit the vehicles along EDSA.

00:46Based on the investigation, the debris from a dump truck that was passing through the area was scattered.

00:53A motorcycle taxi driver was also involved.

00:58Almost half of his body was filled with mud because of the fall.

01:04The vehicle in front of me was far away, but when I braked, the puddle started.

01:09It was dark, you couldn't see the puddle that was falling on the truck.

01:12You couldn't really control it.

01:16The driver was also injured.

01:19His motorcycle was also filled with mud and debris that he was using for his work.

01:25Aside from him, 10 other motorists were also hit by the accident.

01:29Five of them were charged because of the perversion of the driver.

01:34According to the suspect, the accident happened because the safety lock on the back of the dump truck was removed.

01:41He was also saddened by the damage done to the motorists.

01:46Thank God, a motorcycle taxi driver helped us.

01:50Then we stopped to check the vehicle.

02:04It is possible that the dump truck driver is facing reckless imprudence resulting to multiple physical injury and damage to property.
