Staff filmed beating cows on farm that supplies UK's biggest milk producer

An undercover investigation by Animal Justice Project exposed staff at Lowfields Farm, Northallerton, violently abusing cows and calves.

Footage showed workers kicking, punching, and striking animals, while newborn calves were separated from their mothers and force-fed.

Arla, the farm’s supplier, suspended the farmer, calling the abuse “completely unacceptable.”

Animal welfare groups are demanding legal action and urging supermarkets to cut ties with farms linked to cruelty.
