Duterte boards chartered plane after arrest, presumed bound for The Hague

Former President Rodrigo Duterte is seen boarding a chartered plane reported bound for the Hague in the Netherlands.

Duterte was taken into custody by the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday, March 11, after being served a warrant of arrest issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for alleged crimes against humanity.
