NATO chief Mark Rutte says that "thanks" to US President Donald Trump, there has been a "breakthrough" in regard to ending the war in Ukraine. Rutte's comments come as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in Saudi Arabia for talks between US and Ukrainian delegations.

00:29One way to do that would be European troops in Ukraine, but there could also be other
00:33ways to do this.
00:34I think President Trump is right that before you can keep a peace, you first need to have
00:38the peace, and the peace is not yet there.
