00:58Basically, none of us have had any
01:00sleep. We missed out on entire nights
01:02of sleep because we all took a
01:04red-eye flight that took off at like 7pm.
01:06But it was only 5 hours, so
01:08we landed basically at midnight
01:10East Coast time. You know I was just getting
01:12into my room. And then we landed here and it was
01:146am and we got right to it. We went
01:16straight to like a spa place, which was super
01:18cool, but it also was insane!
01:20We were here at literally 7 in the morning.
01:22It was like basically a hot
01:24pool with the freezing
01:26cold outside. Like, I literally was
01:28submerging my whole entire face because it was just so
01:30cold. And we had to go through there
01:32to the cafe, got a little
01:34latte. We went to the sauna.
01:36And then it had like a
01:38rain mist shower
01:40and a freaking body scrub
01:42and steam room
01:44and then we showered and then
01:46drove to the next airport to take another
01:48flight, which was crazy. We just landed
01:50from that flight and then took a 45 minute drive.
01:52We've just been traveling for
01:54many, many hours and it's Saturday
01:56afternoon here. We just got to the hotel.
01:58I feel okay. I definitely could sleep
02:00for 92 hours. Oh my gosh, I haven't
02:02eaten yet either, so I'm just ready.

22:39We're getting ready in Iceland and I have to tell you all the fun, cool
22:41facts that I've learned in my 24 hours
22:43of being here so far. It's insane.
22:45I also was taking notes throughout the day so I could just make sure I
22:47told you everything that I learned.
22:49I also was wondering why there wasn't any water bottles
22:51in the room. Tap water here is like
22:53the absolute best.
22:55Obviously, don't drink tap water anywhere
22:57but they say that this is like
22:59the best water. Oh my god.

23:07If you watch True Crime like me, I feel like it's always the US.
23:09We always have some shit going on.
23:11I feel like it makes sense that Iceland is one of the safest
23:13places in the world. They never have
23:15any kind of murder cases here.
23:17If anything, there's like two a year and it's from a bar fight
23:19or it just didn't happen at all.
23:21The landscape here is actually, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere.
23:23You can drive for hours
23:25and you'll only pass one car. You'll see one
23:27house. That kind of vibe.
23:29At first it can be kind of spooky but it's actually so
23:31peaceful. Seeing a glacier in real life
23:33is actually breathtaking. The pictures
23:35never do it justice. The food here also
23:37is one of the healthiest. The
23:39lifespan of the people here is
23:41in the top three in the world just because
23:43there's no hormones, there's no GMOs.
23:45Everything is super organic.
23:47There is no door dash here.
23:49There's no restaurants or anything. The part that we're at
23:51is super isolated.
23:53I also learned about Icelandic
23:55horses. They are a little bit smaller than regular horses
23:57and they also get kind of
23:59furry and fuzzy because of obviously the climate.
24:01It's cold. Under all the glaciers are
24:03volcanoes and there's one that erupts
24:05every 60 years. So the beaches have
24:07black sand here. We actually went to
24:09the Diamond Beach today which is like glacier
24:11pieces and black sand.
24:13The contrast is just so beautiful.
24:15Actually we're inside of a glacier and we're going to be one of the
24:17last generations to be able to do that.
24:19The glaciers are eventually going to melt.
24:21We had a moment of silence where we just listened to the glacier
24:23and I don't know y'all, we almost shed a tear
24:25and shit. Greenland is their
24:27neighboring country. It is so much bigger than Iceland
24:29but way less populated because
24:31it's like 85% glacier.
24:33It's actually colder there. Iceland actually has
24:35hot springs and natural hot springs.
24:37You guys know about the Blue Lagoon and stuff?
24:39That shit was so cool learning about it. Long story
24:41short, there were some people working on the geothermal
24:43power plant and they ended up
24:45drilling down and the water that they reached was super
24:47high in minerals, so rich and good
24:49for your skin. Another popular thing about
24:51Iceland is the Northern Lights y'all.
24:53Tonight's our last night here so I'm really
24:55hoping that we get to see it. It's super
24:57weird. It's actually just solar flares from the sun
24:59and depending on the winds and all the things in the
25:01sky determines how well you can see them.
25:03Fingers crossed. This is one of those mythical
25:05places that I just couldn't believe was real. I really have to
25:07pinch myself all the time and I'm just
25:09grateful that I get to share it. But let me know if you guys are
