00:00Senator Bato de la Rosa is getting ready to be arrested if he also issues an arrest warrant to the International Criminal Court.

00:08He has a bad feeling about President Bongbong Marcos because of the promise he made to Darlene Kaye.

00:16We will not stop until the last drug lord, the last financer, and the last pusher have surrendered or put behind bars or below the ground.

00:42When President Rodrigo Duterte launched his war against drugs, his first PNP chief and now senator, Ronald Bato de la Rosa, was the main perpetrator.

00:53So when the International Criminal Court investigated the war on drugs where thousands were killed, De la Rosa was also involved.

01:01Now that former President Duterte was arrested by the ICC, De la Rosa is getting ready.

01:07I will be arrested if I issue an arrest warrant. How can they entertain me if I don't have an arrest warrant and I can't go to jail. If I have an arrest warrant, I will be ready.

01:15De la Rosa is in Mindanao explaining why he couldn't contact Duterte in the middle of the arrest.

01:22I'm campaigning. I'm campaigning in the mountains of Surigao and Tagusan.

01:26I turned off my phone because we are busy filing our petition. If there are many calls, it's hard for us. We are just chasing our petition.

01:38De la Rosa said he was the one who was assigned to file the petition requested by the TRO from the Supreme Court because they heard the release of the arrest warrant of the ICC.

01:49I've been expecting it already because we have our own intel.

01:57The day we were in Hong Kong, my flight was supposed to be early, but I couldn't continue because I received an info that we already have a warrant.

02:12I said I will not continue to file my petition. That's why I turned off my phone because there are many calls.

02:18Now that the arrest warrant was successful, De la Rosa could not hide his bad feelings against President Bongbong Marcos who promised them that he will not help the ICC.

02:31Feeling betrayed. Feeling betrayed. Betrayal to the max.

02:35It's very vivid in my memory. When he told me, when we talked in Malacanang, that he will never cooperate with the ICC.

02:47He really told me that he will never cooperate with the ICC because after you, it will be us again.

02:55In the President's statement last night, he said that the government did not help the ICC and only followed its obligations to Interpol.

03:03But this did not convince De la Rosa.

03:06That's a very primitive alibi. That only goes to show that they are really interested in committing President Duterte to the ICC.

03:16You are the President of the Philippines. You can say that, you can reject.

03:21They are very stubborn. Don't make an excuse that Interpol is Interpol. That's very low.
