00:00Bosnian state-level prosecutors issued arrest warrants for three top Bosnian Serb officials
00:07over a series of alleged separatist moves in recent weeks.
00:12The Bosnian prosecutor's office issued orders for Bosnian Serb majority entity President
00:17Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic and Parliament Speaker Nenad Stevandic.
00:24Dodik has repeatedly said he does not recognize the state-level jurisdiction and will not
00:29go to the capital Sarajevo for questioning.
00:32There is no blow or pain that I am not ready to endure for the Republic of Serbia.
00:39Milorad Dodik will do his job and travel, but he will never leave the Republic of Serbia.
00:48And if someone thinks that we are puppets, they are quickly deceived.
00:53Bosnia's court previously convicted Dodik of disobeying orders from the country's
00:57international peace envoy Kristjan Schmid.
01:01Shortly after, Dodik introduced new laws meant to ban the operation of state-level security
01:06and judicial institutions in the Serb-majority part of the country.
01:11The prosecutor's office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an order to the judicial police
01:16to bring in the political leadership of Republika Srpska entity, including President Milorad
01:23Dodik.
01:24The prosecutor's office charged them with committing the criminal offense of attacking
01:31the constitutional order.
01:33This is a consequence of political decisions of the region of that entity, where the National
01:38Assembly adopted laws that prohibit the activities of the state judicial and police agencies,
01:46which the government Republika Srpska considers unconstitutional.
01:51All of these decisions have been temporarily suspended by the constitutional court Bosnia
01:58and Herzegovina.
