00:00Look, I know it's really, really hard to keep up with all the craziness here in Washington, D.C.
00:05Bottom line, Musk and Trump are going after Social Security.
00:10They're cutting thousands of jobs at the Social Security Administration.
00:13They're going after Medicaid.
00:16They want to cut Medicaid by over $800 billion.
00:19That means millions of kids are going to lose their health insurance.
00:23It means that if your mom or dad is in a nursing home, they're going to be in trouble
00:26because two-thirds of people in nursing homes get their money from Medicaid.
00:30They're going after the Veterans Administration.
00:33They want to cut over 80,000 workers at the VA, meaning our veterans will get deteriorating health care service.
00:40They're going after public education. You name it.
00:42Now, why do they want to cut all of these programs that are so important to the working class of this country?
00:47And the answer is very simple.
00:49They want to give massive tax breaks to the richest people in America.
00:55In their program, they give over $1 trillion in tax breaks to the top 1%.
01:01So this is the Robin Hood proposal in reverse.
01:04They're taking from the poor and working families, giving to the very, very rich.
01:08Just last weekend, I was in Wisconsin, Michigan. We did a bunch of rallies.
01:13We had over 9,000 people coming out of war in Michigan.
01:15That's really quite unbelievable for a nonpolitical campaign.
01:20And what all of that tells me is the American people are sick and tired of Mr.
01:23Musk and the billionaire class and the oligarchs taking over our government.
01:28So I believe that if we stand together, if we fight back, we can defeat Trumpism.
01:34We can stop what they're doing and we can move this country in a very different direction.
01:38But we can't do it unless we're all involved.
01:42So stand up, fight back. Let's go forward together.
