00:29So thank you. Oh, my gosh, it's
00:34I for lack of a better word, just incredibly surreal.
00:39I never thought anything like this would happen in my life.
00:42I just I love making movies and I've dreamed of being an actress
00:48that has that would be able to be in a film like Enora my entire career as an actress.
00:52And so it's it's a huge honor.
00:56One that I think will soak in later down the line, hopefully.
01:03I really did not expect it at all.
01:08Gosh, sorry, what was the other part of your question for Sean to win four?
01:12I mean, Sean is he's such a wonderful he's an incredible filmmaker.
01:18He is an incredible writer, an amazing editor.
01:22He is a true lover of cinema.
01:25A kind person.
01:27He has dedicated so much of his career to
01:31telling really important stories.
01:33And so I'm so happy for him because he's been, you know, he's just
01:36he's just a true indie filmmaker.
01:38Like we went off and just made this
01:42weird, crazy movie and had fun and poured our hearts into it.
01:47And, you know, all of this started at Cannes,
01:50which that was just just a dream come true for me.
01:53A career long dream to even just go to a film festival.
01:56You specifically can.
01:58And so everything that has followed has been wonderful.
02:01But I'm just so happy for him.
02:02I adore him and I adore Sammy Kwan and Alex Coco and the entire team.
02:08And so I could keep talking about them forever, but I'm so, so happy for them.

02:22If I'm not mistaken, you've starred in less than 10 feature films
02:27so far in your career.
02:28How do you hope this win will influence your career going forward?
02:36Yeah, it's interesting, I've been thinking about the future a lot
02:40and also the past, and I've been really trying to remind myself
02:45to stay as present as possible throughout all of this.
02:49So I don't know.
02:50I really don't know what will happen in the future.
02:53I, I just want to keep making movies and,
02:59you know, continue to work with people who inspire me
03:02and play interesting characters, tell stories that are compelling.
03:06And so that's just what I hope to do.
03:09And I really don't know what will happen.
03:12I just know that tonight I'm going to go home to my new puppies
03:17and probably, you know, clean up their mess.
03:19And it's going to bring me right down to earth.

03:33You have said before that Nora really helped you come out of your shell
03:36and gave you confidence.
03:37And so now having this award, if you could talk to a Nora,
03:41what would you say to her?
03:44Oh, gosh, I don't know.
03:46Um, you know, I think that making, making this film gave me confidence
03:52as an actor and as a creative, um, I think that it really
03:58inspired me, reinvigorated my love of cinema and reminded me of
04:04the kind of work that I want to do.
04:06Um, so I don't, I don't know what I would say to the character.
04:09I still have so much love for her.
04:13And it was really one of the first characters that I don't know was.
04:22Sorry.
04:22I've had my, my mind is all over the place and my heart's about to explode
04:27right now, but, um, I don't, I don't know what I would say.
04:30I, I would just say that I'm grateful that I was able to, uh, portray
04:35you for a short period of time.
04:37And there'll always be a small part of me that carries around the experience
04:41of making the film and the character, because it has changed my life in so
04:45many ways, you know, not, not just because of all of this that's happening
04:49right now, but just the experience of being able to work with Sean Baker,
04:54the experience of, um, uh, learning and meeting incredible people
04:59from the sex work community.
05:01That's been, uh, such a wonderful part of this.
05:05Um, and I've met and made so many incredible friends.
