Surah Ibrahim, Ruku 2, Ayat 7-12:

This ruku starts with the ayat:
"And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.'" (Quran 14:7)
Tafseer:
In this ayat, Allah is reminding us to be grateful for the blessings He has given us. If we are grateful, He will increase us in favor, but if we deny His blessings, we will face severe punishment.
The next ayat says:
"And Moses said, 'If you should disbelieve, you and whoever is on the earth entirely - indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.'" (Quran 14:8)

In this ayat, Moses is telling his people that if they disbelieve in Allah, it will not harm Allah in any way. Allah is free of need and is praiseworthy, regardless of whether we believe in Him or not.
