00:29It's not about cutting, it's not about making people rich,

00:33it's not about maintaining power.

00:37What needs to be done is to help the people.

00:40Let me repeat. Water, land, education, livelihood, work, health.

00:47Those are the things that should be given attention to.

00:50And for us, if you look at our track record,

00:54we don't have any agenda other than helping the Filipino family.

00:59Helping those in need.

01:01And this is where we push for education, for reforms in education.

01:05When you bring me back to the Senate,

01:07we will make sure that the budget for education is higher

01:11so that more youth, even here in Barangay Puting Bato,

01:16can finish their studies, go to college, and graduate.

01:20We can have a hearing about the ancestral domain,

01:24about Barangay Puting Bato,

01:26and we will confront the various agencies

01:29to make it clear that the land of indigenous people,

01:32your land is your land.

01:35And we don't have any other agenda.

01:38When I was in the Senate,

01:40what we really give attention to are the voiceless.

01:44If we have a voiceless fellow countryman,

01:47that is what we defend in the Senate.

01:50That includes the youth, the small businessmen,

01:55the so-called people who are on the margins of society,

01:58and also IT.

01:59We will be your voice there.
