00:00Two Chinese suspects were arrested in the Kidnap for Ransom, but before they were caught, they were still in an accident while running away.

00:08John consulted.

00:14The traffic was heading towards Edza Extension in Pasay when suddenly,

00:20a dark grey car appeared and hit a motorcycle with a strong impact.

00:26The car was smashed while the rider was running.

00:28The car was stolen by Chinese suspects in the Kidnap for Ransom.

00:34In his hurry to escape, he hit a motorcycle rider and he died.

00:44Although he managed to escape, two Chinese were arrested.

00:49They were kidnapped by a Chinese national who was seen with them in the condo.

00:56Aside from the guns, we also recovered suspected illegal drugs.

01:01This is called ketamine.

01:03We recovered 152.4 grams that has a street value of Php 700,000.

01:18They sell illegal drugs to their fellow Chinese.

01:22The Pasay Police also found out that two of the suspects were arrested because of the Kidnap for Ransom case,

01:28but were released because the complainants withdrew from the case.

01:31They will file an ongoing case.

01:34This is the Kidnap for Ransom, Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition,

01:38and the Omnibus Election Code, Dangerous Drugs Act.

01:42We will also charge them with reckless imprudence resulting to homicide

01:47for killing the victim, our riders.
