00:00Let's start in the ACC. So Duke does prevail. They don't come
00:03anywhere close to covering a pregame line of 22 and a half,
00:07but they are on to the semifinals. Is Cooper Flagg
00:10going to play today? Probably a 0.00001% chance that happens.
00:16But it is a very enticing matchup for the Blue Devils
00:20against North Carolina. UNC in the second half holding off
00:24Wake Forest in a low scoring game that was frankly offensive
00:28to watch offensively. 68-59. UNC does prevail behind 23
00:34points from R.J. Davis. So DRS will get to Louisville and
00:38Clemson in just a moment. Some very tight games and a buzzer
00:41beater for Checky Hepburn and the Cards, but it sets up a huge
00:46semifinal Friday night in Charlotte, even without Cooper
00:50Flagg. North Carolina and Duke for a third time this year. And
00:54UNC still looking for quad one win number two and maybe their
00:59ticket punch to the big dance. Yeah, and it could be one of
01:03those games that does put them over the hump and into the NCAA
01:06tournament. On a typical year, regardless of what you see
01:09you're getting from North Carolina, you just look at the
01:11record in ACC play and say they're minted already. They're
01:14already in and some people actually figure they are
01:16already in, but now's that chance and it's sort of like a
01:19you know a backhand at this point where it's like you know
01:21what we're going to beat Duke and we beat Duke quad one one of
01:24the best teams in the country, but without Cooper Flagg. But
01:26if you lose to them, it's almost like if Cooper Flagg was
01:29out there with the committee look at that different like
01:31hey look they fought him hard. They lost by four points in the
01:34ACC tournament. They were close already. They're in as
01:36opposed to you lose the Duke by two points in this game without
01:39Cooper Flagg, then it automatically shuts the door
01:42and it counts as a negative not like well, they played a upper
01:44level quad one team and lost on a neutral site. So I'm
01:47interested to see what happens there. The other teams in the
01:50ACC not all that impressive all throughout and yesterday, by
01:52the way, Carolina what four points over like the first six
01:55seven minutes of that game didn't really look good and
01:57finally caught their swag here and got a late game. You know
02:0068 points. I think their team total which I had was 76 and a
02:03half at that point, but not impressive across the ACC
02:06yesterday for teams Louisville should have plastered you know
02:09Stanford at that point barely got by you take a look at
02:11Clemson who is a better basketball team than SMU low
02:14scoring hard fought game. So I'm not looking at this going
02:17like hey who's the angle now to play in the ACC because Duke is
02:20probably going to be without their best player. I would like
02:23it better if Louisville by double digits Clemson by
02:25double digits UNC really put it on Wake Forest. We didn't get
02:28that there. So that's why I look at Duke saying you know
02:31what they just might be okay to win the ACC without Cooper
02:33Flagg. That'd be incredible.
