00:00organized person in the world it's definitely not a strength but um it's what today's about it's

00:04about getting these beautiful people around you so you know you've always got that support and

00:07that's creates resilience in the community that's what today's about and i've had um obviously the

00:14best thing in my life married to lauren and with this um event we've got jenna and shelly as well

00:21that have um you know there's that old saying where behind every great man's a great woman i

00:25reckon that's absolute bullshit it actually they put right beside you and in my case leading the

00:31way so i think big round of applause for all the women that do it for you as well and give me a big

00:35clap and um yeah it's just been incredible wouldn't happen without them i've come up with

00:41these ideas and i've got the energy and um and this is this one means more to me than anything

00:46after what the community experienced and two years ago it's just the first thing popped in my head

00:52how can i thank them how can i how can we all do something together and empower the whole

00:57country i want them to see this i want you to feel this what i feel and my saying it might seem

01:02cheesy to some people but everyone deserves to feel awesome it's what matters and every single

01:07one of you do and um we're all worthy to be here and i want to make sure that you um you're always

01:13kind to yourself and we we set examples and by having conversations and taking action that's how

01:19we make any change with youth mental health you know it's not another conversation it's being

01:24vulnerable it's taking making sure you're living a healthy lifestyle and by example and doing things

01:29that you know spark important conversations with youth and it's um i'm shaking i promise you i'm

01:35promise you i'll probably cry about 50 times today 57 times um but yeah thank you so much it's um

01:42so important and again it's it's about human connection and community and and how important

01:47that is and and i'm so proud to be up here i'm so proud of every single one of you this world

01:52record's cool but this is the win you guys all being here and um yeah um big love to all of you

01:57um everyone deserves feel awesome let's go break a world record and come back on the beach celebrate

02:02one another we need to hug everyone and you know be there for everyone like we always should be
