A man and a woman have been arrested in Butterworth, Penang, for possessing prohibited fireworks at two locations.
State Customs director Rohaizad Ali stated that investigations revealed the fireworks and firecrackers did not comply with the specifications and guidelines outlined in the Home Ministry's import permits.
