00:00I gave a speech yesterday because the narrative out there is that there is no violence against
00:15the foundation of the country, even though they say that we have not done anything.
00:21There is no scandal involving the leadership of the country, corruption or abuse of power.
00:28What is happening is that it is an issue of the people.
00:33That this government is weak because it is subordinate to the powers of the parties,
00:40especially the DAP.
00:41That is the narrative.
00:43Don't they know the DAP?
00:45They do.
00:46In the past, the people, for almost 15 years, passed along with the DAP.
00:55In the past, the PH was subordinate to Tuan Mahathir.
00:59The people who are now united, they have passed along with the leadership of the DAP.
01:06Is their narrative a true narrative?
01:11No.
01:12It is a narrative of a desperate group.
01:17This is what is called desperados in politics.
01:22There is no foundation.
01:23There is no basic criticism.
01:25There is no new suggestion.
01:27But they carry the old flag, which is to intimidate the Malay community
01:36about the anger of the Chinese group.
01:41What else is being fought with the DAP flag?
01:46This is the DAP.
01:48Even though the narrative out there is only about the issues of the people,
01:52but believe in the history of the politics of the land.
01:57DAP and leadership became true.
02:02Prominent leaders, courageous, outspoken,
02:06had to undergo oppressive, under draconian laws.
02:13They were the voice of conscience, talking about democratic accountability,
02:17talking about transparency, and exposing corruption involving political leaders at that time.
02:26I salute them because they created and began this mass education of Malaysians,
02:34particularly among the young, what governance is all about.
02:38This country cannot follow the same pattern as other countries
02:44where there is a community.
02:47There is no country in the world,
02:49where the unity and solidarity between the communities can be stable.
02:56There is none.
02:57So we have a choice.
02:59We can be the hero of the people.
03:02We can have a chauvinistic view.
03:07We can defend the fanaticism of the people and religion,
03:11or we can save the nation and the country.
