00:00Oh, it's slippery as f**k out here.
00:29Locked down right now, all the windows are shut, he's living up to his word.
00:47We're not taking that risk right now.
00:49Hey, when we come to the door, look at my man, bro.
00:52He said, bro, go.
00:58Deputies responded and within five minutes had the suspect in custody.
01:02He gave the weapon up, he did have the weapon on him at the time.
01:04I have seen him around the school and he's like, he's a kid, you know, he's the regular kid that goes to school, you know.
01:10They met with their son, they told us that they would not let him talk.
01:21We have to, in a juvenile, we have to get permission from the parents or the guardian of that juvenile in order to speak to them.
01:29And we did not get that.
01:30If we find anything in any of the evidence that we've seized, whether it be a phone dump or any evidence that was seized from the home,
01:46obviously that leads towards motive, that will be something we're very much looking for.
02:01These are all people trying to get their kids.
02:04I think this is every parent's worst nightmare.
02:15Slow down, you're fine.
02:20Kids are walking down, kids are walking home down the highway.
02:26These children are walking down the highway.
02:31This is a uniquely American problem that we need to address.
02:41But at this juncture, I think we need to focus on the community, the families, supporting all the first responders,
02:48including the incredible people at our hospitals that are working so hard to save the lives of those who are fighting for their lives right now.
