00:00As you can see, I just got discharged from the hospital and came home.
00:09This is a minimum setup in which a person generally improves in 10-12 days.
00:14In this video, I would like to explain that if a patient is coming home after being discharged from the hospital,
00:21then what all arrangements should be made.
00:24As you can see, I just got discharged from the hospital and came home.
00:29Now, let me take you inside the house.
00:32Some people may have individual rooms in their house.
00:35Some people may have individual sections in their house.
00:41This is my room, which should be there for my patient when I come home.
00:46Good lighting and air.
00:49Adequate fluid for eating.
00:52Juices, soups, cut fruits.
00:56Reading instruments or mobile phones for entertainment.
01:00Hand sanitizers, gloves, mask and face shield for those who will come inside and take care of the patient.
01:08A chair for the patient.
01:11Some things that I will explain later.
01:14And a bed.
01:15Let's say, I just got discharged from the hospital and came home.
01:18After coming home, I will rest.
01:21How long should I rest?
01:23I should rest for 8 hours a day.
01:26How should I do it?
01:28Oxygen saturation is less due to direct sunlight.
01:32We saw in the hospital that if the patient sleeps upside down, which is called prone ventilation.
01:41If you sleep like this for 8 hours and use a pulse oximeter during this time,
01:47then you will see that oxygen increases a lot.
01:52So try to sleep upside down for 8 hours a day, most of the time during the day or at night.
02:02Try to sleep like this or like this.
02:06And you should always have a pulse oximeter with you.
02:10It should show your pulse saturation between 95 and 100.
02:15Then you are fine.
02:17Those who are staying in bed for a long time, they will start exercising.
02:23Which exercise?
02:24First of all, this leg exercise.
02:26Keep moving your legs like this.
02:28Because many people get clots in their legs.
02:32If you keep doing this leg exercise, the clots will reduce.
02:36Second, deep breathing exercises.
02:39While lying down, take deep, light breaths.
02:48Do not always lie down.
02:50After 3-4 hours, either with a tape or on the edge of the bed, if you have the courage,
02:58try to exercise on the edge of the bed.
03:02Which one?
03:03If possible, move your legs.
03:05If possible, move your hands.
03:07And if possible, try to do deep breathing exercises.
03:13As time goes by, weakness remains for a month.
03:17After 15 days, the weakness starts to decrease.
03:21When you take more care of food and water, a person's condition improves.
03:27He needs something to eat every 3-4 hours.
03:31Second breathing exercise is respirator meters.
03:35What is the purpose of one respirator meter?
03:38There are three balls.
03:40There is an instrument to blow.
03:51If you take a deep breath, the ball rises.
03:53How many balls you can lift depends on the strength in your chest and lungs.
03:59If you blow it upside down, the ball rises.
04:06Do this for 5 minutes every hour or two hours.
04:11This will increase the capacity of your lungs and improve your breathing capacity.
04:18When you start doing these things in the bed,
04:23After that, get out of the bed.
04:25Get out of the bed and spend an hour or half an hour on the chair.
04:29In which you will keep moving your legs regularly.
04:34Breathing exercises.
04:36Take your arms out and breathe.
04:38Take your arms in and breathe.
04:41Pull back.
04:44Leave it ahead.
04:48You have to do these exercises every day.
04:50Apart from this, if you try, you have to do 10-15 minutes of worship every day.
04:56Because it increases faith.
04:58And this gives the man the strength to come out.
05:03Do not always wear a mask.
05:05You need to wear a mask only when someone comes into the room.
05:09Otherwise, you can live without a mask.
05:12When the condition is better than coming out of the chair,
05:16Then try to walk a little in your room.
05:20Or go out of the room and walk a little.
05:23Second thing.
05:24You have to pay a lot of attention to food.
05:27Fever, weakness and not feeling hungry are the biggest symptoms of Corona.
05:32Which remain even after 14 days.
05:34This does not mean that the disease is not cured.
05:37It means that you have to take simple paracetamol pills for fever.
05:43There are a lot of liquid diet juices, soups and fruits in food.
05:48And a lot of faith and a lot of care is needed.
05:52This is a minimum setup in which a person generally improves in 10-12 days.
05:58Those who are not infected or have a fever should not come to this room.
06:02Keep children and old people away from this room.
