Lauren Draper, 22, from Cardiff, Wales, faced unusual reactions to her pregnancy, as strangers thought her massive baby bump was "fake" or joked she was carrying a "penthouse."
Diagnosed with polyhydramnios, an excess of amniotic fluid, Lauren struggled with mobility as her bump grew.
At 34 weeks, people even joked she was having quadruplets.
After complications, including a placenta abruption and blood loss, Lauren underwent an emergency c-section at 34 weeks and welcomed her daughter Olyve, who weighed 6lbs 1oz.
Though Olyve is fighting respiratory failure in the hospital, Lauren remains hopeful she will recover.
