00:38I defy anybody on this side to say right now that that's not what happened in 2017.
00:43We want to ensure and have commitments amongst ourselves that we're going to find a requisite
00:47number of savings while also protecting essential programs.
00:51We're not going to cut Medicare, Social Security, or Medicaid.
00:53Don't believe the lies about that.
00:55Anybody who's an eligible beneficiary will be protected in this process.
00:58But there are a lot of other savings in fraud, waste, and abuse in all these other areas
01:02that we are identifying and will continue to identify.
