When speaking of free will and God’s providence, one can feel a little puzzled. One offers us freedom to choose, while the other tells us that God remains in charge. Yet, in Catholic belief, both hold and blend in perfect harmony. We do not act alone in our choice, and yet we’re not compelled to do so.
