00:13on the bottom of the sheet you need to right click and click on the protect sheet

00:41three and ok now close it and save let's reopen the file and now you can see that you cannot change

00:59sheet will not allow to put anything so how to unprotected this sheet again right click on that
01:06and you need to click on the unprotected sheet and here you need to give the password again
01:12one two three and click ok now the sheet is again unprotected and now you can change it
01:19and here now you can change anything in the sheet now it is not protected right now
