00:01Morning. I've been a bit quiet on it about my post-op recovery. I'm actually doing really well. I'm healing quite good. I've struggled a little bit mentally because I feel a bit vulnerable. And that's because I've been open from here down to the top of my stomach. And I get a bit worried about bumping into people or knocking myself or things like that. But physically I feel fantastic. I'm almost seven weeks post-op.
00:27I'm just about to have my first swim. So I'll let you know how it goes. I'm actually very excited. That was amazing. That's the first time I've been in the water since November. I'm seven weeks post-op. I swam ten lengths. I'm so, so happy. It's amazing. I'm alive.
