00:00:00This season.
00:00:02Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
00:00:05An age old rivalry.
00:00:07Go, man.
00:00:10Was reignited.
00:00:11No, no, no, no.
00:00:12Matt, stop it, Matt.
00:00:14The brawn.
00:00:15I'm not going down without a fight.
00:00:18And their brute strength.
00:00:19I love you guys, it's from death to us part.
00:00:23With no match.
00:00:24Boom, score.
00:00:25For the wildly combustible.
00:00:28I am the flame mantis.
00:00:29My plan is to slowly eat him alive.
00:00:32You were fueled by extreme volatility.
00:00:35I want AJ's body in the ground.
00:00:38If you me over, I will come and find you.
00:00:40Someone's thinking of blindsiding me.
00:00:42That's Shakespearean stuff.
00:00:44Savage moves.
00:00:45Max.
00:00:46Saw them thrive.
00:00:47The name I came up with was the graduates.
00:00:49We're just going to cause absolute chaos.
00:00:51And one by one.
00:00:53I fractured my finger, and they've actually pulled me from the game.
00:00:57The brawn's hopes were shattered.
00:00:59The brawn's hopes were shattered.
00:01:01Until the brains.
00:01:03I need to be careful that I'm not going to get knifed by the boys.
00:01:07Had to finally turn on each other.
00:01:09Zara.
00:01:10I should have listened to Miles.
00:01:12Now, the final three showdown will be a battle of the brains.
00:01:22Miles.
00:01:23Golden foot, baby.
00:01:24Yeah.
00:01:25The pole dancing super fan who fought from the bottom.
00:01:29AJ and I are the biggest psychopath.
00:01:31And had a lust for idols.
00:01:32Wait, I got the idol.
00:01:33Let's go, Drix.
00:01:35People have underestimated me if I'm going to play this football.
00:01:37Because I'm not afraid to make big moves.
00:01:39And everyone could see that.
00:01:40Woo!
00:01:41I like to live dangerously, baby.
00:01:44Kaelin.
00:01:47The sociable PhD student.
00:01:49Oh, we can do shorts out of there.
00:01:50Yeah, we can do a short ski out of there.
00:01:52The thirst for coconuts.
00:01:54I love drinking these, even though they say it gives you value.
00:01:58And immunity necklaces.
00:02:01Kaelin sets a new record.
00:02:04My whole plan was to downplay my physical game and then go nuts.
00:02:07I'm going nuts and I'm loving it.
00:02:12And AJ.
00:02:13These are my hostages.
00:02:14The wildcard poker player.
00:02:16You guys can throw or I'm going to walk one off the plank every single tribal immunity.
00:02:22What about us?
00:02:23Hellbent on creating confusion.
00:02:25What the hell, man?
00:02:26He's doing it on purpose.
00:02:28And chaos.
00:02:29Can you just prove that?
00:02:30You have earned me.
00:02:32I'm controlling everything.
00:02:34You have the most beautiful eye.
00:02:35I don't think I can lose this game anymore.
00:02:37Done.
00:02:37This is just going to be a steamroll now.
00:02:40When the game's closest alliance finally breaks,
00:02:46who will be Soul Survivor?
00:02:52That's the first match.
00:02:58Yes,idän.
00:03:14Congratulations, Mox.
00:03:15Congratulations to you, Kaelin.
00:03:17Yeah, final three.
00:03:20Crazy.
00:03:22Yeah.
00:03:23What was your aim when you came in here?
00:03:26Did you have a specific, like, I want to make this point?
00:03:29Oh, win.
00:03:30Then come in to lose.
00:03:32I legitimately, like, I didn't expect to even come close to winning.
00:03:36Yeah?
00:03:37What was your aim?
00:03:38Mine was merge.
00:03:39Because I knew that, like, I would, when given opportunities,
00:03:43like, do some silly shit.
00:03:45Yeah.
00:03:46Well, good luck in the challenge today.
00:03:50I'm going to take you down.
00:03:52Challenge enthusiast is getting taken down by the jungle rat.
00:03:56You've been so enthusiastic lately.
00:03:58I have, the last couple of challenges.
00:04:00It's been building.
00:04:01Yeah.
00:04:02Nice.
00:04:09Losing today is not an option.
00:04:11I've broken the record for the most individual immunity wins in survivor history.
00:04:21But, uh, final immunity challenge.
00:04:23That, that's the one.
00:04:24That's the one you've got to win.
00:04:25I am a physically and mentally tough person.
00:04:30I won't let myself lose.
00:04:32But, if I win that final immunity necklace, then I just foresee a tough decision.
00:04:38Who do I take to the final tribal council?
00:04:43I've been through so much with Miles and AJ.
00:04:45And they're not just being game players that have been very tight and strong with me.
00:04:50But they're two of my best friends in life.
00:04:52And AJ is my absolute best friend in the world.
00:04:55And he's done everything to help me in this game.
00:04:57I'm loyal to him.
00:04:59So, I've got to think about, as a human, who does it make sense to take?
00:05:08It's kind of insane that the Brains tribe had the final four spots and now the final three
00:05:13spots in the game.
00:05:15I honestly attribute that this season to me.
00:05:20I threw challenges.
00:05:21I took hostages.
00:05:22I made other tribes throw challenges.
00:05:24I blindsided people.
00:05:26I've created chaos in multiple tribal councils.
00:05:29I've lied.
00:05:30I've deceived.
00:05:31I controlled this game the entire post mode.
00:05:36Every single vote.
00:05:37If I get to the final two, I'm winning this game.
00:05:40I just have to get there.
00:05:43But I just don't have a brawny muscle in me.
00:05:47But it really doesn't matter.
00:05:49As a poker player, I'm happy to go to the final immunity challenge and bet all my money
00:05:54on Kaelin.
00:05:59Kaelin's a loyalty guy.
00:06:03So, I just need him to win the final immunity or I need to win the final immunity.
00:06:09And 500k is mine.
00:06:10I can't believe it.
00:06:11This is every Survivor fan's dream.
00:06:23I've made it to final three.
00:06:25But I know that if I don't win this final challenge, I'm in trouble.
00:06:31If AJ wins that final challenge, he's not taking me to final two.
00:06:36And to be honest, I think Kaelin doesn't want to turn on AJ.
00:06:40He is loyal to AJ, who he's played with the entire game.
00:06:44But I am the jungle rat.
00:06:47Rats are survivors.
00:06:49I've been fighting from the bottom the entire game.
00:06:53I don't give up under pressure.
00:06:55I need to win.
00:06:57This is do or die for me.
00:06:59And so, I'm fired up.
00:07:01And I'm ready to fight for my life to win this game.
00:07:05All right.
00:07:35Come on in.
00:07:36Good morning.
00:07:37What is...
00:07:38What the...
00:07:39Oh, yeah.
00:07:40Oh, wow.
00:07:41Excited.
00:07:42Nervous.
00:07:43All right.
00:07:44Congratulations.
00:07:45You have made it to day 46.
00:07:48As three original brains, it's the power of the mind that's got you this far.
00:07:51Yeah.
00:07:52And that's exactly what you're going to have to draw on today.
00:07:54Are you ready to get to your final immunity challenge?
00:07:55Yeah.
00:07:56All right.
00:07:57Let's go, Miles.
00:07:58Go.
00:07:59Go.
00:08:00Go.
00:08:01Go.
00:08:02Go.
00:08:03Go.
00:08:04Go.
00:08:05Go.
00:08:06Go.
00:08:07Go.
00:08:08Go.
00:08:09Go.
00:08:10Go.
00:08:11Go.
00:08:12Go.
00:08:13Go.
00:08:14Go.
00:08:15Go.
00:08:16Go.
00:08:17Go.
00:08:18Go.
00:08:19Go.
00:08:20Go.
00:08:21Go.
00:08:22Go.
00:08:23Go.
00:08:24Go.
00:08:25Go.
00:08:26Go.
00:08:27Go.
00:08:28For the last time, immunity is back up for grabs.
00:08:29For today's challenge, you're going to stand on narrow pegs with nothing but bamboo to hold
00:08:34on to.
00:08:35At various intervals, you'll move on to narrower pegs, making it more difficult.
00:08:43If at any point you step off or fall off, you're out of the challenge.
00:08:47Last person left standing wins immunity
00:08:50and a guaranteed spot at that final tribal
00:08:53where you will have a chance to pitch to the jury
00:08:56why you deserve the title of sole survivor
00:08:58and the half-million dollars that goes with it.
00:09:01In addition, you'll get to decide
00:09:03who'll be sitting next to you at that final tribal.
00:09:08Now, there's a lot riding on this challenge,
00:09:10and it's clearly a tough one.
00:09:12So I figured that, you know,
00:09:14you might need a little support from home.
00:09:16Yeah.
00:09:17Miles, let's see who we got for you.
00:09:19Come on in.
00:09:22Oh, it's Ollie.
00:09:26Miles.
00:09:27Oh, my God.
00:09:31Where's some power?
00:09:32What the hell is that beard, Miles?
00:09:38Holy shit, Miles.
00:09:39Yeah, I know.
00:09:40You need some goddamn pies and beer the second you land.
00:09:42I know, I'm so skinny.
00:09:44Oh, I'm so good to see you.
00:09:45How are you doing?
00:09:46Oh, this is Caleb.
00:09:47I'm survivor.
00:09:48This is AJ.
00:09:49This is Ollie.
00:09:50Yeah.
00:09:51How are we doing?
00:09:52So, this is Ollie, I'm guessing.
00:09:53Yeah, this is Ollie.
00:09:54This is my best friend.
00:09:55We've been friends since we were literally babies.
00:09:57He's also the person I send all the late-night survivor idea texts to
00:10:02when I've been watching.
00:10:03Okay.
00:10:04Ollie, I mean, to be honest,
00:10:06Miles has pulled off a couple of big moves.
00:10:08Does that surprise you?
00:10:09Not at all.
00:10:10He went in saying he wanted to do some big stuff.
00:10:13Oh, I've got a nickname now.
00:10:14Oh, yeah?
00:10:15Yeah, yeah.
00:10:16The Jungle Rat.
00:10:17Nice.
00:10:18Well, welcome.
00:10:20All right, AJ.
00:10:21Let's see who we got for you.
00:10:22Come on in.
00:10:23Oh, man.
00:10:24It's Nabeel.
00:10:25What the heck?
00:10:26Hey!
00:10:27Bro!
00:10:28Give me a hug, bro.
00:10:29Dude, oh, what is this?
00:10:30I know I'm cooked.
00:10:35I'm so cooked.
00:10:36Look at him.
00:10:37Hey, bro, that's me.
00:10:38This is Caleb.
00:10:39Hey, Nabill.
00:10:40Hey, Nabill.
00:10:41Hey, Nabill.
00:10:42Bro!
00:10:43Give me a hug, bro.
00:10:45Oh!
00:10:46Dude, what is this?
00:10:47I know, I'm cooked.
00:10:48I'm so cooked.
00:10:49Guys, this is my best friend, Nabil.
00:10:50Nice to meet you.
00:10:51Hey, Nabil.
00:10:52So, AJ, after 46 days of constantly scheming, does it feel good to see your buddy?
00:11:05Oh, it feels so good.
00:11:07Nabil, if he was on the show, he'd play the same as me.
00:11:10I think if I tell him everything that's happened, he'll just get a good laugh out of it.
00:11:13Look, I don't know what I'm going to see, but I know I'm not going to be surprised at all.
00:11:17Whatever he does, I won't be surprised.
00:11:20Okay, are you surprised that he hasn't won a challenge yet?
00:11:23Um...
00:11:25Not particularly.
00:11:27Oh, AJ.
00:11:29You know what?
00:11:30Maybe he's just saving the best of life.
00:11:36Kaelin, we got someone special for you.
00:11:40Come on in.
00:11:56Oh, my God.
00:11:57Oh, my God.
00:11:59Oh, my God.
00:12:00Oh, my God.
00:12:01Oh, my God.
00:12:02Oh, my God.
00:12:03Oh, my God.
00:12:04Oh, my God.
00:12:05Oh, my God.
00:12:06Oh, my God.
00:12:07Oh, my God.
00:12:08Hello.
00:12:09You looked after me since day one.
00:12:10Nice to meet your mum.
00:12:11It's your mum.
00:12:12It's your mum.
00:12:13Lydia.
00:12:14Hi, James.
00:12:16Hi.
00:12:17Hi.
00:12:18Hi.
00:12:19Hi.
00:12:20Hi.
00:12:21Kaelin, introduce me.
00:12:22Yeah, this is my mum, Lydia, and this is JLP.
00:12:24He's a handsome man.
00:12:25He runs the show.
00:12:26Stop it.
00:12:27Hi, Lydia.
00:12:28Hi.
00:12:29How are you?
00:12:30Oh, overwhelmed.
00:12:31Really?
00:12:32So proud.
00:12:33Yeah.
00:12:34Yeah.
00:12:35How does it feel to see your mum after 46 days?
00:12:37Don't be honest.
00:12:38Okay.
00:12:39Yeah.
00:12:40I don't get emotional.
00:12:41Do I ever get emotional?
00:12:42Never.
00:12:43But I was a bit emotional seeing her come down the path, and she always looks after me.
00:12:46So, yeah, she'll be cheering for me.
00:12:48So, look, here's the thing, Lydia.
00:12:50I've never seen someone play this game with so much joy like Kaelin.
00:12:55Is that who he is in his own life?
00:12:58Yeah, he is.
00:12:59And that's what we've missed at home.
00:13:00He just sort of brings the joy and the light, but works really hard.
00:13:05I'm not surprised that he's here.
00:13:08I know what he has put into it, and it's always 150%.
00:13:15Alright, well, friends and family, it's clear that everyone's happy that you're here.
00:13:19We're happy that you're here to support, but you're going to be doing it from the bench today.
00:13:22I'm going to give everyone a minute to catch up, and then you're going to get to it.
00:13:27I know you're wrong.
00:13:30I'm model.
00:13:31Played it correctly.
00:13:32Yes!
00:13:33That's good.
00:13:34I need him to come in.
00:13:3580% chance to bring him down.
00:13:36I'm 100% bring him down.
00:13:37Yeah?
00:13:38Yeah.
00:13:39Yeah.
00:13:40Yeah.
00:13:41Yeah.
00:13:42Yeah.
00:13:43Yeah.
00:13:44Yeah.
00:13:49Everyone, assume the position.
00:13:57Oh, this is an awful position.
00:14:10All right.
00:14:14Final immunity.
00:14:15This challenge is now on.
00:14:18Here we are, day 46, and it's come down to this.
00:14:23Who can stand on a peg the longest?
00:14:28Step off that peg.
00:14:29You're out.
00:14:33First time we've had three men in the final challenge.
00:14:37First time we've had three players in the same tribe.
00:14:41Oh, wow.
00:14:42The final challenge.
00:14:44It's the battle of the brains.
00:14:47This was a brains versus brawn season, and the brawn have gone for a reason.
00:14:54Kaelin has the most immunity wins of anyone ever that's played Survivor,
00:14:58and we want him to extend his record here.
00:15:00No, we don't.
00:15:02I want him to extend his record here.
00:15:06Or I win.
00:15:07That's nice, too.
00:15:08Ignore them, Kaelin.
00:15:15High stakes.
00:15:17All your chips are in on this one.
00:15:20Yeah.
00:15:21This is my life.
00:15:22How you feeling, AJ?
00:15:23Honestly, I'm never coming down.
00:15:24Never?
00:15:25I don't care how much pain I'm in.
00:15:26Unless I tear something, I'm just, I'm staying up here forever.
00:15:30If I've been here for 46 days, I may as well be in pain for a couple of hours.
00:15:35You're on the easy ones right now.
00:15:37These are the warm-up pegs.
00:15:38I think it's like mine never matter.
00:15:40I'm literally just never coming down.
00:15:42All right.
00:15:43Should be warmed up by now.
00:15:44I think it's time to move on to the next stage.
00:15:49Yeah.
00:15:50Three, two, one.
00:15:51I think it's time to move on to the next stage.
00:15:54Yeah.
00:15:55Three, two, one.
00:15:56That's a good one.
00:15:58Three, two, one.
00:15:59That's a good one.
00:16:00That's a good one.
00:16:01That's a good one.
00:16:02That's a good one.
00:16:03That's a good one.
00:16:05That's a good one.
00:16:06to the next stage.
00:16:11Three, two, one.
00:16:19That's a good one.
00:16:36All right.
00:16:42We're an hour into this challenge.
00:16:44I think it's time to move on.
00:16:47Three, two, one.
00:16:54There's your next set of pegs.
00:16:56I have to go home.
00:16:57Oh, no way.
00:16:59Oh, they're at different heights.
00:17:02Remember, this is a live transition.
00:17:05You fall off the peg, you're out.
00:17:09Take your position.
00:17:16This one's...
00:17:26Everyone makes the transition.
00:17:29AJ, a little wobbly, but he pulls it together.
00:17:33That's pretty good.
00:17:34This AJ, just psyching out his competitors.
00:17:39I'm just never coming down today.
00:17:41But, uh, there's only one bucket list thing left
00:17:43that I haven't done in this game.
00:17:44I just want to win that necklace.
00:17:45It's the only thing left I haven't done in this game.
00:17:50Miles not looking comfortable at all.
00:17:53Kaelin in a power move.
00:17:57Doing great, Kay.
00:18:01Bamboo poles.
00:18:03A little bit further away now.
00:18:06Every time you switch, you take a risk.
00:18:08Take a risk.
00:18:09So, Lydia, is Kaelin always this focused?
00:18:18Yes.
00:18:20When he's got a goal, he sets his mind at it and works really hard.
00:18:25Lydia, can I say, Kaelin is amazing.
00:18:27Everybody on the tribe constantly said they wanted to meet his parents.
00:18:32Because he's just such a unique person.
00:18:35He was literally the most loved person of anyone here.
00:18:38Nobody dislikes Kaelin.
00:18:40He got one person vote for him the entire game.
00:18:43And it's just a coincidence.
00:18:45Nobody wanted him to leave.
00:18:46Kind of cool.
00:18:47He was always smiling.
00:18:48Always positive.
00:18:49Thank you, AJ.
00:18:50That's really beautiful to hear that.
00:18:51Probably says a lot about you too.
00:18:56Miles on a big backwards stretch there.
00:19:01Kaelin, conserving his energy.
00:19:04AJ, just happy to chat.
00:19:06For now, I'm good.
00:19:16You got this for two hours.
00:19:30You got this.
00:19:31You're all right, bro.
00:19:32You're all right.
00:19:33Hang in there, Kaelin.
00:19:34Let's move it on.
00:19:37Here we go.
00:19:39Three, two, one.
00:19:43Closed him up.
00:19:44Nice.
00:19:45Step forward.
00:19:55Oh, jeez.
00:19:57These are a lot smaller.
00:20:00They're a lot angrier.
00:20:06You weren't feeling it before.
00:20:07Oh, jeez.
00:20:09You're sure gonna feel it now.
00:20:10Risky move from AJ.
00:20:15Nice save.
00:20:17Got this, Kay.
00:20:21Everyone makes the transition.
00:20:23Pegs are further apart.
00:20:31That's gonna put you on more of a stretch.
00:20:36Bamboo's further apart.
00:20:38For the first time, AJ's on a stretch now.
00:20:41It's jungle reptile.
00:20:42One, two, three.
00:20:43Oh, my.
00:20:44Risky move.
00:20:45What are you doing?
00:20:46But he does it.
00:20:47I'm all good, baby.
00:20:49Kaylin going for a transition.
00:20:50Nicely done.
00:20:51Myles, you're gonna slip, bro.
00:20:52AJ, not all of us have big, long, skangly legs.
00:20:53Some people need to go for some wacky positions.
00:20:54Oh, myles, what are you doing?
00:20:55Oh, myles, what are you doing?
00:20:56But he does it.
00:20:57I'm all good, baby.
00:20:58Kaylin going for a transition.
00:20:59Nicely done.
00:21:01Kaylin going for a transition.
00:21:02Nicely done.
00:21:13Myles, you're gonna slip, bro.
00:21:14AJ, not all of us have big, long, skangly legs.
00:21:17Some people need to go for some wacky positions.
00:21:23AJ dreaming about his first necklace.
00:21:26I'm very enthusiastic about this one, Jonathan.
00:21:31Yeah, a sharp peg will do that to you.
00:21:36Come on, bro, fire him up.
00:21:37Hmm?
00:21:38Fire him up, bro.
00:21:48You got this, Myles.
00:21:49Guys, I am never getting down from this pole.
00:21:58I promise you.
00:22:01It is amazing.
00:22:02Like, I feel good.
00:22:03I got four or five more out, and it's like...
00:22:10I really feel good.
00:22:12AJ really ratcheting up the psychological warfare.
00:22:16Yeah.
00:22:20Myles, clearly in a lot of pain now.
00:22:22Come on, you got this.
00:22:37Myles, peeking over at Kaylin and AJ, just wondering...
00:22:41how much longer they have left.
00:22:49Kaylin and AJ with their best poker faces.
00:22:52This is no poker face, mate.
00:22:53This is what happiness looks like.
00:22:55Oh.
00:23:07Oh.
00:23:08And after two hours and 25 minutes...
00:23:12Myles steps out.
00:23:14What a battle.
00:23:16Myles is out of the challenge.
00:23:18All set.
00:23:19Well done, Brian.
00:23:20She didn't suck.
00:23:21I'm very proud of that.
00:23:22That was fantastic.
00:23:23Well done, Brian.
00:23:24She's made a nice job, Brian.
00:23:25Oh.
00:23:26Oh.
00:23:27Oh.
00:23:28Oh.
00:23:29Oh.
00:23:30Oh.
00:23:31Oh.
00:23:32Oh.
00:23:33Oh.
00:23:34Oh.
00:23:35Oh.
00:23:36Oh.
00:23:37Oh.
00:23:38Oh.
00:23:39Oh.
00:23:40Oh.
00:23:41Oh.
00:23:42Oh.
00:23:43Oh.
00:23:44Oh.
00:23:45Oh.
00:23:46Oh.
00:23:47Oh.
00:23:52Hey, Kaylin.
00:23:54I am taking you to the end, just so you know.
00:23:59If you want to get down, it's up to you.
00:24:00I'm never getting down, but I am taking you to the end.
00:24:04And if you win, and you have to pick me, it betrays Myles's trust.
00:24:09But if you don't win, and I pick you, he still has that trust.
00:24:14I think it's pretty good for you.
00:24:16All right.
00:24:17You do you.
00:24:25All right.
00:24:26You guys have been up there for two and a half hours.
00:24:30Let's put our showdown between Kalen and AJ to the test.
00:24:35Let's move on.
00:24:37The final set of pegs.
00:24:39Yeah.
00:24:40Three, two, one.
00:24:46There they are.
00:24:50That was a .
00:24:52All right, here we go.
00:24:53Step forward.
00:24:55This is a live transition, and it's a tricky one.
00:25:00How long do we have to do this?
00:25:01We've got two minutes to make this transition.
00:25:03I'm going to do this.
00:25:05Just wait.
00:25:07He's waiting for you.
00:25:08Each one of them is going to have a go at it first.
00:25:11Do this, Kay.
00:25:13Kalen, don't leave yourself too little time.
00:25:16He's got to have time to be able to adjust.
00:25:18You think you can make that transition easy?
00:25:20I think I can do it, but.
00:25:21Long time.
00:25:23Those transitions look rough.
00:25:25Yeah, they did it all good.
00:25:27One minute.
00:25:31Kalen, we're in trouble here.
00:25:32I don't know if he can make it.
00:25:34Big stretch.
00:25:39Kalen, you're just going to have to put your weight into it.
00:25:41Leap of faith here, because you're not going to be able to reach it.
00:25:43But you're just going to need to go for it.
00:25:4530 seconds.
00:25:54Good work, Kay.
00:25:55Oh, nice, Kalen.
00:25:56Kalen.
00:25:57Well done.
00:25:58Oh, well done.
00:26:00He successfully makes the transition.
00:26:01AJ going for it.
00:26:03There it is.
00:26:04Easy.
00:26:06Both make the transition.
00:26:09On the smallest pegs now, these are the angriest ones.
00:26:15Practically points.
00:26:18Breathe through it, Kay.
00:26:22Kalen's starting to look uncomfortable.
00:26:24Think of something good, Kalen.
00:26:38Nan's going to love this.
00:26:41She's tough.
00:26:42That's where he gets it from.
00:26:44That's great.
00:26:48Feel the breeze, Kay.
00:26:49You guys have been up there for three hours.
00:27:01Good work, Kay.
00:27:01Let's go, bro.
00:27:02Well done, bro.
00:27:12Adjustment from AJ.
00:27:14Clearly, in pain now.
00:27:16I can see the grimace on his face.
00:27:19Those pain receptors that he switched off earlier.
00:27:23Suddenly back online.
00:27:28Kalen, you know that necklace is annoying around your neck anyway.
00:27:32No shame in giving up, bro.
00:27:35Ignore them, Kalen.
00:27:36Ha-ha.
00:27:50Tiny little peg is just drilling to the base of your foot.
00:28:00Mean, angry little peg.
00:28:06They're dead.
00:28:08That was uncomfortable.
00:28:12He's a stubborn, competitive person.
00:28:33Oh, no!
00:28:36Oh, .
00:28:38Out of nowhere, AJ slips.
00:28:40He's out of the challenge.
00:28:42Oh, that was amazing.
00:28:47Ah!
00:28:48Kalen wins.
00:28:50Final immunity.
00:28:51I gave it everything.
00:28:52I gave it, like, literally everything.
00:28:57So much.
00:28:57Yeah.
00:28:58He said to give it everything.
00:28:59I gave it everything.
00:29:00Hold on.
00:29:00Oh, done.
00:29:01That was, like, the most amazing thing I've ever seen.
00:29:04Kalen, that was crazy.
00:29:05Oh, your record's never getting broken, brother.
00:29:08You were sick up there, bro.
00:29:10Thanks.
00:29:11I don't know.
00:29:11You were sick up there, bro.
00:29:19Yeah.
00:29:20And you were sick.
00:29:30I'm sorry.
00:29:31I'm sorry.
00:29:31I'm sorry.
00:29:32Kaelin, come on over.
00:29:37Challenge enthusiast.
00:29:38Good work, Kaelin.
00:29:40Final immunity necklace is yours.
00:29:43You've broken the record again.
00:29:45Seven wins.
00:29:46How does that feel?
00:29:51Just too much responsibility with these two.
00:29:57I had to send one to home tonight.
00:30:00Just too much.
00:30:02Lydia, how proud are you of your son right now?
00:30:05Unbelievably proud, not just for him winning the game,
00:30:08but just his heart and how much he cares about other people.
00:30:12He's a good man.
00:30:18Well, congratulations,
00:30:19because you have secured your position at that final tribal,
00:30:22and, yes, you do have a difficult decision to make.
00:30:25Who are you going to take with you to that final tribal,
00:30:28and who's going to become the final member of our jury?
00:30:30It's a lot to think about.
00:30:32And Kaelin...
00:30:35Miles and AJ, I will see you tonight at tribal.
00:30:38Well done.
00:30:39Well done, everyone.
00:30:42Well done, guys.
00:30:43I love you guys so much.
00:30:45You're both amazing.
00:30:46Yeah.
00:30:47Well done, Kaelin.
00:30:48Well done, bud.
00:30:50That's fantastic.
00:30:52Good luck with this.
00:30:54Nailed it.
00:30:56Be really proud of what you've done.
00:30:57Stay tough for this next 24 hours.
00:31:00Just don't say it.
00:31:02That wasn't worst case scenario.
00:31:04See you.
00:31:04Yeah.
00:31:05We are good, you guys.
00:31:07See you, Mel.
00:31:08Evening.
00:31:36Evening.
00:31:36We'll now bring in the jury.
00:31:54Laura.
00:31:56Holly.
00:31:57Naren.
00:31:59Logan.
00:32:00Kristen.
00:32:01Kate.
00:32:01And Zara voted out last part of the council.
00:32:05Yeah, Zara.
00:32:06Mama Z.
00:32:07Zara.
00:32:08Woo-hoo!
00:32:08That's a funky outfit.
00:32:14All right.
00:32:16Kaelin, congratulations again.
00:32:19Incredible effort today.
00:32:20Seventh individual immunity win.
00:32:22How does it feel breaking the record for a second time?
00:32:27It's a hard question to answer.
00:32:29So on the surface level, it feels incredible to be working so hard and to be next to these
00:32:34two beautiful people and see them push themselves to the absolute limit physically.
00:32:37But on the deeper level, it feels pretty terrible because now I have such a weight tonight.
00:32:43I have to make such a decision between these aren't two players.
00:32:46These are my best friends and they're amazing human beings.
00:32:49And Miles, do you understand why this is so difficult for Kaelin?
00:32:55Yeah, it's tough.
00:32:56Kaelin prides himself on his loyalty throughout this game.
00:33:01He's a man of his word.
00:33:03But my understanding is he's actually given his word to both of us in the past that he
00:33:08would take us through to final two.
00:33:09And so he's going to have to, um, kind of break his word to someone and make a really
00:33:16hard decision tonight that I don't think he really wanted to make.
00:33:22All right, Miles.
00:33:23So what's your pitch to Kaelin why he should take you to the end?
00:33:28My pitch is pretty simple.
00:33:30All the way through this late game when I've been talking to people about who they see as
00:33:35the biggest threats in this game, everyone says, AJ.
00:33:39Everyone has told me, you can't take AJ to the end.
00:33:43AJ's played a brilliant game.
00:33:45I've played a big game.
00:33:46I've played a flashy game.
00:33:48But there's a reason why I have 26 votes against me.
00:33:53It's because a big part of it has been because of sloppy gameplay at various times.
00:34:00And I know that there's definitely jurors up there who don't necessarily respect the
00:34:04way that I've played the game, while everyone respects the way AJ's played the game.
00:34:09So AJ, what's your pitch to Kaelin for why he should take you to the end?
00:34:18Miles has played the, probably the most record-breaking historic game in Survivor history.
00:34:26Miles has broken six Survivor records this season.
00:34:30First record, most idols found in a season.
00:34:35Second record, most idols played correctly in a season.
00:34:39Third record, most votes caught by an idol.
00:34:43Fourth record, most amount of votes received against this season.
00:34:49Fifth record, most amount of time played on the bottom.
00:34:53I think the jungle rat is going to be a historic character in Survivor.
00:35:00I think if Miles gets to the end tomorrow, it might be a bit of a slaughter.
00:35:11I think the jury, they want to just reward the best game.
00:35:15When you're looking at the best game, I don't think anyone comes close to AJ.
00:35:20I think Miles and I could definitely go back and forth here about which game is more impressive,
00:35:24how it's more impressive, but I think when it comes down to it, maybe there's no point.
00:35:31I think that Miles and I are both an archetype of a player, and that archetype is a strategist, right?
00:35:37We're strategists, and we do these things, and we make these big moves, and our games are flashy.
00:35:42I think that Miles and I have played very similar games.
00:35:47How do you decide that in the end?
00:35:49I think you decide with your heart.
00:36:01I think Kalen has a really big heart, and I think he should just make the decision he'll regret the least,
00:36:08and go to the end with the person he really wants to go to the end with.
00:36:12I really just think the deciding factor is kind of in your heart.
00:36:29Can we check quickly?
00:36:30Yeah.
00:36:31Sorry, Jonathan.
00:36:32I just want to have a quick down-to-earth.
00:36:35Okay.
00:36:35Just a quick check.
00:36:36It's basically, I just, you guys just help me a bit, because it's absolutely killed me all day,
00:36:48and I still have no solution.
00:36:51I've got to take responsibility, because I made promises, and I put myself there.
00:36:55Can you help me in any way?
00:36:57Do you want us to decide?
00:36:58No.
00:36:58Is that what you're saying?
00:36:59You can't do that.
00:37:01Whatever decision you make is the right one, right?
00:37:04Yeah.
00:37:04Back yourself here, and whichever one of us you choose, like, that's the right one for you to choose.
00:37:11I think you just go with your heart, Kalen.
00:37:13Yeah.
00:37:13Like, neither of us are holding anything against you.
00:37:16We've played this game amazingly.
00:37:19Yeah.
00:37:19None of us would be here without the other.
00:37:21Yeah.
00:37:22And I just, I think you should go with your heart, and that's why I said it.
00:37:25Yeah.
00:37:26We could pitch against each other all day long, but I think you just go with your heart, Kalen.
00:37:30Yeah.
00:37:34I think you just go with your heart, Kalen.
00:37:53So, Kalen, we've had plenty of private chats at other tribals, but never at final three.
00:38:11I just needed, yeah, I just needed to, I just needed to have a human conversation.
00:38:17I do have a decision, but it's, yeah, I've never had a relationship like I have with these two.
00:38:24I just need them to appreciate, vote for them, that they are everything to me.
00:38:28And it's just the, the, one of the worst days of my life at the moment.
00:38:31All right, well, I'm feeling the love, but just so we're clear, you're sending one of these
00:38:40two to the jury with your vote.
00:38:43Yeah.
00:38:44It is time to vote.
00:38:47Kalen, you're up.
00:38:57Come on.
00:38:58Come on.
00:38:58Come on.
00:39:01I'll go collect the vote.
00:39:31I'll read the vote.
00:39:4921st person voted out.
00:40:02Final number of our jury.
00:40:04AJ.
00:40:09That's right.
00:40:12That's all right, buddy.
00:40:13You're good.
00:40:14You're good.
00:40:15Good luck.
00:40:15It's a game.
00:40:19You do what you gotta do.
00:40:20Come on, give me a hug.
00:40:21You do what you gotta do.
00:40:26Miles.
00:40:27You're my naughty boy.
00:40:28Well played, bro.
00:40:30You do amazing.
00:40:31AJ, the tribe has spoken.
00:40:44I had an absolute blast.
00:40:53I love you all.
00:40:55See you all soon.
00:40:58And see you guys tomorrow.
00:41:01I am looking forward to those pitches.
00:41:03See you soon.
00:41:04All right, Jay.
00:41:05See you soon.
00:41:05All right, Jay.
00:41:16Congratulations, Kalen and Miles.
00:41:17You are the final two.
00:41:19You've gone as far as you can go in this game.
00:41:22Tomorrow night, the power shifts to the jury.
00:41:25So I suggest go home, get some sleep,
00:41:27and think about how you're going to convince them
00:41:29that you deserve the title of Soul Survivor
00:41:31and the half million dollars that goes with it.
00:41:33Grab your torches, head back to camp.
00:41:36Good luck.
00:41:41See you tomorrow.
00:41:43It's your be.
00:42:03Hey, good morning, Mr. Mask.
00:42:10Good morning.
00:42:11How'd you sleep?
00:42:12Oh.
00:42:13I actually slept so well.
00:42:15I can't believe it.
00:42:16I can't believe we're here.
00:42:17It's crazy.
00:42:18Yeah.
00:42:18How many people were there?
00:42:1924.
00:42:2024.
00:42:21What day is this?
00:42:2247.
00:42:22We got them up the tree.
00:42:23Yeah.
00:42:2547.
00:42:2647.
00:42:27Last day.
00:42:28This moment means so, so much to me as a big fan.
00:42:35I love strategy games,
00:42:36and this is the greatest strategy game of all time.
00:42:39And I've got a chance to show everyone
00:42:41that I am one of the best players
00:42:43to have ever played this game.
00:42:45And now I'm sitting here at the end
00:42:48with the chance to win.
00:42:50Not only that,
00:42:51I've done it with bullets flying out of my head
00:42:53every single step of the way.
00:42:56I've been on top,
00:42:57and I've been on the bottom for far longer.
00:42:59Yeah.
00:43:00Thanks, dish boy.
00:43:01Put him to work.
00:43:04I have played a very big, very loud game.
00:43:08Have you decided whose idol you want to take?
00:43:11Krista.
00:43:11What?
00:43:13I've played idols.
00:43:14I've made big moves.
00:43:1512th person voted out of Brains vs. Bourne.
00:43:18PD.
00:43:20Have I played a flashy game?
00:43:22Yes.
00:43:22But I've made a lot of mistakes.
00:43:25Same here.
00:43:25This is crazy.
00:43:26He's alright.
00:43:27My social game has left a little bit to be desired.
00:43:30If we go into swap,
00:43:31and we end up on a minority,
00:43:32we are the more obvious targets
00:43:35who are the weakness of the Bourne,
00:43:36potentially colourful in a minority, right?
00:43:37Yeah.
00:43:38He has no EQ.
00:43:40He's got no EQ,
00:43:41but he's got a huge strategy.
00:43:42That little jungle rut.
00:43:45I can get very overconfident
00:43:47if things are going very well.
00:43:48They're, like, so loaded up on Hubris at the moment.
00:43:54You know who I want?
00:43:57Miles is so on his high horse right now.
00:43:59He's getting, like, crazy from you.
00:44:01And you are thinking that you're being
00:44:02some kind of master strategist or something.
00:44:04It is a nightmare to watch me.
00:44:06I guess I was the merchant of chaos.
00:44:09Issue.
00:44:10Miles is going to go on Zara.
00:44:12Shizzle.
00:44:15Oh, Karen's coming over.
00:44:16She's for Frankie.
00:44:17She's nervous.
00:44:17It will be in total deep shit around.
00:44:22I've pissed a lot of people off.
00:44:24Miles, stop rubbing in my ear, please.
00:44:26Miles.
00:44:28Miles is smart,
00:44:29and she's rational.
00:44:30She'll get over it.
00:44:31That's my opinion.
00:44:31Oh, I'm not smart or rational.
00:44:32No.
00:44:33Please stop talking.
00:44:36If you're ever going to do anything,
00:44:37you have to tell me in the future.
00:44:39Yeah, yeah.
00:44:4013th person voted out.
00:44:42First member of our jury.
00:44:44Laura.
00:44:49Seals.
00:44:50I have rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.
00:44:57I have a lot of work to do
00:44:59to have any chance of me beating Kaelin.
00:45:05Oh, my God.
00:45:07This is insane.
00:45:09Oh, wow.
00:45:10That's real good.
00:45:12So to be one speech away from being sole survivor,
00:45:15that's, um,
00:45:17it's inexpressible how awesome that is.
00:45:19Whoa.
00:45:20Look at that.
00:45:23Dude, here's the final two.
00:45:24Dude.
00:45:25I have played a great game.
00:45:27As a challenge enthusiast,
00:45:29breaking Australian survival records,
00:45:31that's very big and that's very obvious.
00:45:33But I know there are people
00:45:35who think I haven't done enough in this game.
00:45:38Whoa.
00:45:39Wait, we've done this.
00:45:41People constantly would say,
00:45:43is Kaelin even playing this game
00:45:44or is he just here to open coconut?
00:45:48It's just so far from the truth.
00:45:50My game has been covert.
00:45:55It's been undercover.
00:45:57The plan is miles.
00:45:59Yeah.
00:46:00It's probably looking bad for you now.
00:46:02For me?
00:46:03Yeah.
00:46:04I'll keep working with you,
00:46:05but just play it cool.
00:46:05My social game has been so great
00:46:10that everybody trusted me.
00:46:12We are on the same page.
00:46:14That's good.
00:46:15You're basically Moana.
00:46:16I moved the votes from the guys
00:46:19within our alliance.
00:46:20How strongly do you feel about AJ?
00:46:22Definitely fully before AJ.
00:46:25That I'm certain of.
00:46:27A few whispers here,
00:46:28a few whispers there.
00:46:29Do you know what brings me to an island?
00:46:32What?
00:46:32I know of her.
00:46:34In fact, yeah, she has no.
00:46:38Everybody completely underestimated me
00:46:40and that was the secret.
00:46:43Mastermind in the shadows.
00:46:44We get rid of the chaos.
00:46:48Then, if you know who kicks in with us,
00:46:50we get rid of Logan.
00:46:54Then there's no way that those guys run to me
00:46:57then we get rid of the game.
00:46:58The drive is broken.
00:46:59So, I'm certain I can convince the jury
00:47:04I was operating all the time.
00:47:13Miles, this is the best thing.
00:47:16Yeah, I'm not marching.
00:47:18We took each other.
00:47:19Yeah, well, I was always looking out for you.
00:47:22Yeah, and me too.
00:47:24I know I've got great relationships.
00:47:26Everyone loves me.
00:47:27Whereas Miles,
00:47:29there's a lot of people on the jury right now
00:47:31that have a bad taste in their mouth
00:47:33when it comes to what Miles has done.
00:47:36He's a worthy opponent,
00:47:37but I'm still going to kill him tonight
00:47:40at that final speech.
00:47:49Good luck to you, Miles.
00:47:50Good luck to you, sir.
00:47:52Challenge enthusiasts in the jungle.
00:47:54All right.
00:48:01Between that title and I tonight
00:48:04stands Kalen.
00:48:05I realise that Kalen has played
00:48:08a brilliant covert game.
00:48:10He's made moves
00:48:11that the jury don't even realise he's made.
00:48:15And so tonight's Tribal Council
00:48:16will be about him convincing people
00:48:18of the moves that he's made.
00:48:19But it's going to be tough.
00:48:23And so I know that with the right pitch,
00:48:26I can win over this jury with my game.
00:48:30Kalen better buckle up
00:48:32because he's in for a rollercoaster tonight.
00:48:35You're OK.
00:48:48K.O.P.
00:49:07Good evening, Kaelin, Miles.
00:49:18All right, we're now bringing in the members of our jury.
00:49:26Laura, Paulie, Karin, Logan, Kristen, Kate, Zara, and AJ.
00:49:42Voted out last tribal council.
00:49:49All right, so here we are, day 47, in your final tribal council.
00:49:55You two have done what 22 other people couldn't do.
00:49:58You have survived every single tribal that you've gone to.
00:50:02And now tonight, the power shifts from here to here.
00:50:07The jury, eight people that you've had a hand in voting out,
00:50:10either directly or indirectly,
00:50:12are now gonna decide which of you two deserves to win this game.
00:50:17This is how it's gonna work.
00:50:19You'll each make an opening pitch.
00:50:22This is your chance to convince the jury
00:50:24that you deserve the title of sole survivor
00:50:27and the half million dollars that goes with it.
00:50:29Then the jury are gonna address you.
00:50:31They're gonna ask you questions, lots of questions.
00:50:34And you're gonna try and answer them.
00:50:36Once everyone's had their say,
00:50:38then the jury will go up to vote
00:50:40to decide who wins this game.
00:50:42Yeah, yeah.
00:50:44All right, Kalin, you wanna kick it off?
00:50:46Yeah.
00:50:48First of all, evening, you beautiful people.
00:50:54I am the biggest candidate for sole survivor.
00:50:57I've had this physical game and I've set a record.
00:51:01So in the world, I've won the most immunity challenges.
00:51:03So that can't be argued.
00:51:06I've had the best social game.
00:51:08I attended 21 tribal councils
00:51:11and I had one vote for the entire game.
00:51:13Normally physical threats, they're removed early on.
00:51:16So I just needed to be the sweetest, most innocent guy in the world,
00:51:19collecting coconuts.
00:51:20I was swimming, I was fishing, I was helping with the shelter.
00:51:24And within a couple of days, I was being called the golden retriever
00:51:28and it worked more than I ever could have dreamed.
00:51:30I was so underestimated that people would say things around me
00:51:34that they never should.
00:51:35I'd be doing a fire, people would be strat chatting right next to me
00:51:38and I would hear everything that was said
00:51:40and nobody even had a second thought about that.
00:51:42Everything was about lower that threat level, gather information
00:51:45and then deploy that information where I needed to be deployed.
00:51:49Nobody suspected me.
00:51:51When it came to the later stages of the game,
00:51:53I really stepped up my physical game
00:51:55because I knew I had the loyalty
00:51:57and I was in a position where I could push
00:52:00and if I missed, I wouldn't get voted out.
00:52:02If we look at the strategic game,
00:52:05not a single one of you, not even AJ knows how hard I've worked
00:52:10as a strategist since the very start of this game.
00:52:13I love strategy, I love survivor, I love board games.
00:52:16But I knew that if you come in too strong,
00:52:18then you're in trouble.
00:52:19So, how can I act in this world
00:52:22without coming out as a strategist?
00:52:23I found the two that were going to be
00:52:25the most overt strategists in the game
00:52:27and I aligned myself with them and stay safe.
00:52:29So I had these shields
00:52:30and they thought they had me as a physical shield
00:52:32to take them to the end
00:52:33and that put me in the ultimate strategic position
00:52:35because I decided who stayed and who would go.
00:52:38Last night, I took out the person
00:52:41that all of you have thought about removing the whole game,
00:52:44the biggest strategist in this game.
00:52:46But if I'm in a position
00:52:47where I can choose to take the biggest strategist to the end
00:52:50and I'm the one that removes the biggest strategist,
00:52:52does that not make me the biggest strategist of all?
00:52:54I would make that argument.
00:52:59So I think compared to Myles,
00:53:01he has played a great strategic game.
00:53:03I would say a more dangerous one
00:53:05and a less repeatable one than my game.
00:53:07But on the social game,
00:53:09he's definitely been lacking compared to me
00:53:10and his physical game as well.
00:53:14So, I've out-brawned the brawns,
00:53:16I out-socialised and I out-thought the brains
00:53:20and I would be honoured if you would all vote for me
00:53:22as the sole survivor of this game.
00:53:33All right, Myles.
00:53:35It's your turn.
00:53:36OK, uh, good evening, jury.
00:53:46This is being painted as, like, strategic game
00:53:48versus physical and social game
00:53:50and I imagine that's how a lot of people are thinking about it.
00:53:53But I don't think about it that way.
00:53:55The way I see it,
00:53:56the reason why I deserve to be winner
00:53:58is because of opportunities.
00:54:01I took risks in this game.
00:54:03I swung at a lot of pitches
00:54:05and I missed some of them,
00:54:06but some of them were home runs.
00:54:10You all know the struggles
00:54:11that I've had throughout this game.
00:54:12I played from the bottom for a long time.
00:54:14I did it for longer than anyone else did it in the game.
00:54:17Yeah, it did suck sometimes.
00:54:19Firstly, how did I end up on the bottom?
00:54:22I'm so enthusiastic, but I'm overly strategic.
00:54:25I love the game
00:54:26and I want to tell you all about how much I love the game.
00:54:28I've also got pretty obvious personality flaws
00:54:31that occur in my personal life,
00:54:33but also, like, I try to filter them out in my personal life,
00:54:36but there's no filter here.
00:54:37We're running on empty.
00:54:40But I played from the bottom with a smile
00:54:42and that made me someone that you all wanted to keep around.
00:54:46I made myself a useful ally.
00:54:49I took all the heat.
00:54:51I ended up with 26 votes,
00:54:53while AJ ended up with four
00:54:54and Kaelin ended up with one
00:54:56because I was the one taking the heat
00:54:58and I could take it.
00:54:59That was what I was good for.
00:55:04OK, I want to move on now to talk about advantages.
00:55:07Not only did I have the most advantages found
00:55:09and most idols held,
00:55:11but I also played the most idols correctly.
00:55:14Being able to play them correctly,
00:55:16now that requires a bit of skill
00:55:17because there's people that go home
00:55:19with an idol in their pocket.
00:55:20Well, I used my idols to the best of their effect.
00:55:23OK, I want to move on now to the final stage of my journey
00:55:27because I do think I played a really strong endgame.
00:55:30That final three of AJ and Kaelin.
00:55:33When people see some sort of big threat in Survivor,
00:55:36if they see a dragon in this game,
00:55:38they try and slay that dragon.
00:55:41In AJ, I had a strategic dragon
00:55:43and Kaelin, I had this physical and social dragon.
00:55:46But instead of trying to slay these dragons,
00:55:48what did I do?
00:55:49I rode them for the entire game.
00:55:50I burned all your games down
00:55:52and then I used one of them to kill the other.
00:55:55And so that's how I ended up at final two right here.
00:56:00At the end of the day, this game is Soul Survivor.
00:56:03Kaelin kind of cruised through this game.
00:56:05I believe I survived.
00:56:07I survived in every way possible.
00:56:09I survived by playing idols.
00:56:11I survived by making big moves.
00:56:12I survived by humbling myself
00:56:14and playing the poor little bottom boy.
00:56:16I survived by winning immunities.
00:56:18I survived in just every imaginable way possible.
00:56:21That's why I believe I deserve your vote.
00:56:26Wow.
00:56:30Okay, jury.
00:56:32You've heard two very strong pitches tonight.
00:56:38Now it's your turn to ask the questions.
00:56:42Okay, jury.
00:56:43Now it's your turn to ask the questions.
00:56:45Kristen?
00:56:46You want to go first?
00:56:47So.
00:56:48There's three pillars of Survivor that I value equally.
00:56:52Physical, social, and strategic.
00:56:53Can you explain who played each pillar better?
00:56:54Yes.
00:56:55Yes.
00:56:56Yes.
00:56:57Yes.
00:56:58Yes.
00:56:59Yes.
00:57:00Yes.
00:57:01Yes.
00:57:02Yes.
00:57:03Yes.
00:57:04Yes.
00:57:05Yes.
00:57:06Yes.
00:57:07Yes.
00:57:08Yes.
00:57:09Yes.
00:57:10Yes.
00:57:11Yes.
00:57:12Yes.
00:57:25Yes.
00:57:26Yes.
00:57:27Yes.
00:57:28physical pillar better I do genuinely believe that I played the strategic
00:57:32pillar better I made bigger moves I made I have a bigger resume but also I think
00:57:39that I played the social pillar better because I made those big moves I made
00:57:45myself into a threat but I had people who were willing to put their games on
00:57:49the line to protect me I can't disagree more in terms of the the social
00:57:56interactions we have day-to-day you've put a lot of people outside you just need
00:58:01to say the wrong things at the wrong time that have you getting yelled at you told
00:58:05Kate that you walked through the spaghetti that she then ate straight
00:58:08after those are not the cleanest feet in the world so I just can't even comprehend
00:58:13giving miles this the social vote on that one
00:58:20Paulie what you got pride is something that's really important to me and I'm
00:58:26a very proud man so what I want to know is what parts of yourself are you proud
00:58:32that you got to play in the game my answer to this is really straightforward
00:58:37I'm not someone who's had to go through a lot of difficulty in my life I've been
00:58:41very lucky with that and so my resilience hasn't really been tested this game
00:58:45really tested it and I'm really proud of how I came out on the other end and
00:58:50that's resilience in different ways physically this game has pushed me to a
00:58:56point that I've never been before but it's also emotionally I was on the bottom
00:59:01for so long and as many of you know being on the bottom sucks you guys
00:59:05experienced it for short periods of time and many of you could feel the
00:59:09emotional effects I experienced it for basically half the game but I kept on
00:59:15pushing one day at a time was my motto all throughout the game like I was never
00:59:20giving up
00:59:23so the biggest one for me would have to be just my mental toughness my whole life
00:59:29I've just put myself in uncomfortable positions and that's where I thrive and
00:59:32that mental toughness meant not only could I survive and thrive but I tried to
00:59:37try to help my friends around me I'd be cracking coconuts to try and feed
00:59:42everyone to try and to help them get some nourishment but just not letting
00:59:46anything affect me and finding the positives being the optimist and and
00:59:49living by that does that mean that's not who you are on the outside I'm just
00:59:56wanting to know if that's your personality or not every conversation I had
01:00:00that was social not strategic it was completely genuine
01:00:07Karen do you have a question
01:00:12I've heard a lot about what you're proud of what are you both least proud of and
01:00:18what did you do to remedy it so I can talk to that okay so a major part of the
01:00:24game I played is that I'm certain that I haven't made the strategic era what do I
01:00:32regret in the game that that's the best the personal calendar the calendar had to
01:00:35vote out his friends that that that that is something that really hurt and you
01:00:39can't remedy remedy that but I only voted out AJ as the one that didn't break my
01:00:46trust all my lights beforehand that's the only one that broke that without it
01:00:51being broken first there's a really easy answer for me I really don't think I
01:01:00played well from the top I think the PD move was a killer move that put me on the
01:01:04top but once I was there I don't think the next votes I played well at all I may
01:01:10have been a little bit cocky I may have been a bit annoying and so that's
01:01:13definitely the thing that I regret the most
01:01:19can I ask Miles do you think you would have survived as long as you did if you
01:01:23didn't have advantages or idols I reckon the answer is probably not but one
01:01:32thing that I did in this game is that when I did get luck and there was a lot of
01:01:35luck that I got along the way I took that luck and I made really good
01:01:38opportunities out of it I think that's what's important is not relying on idols
01:01:44but it's about what you do afterwards because this game has luck and you can't
01:01:48control your own luck I think I have control my luck in this game I never
01:01:53relied on luck and if we talk about my definition of who's sole survivor that's
01:01:58the person who the most repeatable game that you do this experiment infinite
01:02:04times what percentage of the times are you gonna get through so if we were to
01:02:08reproduce this experiment who's gonna get to the end to this final two more often
01:02:12and I would say that's me I'm just gonna jump in there I would say that the
01:02:19person who folds their hand consistently in poker will often make it deep into the
01:02:24tournament but they're not the one that wins the person who wins is the one that
01:02:28when he gets a hand that is a great hand for him he goes all in and sometimes the
01:02:34cards don't come out favorably sometimes the cards do there's chance in these games
01:02:39and it's the person who uses that chance to the best of their ability that wins
01:02:42these type of games and that poker player if they're gonna make those big moves they
01:02:46need to be consistent in the logic that they take when you save poorly that was a
01:02:51fantastic move you guarantee yourself I lied to the end but then you went and
01:02:56made him a split which completely burnt that straightaway so you did make big
01:03:00moves but sometimes it's almost for the sake of it but Kaelin you were given
01:03:04excellent hands on the people you had surrounding you and immunity huddles as
01:03:07well so why didn't you use those hands to make big plays so big plays big
01:03:15strategic plays so I was aligned to miles and AJ the people who had their head out
01:03:22there and I could feed the information to them for them to make those big plays
01:03:25and big plays there's a there's a there's a lot of love for that word in this game
01:03:32but I prefer small little moves that lead to your end result that's safe that's
01:03:36repeatable and it makes sure is that blame's never attributed to me and that's
01:03:40how you get to the end
01:03:45all right AJ all right I have heard so much absolute delusion tonight from both
01:03:56you it it's ripping me to shreds I kept my mouth shut for a long time here I'm
01:04:03gonna tell you both your biggest mistakes and how you did your absolute best to
01:04:10throw away five hundred thousand dollars in the first place
01:04:18experience the game like never before with extended tribal councils unseen
01:04:23moments interviews and more over on template
01:04:28I'm gonna tell you both your biggest mistakes and how you did your absolute best to throw away five hundred thousand dollars
01:04:42miles let's start with you your speech at the end was just absolutely there's no logic there
01:04:51you said that at five you wanted to get rid of me yeah and you thought it was a really great play but then
01:05:00at three you were like yeah I brought these two dragons to the end and then they had to slay each other there's a bit of delusion there
01:05:07the dragon thing was me being carried by you guys throughout this game I was really nervous about you because you are the main person that I thought could potentially take me out I had a read that I believe that Zara would take me to two if she was at the end
01:05:28I may have been wrong in that read she did a great job of selling it to me
01:05:36so I made a judgment call that my best play was to try and take Zara to the end
01:05:40with Kaelin was it the right judgment call it might not have been but it's it's a swing and that's what I did this game I went I made decisive plays and that may have been the wrong play
01:05:48but that was my game I made moves that didn't pan out all throughout but I also made moves that panned out really well right
01:05:59okay
01:06:02Kaelin your one is a lot harder so I'm sorry that's okay go ahead
01:06:07you've claimed that you basically played strategically perfect in this game yeah and
01:06:12Your game is definitely very repeatable yeah, but once you get to the end I think you're always in a very tough spot
01:06:19You claimed at the beginning that you saw miles and I and we were going to be really good strategic shields for you yeah
01:06:26You got to understand that a shield is something that you eventually drop off
01:06:33So traditionally what you would do is you drop off a shield at five you drop off a shield at four you'd get to three
01:06:38You're the endurance beast you're the challenge beast you'd win that final challenge and you take whoever you wanted to the end
01:06:44But you actually took the two biggest plays in the entire game to the end and you had to pick one to go up against
01:06:53You have used both of them as shields so they've taken every hit for you
01:07:04Every single time they've made a strategy it was them
01:07:08Every time they survived something it was them
01:07:10These two shields got so big in the end that people couldn't see you anymore
01:07:20I just think that you put yourself in checkmate when you brought the two biggest players to the end with you
01:07:27Why not bring someone who you know you can definitely be?
01:07:35Yeah, so
01:07:37The closer you get to the end that is when your threat as a social player it becomes too big
01:07:43If I didn't take people who were confident they could win then they're gonna come for me
01:07:48So I needed you to to come with me because your best allies in this game are ones who think they can beat you at the end
01:07:54But you know they can't
01:08:02All right Logan, what would you like to ask?
01:08:08If you had to wake up tomorrow and start again, what would you both do differently?
01:08:17So it's really hard for me to find specific examples where I would make some changes
01:08:24I
01:08:26Know that's that's a little bit of a lame answer, but I just I have a lot of pride in in the game I played and it was so well for that
01:08:33So yeah, I'm sorry look, but it's
01:08:36It's it's very much. I'm very confident in my game
01:08:44I
01:08:46I think my answer is pretty straightforward to this one
01:08:48I think my social game has obviously had fours throughout and I think I'd be putting a lot more
01:08:55Energy and focus towards it especially when compared to the strategic game
01:09:01I think I should have been thinking a lot more about the relationships that I'm building and I think that would I'd go into a new game
01:09:07I wouldn't even be strategizing in the first like kind of four or five days
01:09:11I'd just be focusing on building those relationships and putting that kind of work in
01:09:17But one thing I do genuinely believe I've been good at is when people have given me criticism or giving me advice. I've worked on it
01:09:26I took on people's advice and I improved my game because I listened to what people were telling me
01:09:33I'm so proud of the game I've played not just because it's a big game because it's my game
01:09:39It's a game that shouldn't have really worked, but I made it work
01:09:44And honestly, no matter how you guys vote tonight, I'm gonna be proud of that
01:09:54All right, well, this has been a very robust final tribal
01:10:00Jury you should have all the information you need now to decide who you think
01:10:04Deserves the title of sole survivor and the half-million dollars that goes with it
01:10:10For the last time it is time to vote
01:10:13Zara you're up
01:10:15For the last time, it is time to vote.
01:10:31Zara, you're up.
01:10:45I don't know if this is a great way to spell your name because I've never written it down before.
01:11:15I'm here.
01:11:27I'm here.
01:11:37I'm voting for you because I admire your gameplay, it was big, it was bold and you went against
01:12:01the grain and then you unapologetically yourself throughout and you took chances and you took
01:12:07a chance on me when nobody else would, good job mate, I'm so proud of you.
01:12:34I love everything about you in person and congratulations on being so survival.
01:12:41Is it about you?
01:12:42Is it about you too?
01:12:43Alright, I'll go count the votes.
