00:00April 19th was a special day.
00:05We were having breakfast and then there was this explosion that rocked us out of our table.
00:13The whole front of the federal building is gone, all fours to the roof.
00:18We need all fired ambulances in here.
00:22You probably heard it and felt it, an explosion of some kind downtown.
00:27We've never had a bomb like this in the United States.
00:33I started screaming.
00:34People were walking like zombies.
00:36I thought maybe I was dead, but I was buried alive.
00:41I got up and I walked to the door, it was like snowing paper.
00:45The men just started saying, there's another bomb, there's another bomb.
00:50This is going to be the largest investigation in the history of the FBI.
00:57I see that there was no license plate on the rear bumper of his vehicle.
01:02So I hit the lights and siren and pulled him over, pulling my weapon out.
01:06And he said, my weapon is loaded.
01:09Well, so is mine.
01:10We are told that a suspect is under arrest.
01:14McVeigh.
01:15McVeigh.
01:17The anger is growing by the hour here in Oklahoma City.
01:21They should let him loose out front and let everybody have at him.
01:25Is he part of a bigger conspiracy?
01:27There was a very real fear that this was just the opening salvo of something much bigger.
01:37Am I remorseful?
01:43No.
01:57He said he says something.
01:59He said something.
02:00.
02:05He said something.
02:09.
02:14How was that?
02:16.
