00:00Patrick works as a lifeguard at the beach. This morning, he starts his shift as usual, but suddenly, he hears a terrible scream.

00:09Someone poisoned a guy named Rick. Patrick calls doctors and begins to investigate this case right away.

00:16First of all, he interrogates Rick's girlfriend, Erica. She says,

00:21We haven't had any breakfast yet. We decided to go to the beach to sunbathe first. Then Rick went to get some drinks at the beach cafe.

00:28He came back to our lounge chairs, and we watched one episode of our favorite show. Then I went to the restroom. When I came back, Rick was already unconscious.

00:40After hearing her story, Patrick knows for sure that Erica has lied. How did he know?

00:45The ice cubes in the glasses haven't melted yet. Therefore, Erica's story is alive.

01:00In the evening, Patrick arrives home. He finds out that his dog, Toby, is missing. Patrick looks everywhere, in the backyard and on the street, but he can't see any traces of his dog.

01:15Patrick's neighbor, Mrs. Bold, runs into him and says,

01:17I saw animal control driving around the neighborhood today. I guess they might have taken Toby by mistake.

01:24Patrick arrives at the nearest dog shelter and describes his dog.

01:28They show him five dogs that match his description perfectly.

06:38The fourth guy says,

06:39I was taking selfies with my dog.

06:43And the fifth one says,

06:45I was just eating ice cream.

06:47Is that a crime?

06:49After hearing their answers,

06:50the policeman knows for sure who the thief is.

06:53How did he know?

06:54The mermaid could only be removed by stepping into the water.

07:07Only the fourth guy's jeans are wet to the knee.

07:11Therefore, he's the thief.

07:14Patrick arrives home

07:16and takes two pictures of his dog for social media.

08:11I walked around the park after closing time.

08:14Everything was fine,

08:15so I decided to take a nap

08:17and the music woke me up.

08:21the policeman arrests one of them.
