00:03So it's really important that the trade unions and of course the council
00:06continue to meet, work in good faith and find a solution.
00:10And our strong view is that there is a deal on the table that can be marshalled around.
00:14In terms of the impact on the street, local people would have seen the accumulation of waste
00:18that had been built up.
00:20And I pay tribute to the council and to hundreds of workers
00:23that have been working around the clock to make sure that that can be cleared.
00:26And as we stand here today, 85% of that accumulated waste has been cleared
00:30and the council have a plan in place now to make sure that it doesn't accumulate going forward.
