00:16He did this after a video showing the principal coating classroom walls with Kao Dung went
00:21viral.
00:21But this is not the first time Khatri has made headlines.

00:34The staff called it unruly misbehavior and demanded a ban on his entry.
00:38In January 2025, he led a student protest to confront the Faculty of Arts D, questioned
00:43his academic record and allegedly snatched his phone.
00:46The dean resigned soon after, citing a physically threatening environment.
00:49Khatri also led surprise inspections of tobacco shops near colleges, urging police action
00:54against shopkeepers selling tobacco to students.
01:00On social media, Khatri comes across as larger than life, cruising in white SUVs, feeding cows
01:05at Gaushala's and blending politics with theatrics to craft the image of a leader in the making.
01:10The 23-year-old from Narela is the first NSUI member to lead Doosu in seven years.

01:32and part of a rising masculine politics on campus.
01:35Khatri's supporters defend his approach, arguing he's simply doing what it takes to be heard
