00:02I am a web developer at TurtleHut Internet Marketing.
00:06Someone asked me what I wanted out of my education at Spex, and I said that I wanted to be able
00:10to help people or companies have a better presence online.
00:13The classes at Spex Howard were flexible because it allowed me to maintain my schedule during

04:03KAYLA? KAYLA?
04:14Oh boy, I think we're in trouble.
04:33Hey, what's up? It is Chuck, under all this, and James, of course, from Dave and Chuck
04:42the Freak, and this is Two Guys, One Video Game.
04:48As you noticed, we'll be reviewing a Call of Duty game, Advanced Warfare, for obvious
04:52reasons. We weren't able to get the rights to do the new Call of Duty game, because it's
04:56not out yet. So this Call of Duty is a little bit different than the other ones. It's more
05:01of a sci-fi, futuristic, you have an exoskeleton kind of suit that you wear that helps you
05:07jump and fly. Jump super high and do all sorts of cool stuff. It was a new developer. They
05:13changed it up a little bit. Was it the Sledgehammer people?
05:16Yes, and I think it was good. I think a lot of the things they did worked out really well.
05:22The addition of actors like Kevin Spacey, amazing, and how amazing he looks in the game.
05:33The graphics are phenomenal. There's parts where I feel like I'm actually playing a movie.
05:37I think they needed to change it up, just because, I don't know how many Call of Duty games I've
05:43had already, but they're all basically the same. You get the same kind of guns, it's all
05:49the same kind of sounds, and this actually changes it up a little bit. I'm a big PvP guy,
05:55so I like actually doing the camp, or not the campaign, but the actual PvP side of it,
06:02where you go and kill actual other players, and I had a blast. I was getting killed by
06:07ten-year-olds, but still I was having fun. Yeah, I think I played like three or four rounds online,
06:11just to get a feel for the game, I got pwned. Totally pwned. I mean, the game's been out for
06:16a long time. The first time I played it was last week, so getting in, I'm way behind. I just got
06:22slaughtered online. Well, it's like any of these games, I think you have to learn the map, and if
06:27you don't know the map, you're just dead, and that's kind of how you feel. A ten-year-old will stab you
06:34in the back before you even know what hit you. A couple of the downfalls I felt was, I feel like they
06:40made it a little overly complicated. Like, as you play through the campaign, they give you points
06:44to where you can upgrade your campaign character, which to me, if I'm playing the campaign, I just
06:50put me in the level, start me off with my weapons, and then I'll go from there. So to me, I feel like
06:56they're making it more customizable, but it might be more of a downfall than a benefit. And the other
07:01thing that bummed me out, I didn't play through the whole game, but you actually have to pay to
07:05download to play the zombie version, the exo-zombie. Yeah. So that bummed me out,
07:09because I was hoping I could get into some of the zombie action. One of the things I liked is that
07:13I'm never going to be good enough to get 25 straight kills or anything like that, and they
07:19gave you a way to just forget about that and add smaller achievements in player versus player, and
07:27I thought that was a cool touch, because there's no way I'm going to kill 25 ten-year-olds before they
07:32kill me. Yeah, you try to call in your kill streak, and I'm already dead. Yeah, like you never even get
07:37a chance to do it. So yeah, that was a cool change. The grenades that lit up the people behind the
07:43walls, that's a cool touch. Yeah, that was very cool. You can paint all your enemies, you can see
07:47them through the walls. I love actually seeing them lit up and then being able to shoot them through
07:51things. Oh yeah. I love that part. Yeah, but yeah, all in all, I think we really like the game.
07:58I don't know, I'll give it a thumbs up. Yeah, I'll give it a thumbs up. Like I said,
08:01it totally surprised me. Uh, I was going into this thinking we were going to come do this review
08:05and just annihilate it. Yeah. Um, you know, there's a few things that I feel like they might have stole
08:09from another game. Sure. It's kind of futuristic that involves a suit that you wear that helps to
08:13kind of glide and fly a little bit. I mean fall! Yeah. Um, but that was the only like downfall I
08:19thought of that and the uh, having to pay for the zombie version. I think that'll do it for this edition of
08:24two guys, one video game. Uh, it's Chuck the Freak. I'm James from Dave and Chuck the Freak. If there's
08:29a game you would like us to review, shoot us an email, daveandchuckthefreak at wrif.com. Otherwise,
08:35we'll see you next time.
