00:01April 19th was a special day.
00:06We were having breakfast,
00:07and then there was this explosion that rocked us out of our table.
00:13The whole front of the federal building is gone, all fours to the roof.
00:18We need all fire and ambulances in here.
00:23You probably heard it and felt it,
00:25an explosion of some kind downtown.
00:28We've never had a bomb like this in the United States.
00:34I started screaming.
00:35People were walking like zombies.
00:37I thought maybe I was dead, but I was buried alive.
00:42I got up and I walked to the door. It was like snowing paper.
00:46The men just started saying,
00:47there's another bomb, there's another bomb.
00:51This is going to be the largest investigation in the history of the FBI.
00:58I see that there was no license plate on the rear bumper of his vehicle.
01:02So I hit the lights and siren and pulled him over,
01:05pulling my weapon out.
01:06And he said, my weapon is loaded.
01:09Well, so is mine.
01:10We are told that a suspect is under arrest.

01:18The anger is growing by the hour here in Oklahoma City.
01:20I think they should let him loose out front and let everybody have at him.
01:23Is he part of a bigger conspiracy?
