00:00hey everyone this is Jenna with the social team I'm going to run through how we report our social
00:14campaigns so you'll see your recaps and some frequently asked questions here just so everyone
00:20knows what we're looking at and what to expect when you get a social recap so here's the first
00:25page you're going to see your client name and then it is labeled social campaign recap so you
00:30know that this is from social and nothing else your next couple of pages for any recap is going
00:37to be the screenshots from the posts so with this one this is an influencer package so your first
00:42three screenshots are going to be your website Facebook and Twitter here is laid out in that
00:47order and then your next two screenshots are going to be your Instagram posts and your Instagram
00:51story so these screenshots can vary depending on the package you get but with this one specifically
00:57this is how they're laid out the page after your screenshots is going to be your campaign overview
01:03so you'll see your campaign target which is the actual audience that we do target in the paid
01:08marketing aspect of social and then underneath you'll see the most popular with and that is
01:14actually referring to these graphs that you see here so the top one is going to show your engagements
01:19and the bottom one is going to show your link clicks so with this specific campaign you'll see
01:24that it was most popular with women 45 to 54 when it comes to engagements and it was most popular with
01:30women 35 to 44 when it comes to link clicks so that's what you'll see here on this page
01:34then you're going to switch over to total campaign metrics awesome about this page is it shows all your
01:40numbers all in one place but then it also shows you the definitions of all those numbers so everyone can
01:46understand what they're looking at when they look at these numbers so you'll see your flight
01:49dates up top which is when this campaign actually ran and then all reporting is going to be the same
01:55numbers or we're going to report the same type of numbers every in every recap so here you see
02:01impressions reach click-through rate unique link clicks cost per result comments and shares reactions
02:06and video views so it's going to be the same across the board when you look at the recap with this one
02:11specifically you can see we did not run a video so you won't see reviews but if we do run a video for
02:16your campaign that's where you'll see your views there last page is just going to be a thank you
02:21to your client for their business so some of the frequently asked questions that we get here um if
02:27you do have any more please reach out and let us know because i will be sending out this uh frequently
02:32asked questions with all the answers for everyone so you don't have to look back at this recording
02:37later on if you need a quick answer i have all of the answers in a presentation for you guys
02:41so like i said if you have any other questions about recaps please let me know so i can add that
02:46here um but these are some of the really the frequently asked obviously um so the first one's
02:51going to be what's the difference between ctr and link clicks so ctr is your click-through rate and
02:57that's going to be the percentage of people that saw the ad and clicked through to the designated url
03:02and then your link clicks are going to be the number of times people clicked on the ad itself
03:07so with the click-through rate when it comes to the designated url that i mentioned when it comes
03:14to an in-feed package or your influencer packages that's going to be the station blog and then when
03:19you are looking at um ttr for your impression ads or your out-of-feed packages that's going to be the
03:27when they clicked through to the client link or the their website um or the click-through url that was
03:33provided for us um and when it comes to link clicks our team actually reports unique link clicks
03:39meaning it won't count if someone clicks the link more than once so you won't see someone clicking it
03:44a bunch of times you'll just see when they click one rolling into the next question do link clicks
03:49include sweeping up on stories short answer yes um when you're looking at link clicks that's going
03:54to include all the posts so every post that ran does have a link attached so you'll see like i said
04:00before unique link clicks so that's going to show you that there and then with stories we also
04:05report impressions so when you're looking at your impressions number that is going to include all
04:10the posts including this next question what's the difference between graphs good question because
04:16it can get confusing so this past one that i just showed you is going to be an influencer package
04:20and that one reported specifically engagement and link clicks if it's a video it could show video
04:25views and link clicks and then occasionally we don't run both optimizations sometimes we only run
04:30engagements but you will see that under the most popular with what optimization optimization we
04:36actually did run so if you only see one graph that'll show you that underneath there and for
04:40your impression buys when when you're looking at the graphs those are going to be strictly impressions
04:45so no engagements or link clicks there and occasionally you'll see two graphs on there but that's going
04:50to show you impressions across the board for all the optimizations that we run next question are the
04:57screenshots at the beginning of the recaps the actual ads or are they mock-ups so when you see the post
05:02screenshots at the beginning those are actual ads that we actually ran those are not mock-ups and on
05:08occasion you will see some metrics on these screenshots it's usually shown on facebook these metrics that
05:14you see are the ones that were actually reported with that specific post and i'm going to roll into
05:19this next question here why are the numbers on the post screenshots different than the numbers
05:23on total campaign metrics page so like i was saying you'll you can occasionally see some metrics on
05:30the post specifically you might see paid reach organic reach paid clicks etc but when you see those
05:36metrics they are actually post specific so you only see how that specific post performed when you look at
05:42the total campaign metrics that incorporates all of the posts that went out and all the metrics gathered
05:47with all those and there is a difference between paid and organic reach and metrics so you'll find the
05:54total of all the metrics including organic and paid when you look at the total campaign metrics
05:59last question when can i expect my campaign recaps to be uploaded so once a campaign ends we have
06:07five to seven business days and that will be uploaded on fuse for you with your request so i hope i answered
06:14everyone's questions so like i said please reach out with any more so i can add that to the presentation
06:19that's going to be sent out so you guys have those quick answers for you whenever you need them thank you
06:24guys
