00:00All right. Hello, everybody. My name is Dan Deanna. We're going to go through today order entry with Marketron, our current order entry as it stands today.
00:14So I'm going to share my screen and go into how we're going to put orders into Marketron. So as a new teammate, we'll send around this to you and we'll be happy to go through it with you as you're putting in your first couple orders into Beasley. So let's hop in if we can.
00:36All right. So you'll see here, you'll click into Marketron. You have your passwords there and you'll click into the document manager.
00:47From the document manager, us as the digital direct team, we're always going to use the Naples. So no matter where you're located in the country as digital direct, we're going to be located as the Naples or corporate in this case.
01:01So click on Naples. You're going to come in. You're going to create the order. So you can see up there in the upper left hand corner. Click on create the order.
01:10Now, this is a really important area. You want to click on the header and then click on the add modify. This is where you want to make sure that you have there should be a prior step to making sure before you do this with to make sure the new client is in there and make sure you're putting them into the digital direct or Naples corporate area.
01:33So you'll click on the header. So you'll click on the header. You'll click add modify to add a client. And then all the areas in red need to be filled in and saved.
01:43This is extremely important. You won't be able to. It won't allow the manager to approve the order of all these.
01:50So the other thing that we want to make sure that we're doing is under general, make sure that we're clicking on calendar rather than standard.
02:01This is really, really important. This will help the client bill on the first through the 31st of each month. But again, just a reminder, go through each tab on the header area and then click on it.
02:17Click on the general, the product, the advertiser. They all have things that we have to click on. And then anything in red will get you through this step.
02:26From there, once all those are done, you're going to click on the globe. You can see the arrow there leading right to the globe.
02:35This is going to allow you to start the order entry lines. You then hit the plus button from there. Pretty straightforward.
02:42This is where we're going to put the guts of the advertising order in.
02:47So we're going to put in the different inventory type, revenue type, the start date, the end date, pricing structure, quantity, and rate.
02:57We're going to put everything in in a per item basis. It's a little different than we used to do.
03:03And again, you can see here, I'll mention it again. Do not choose CPM. Choose per item. Enter the amount of the months. Enter the dollar amount.
03:14It's going to make it much easier for you to put in this order in than what we used to do prior.
03:19Click on the line details from there once everything's in.
03:22So if you're selling SEM, make sure you're putting all that information in.
03:29And then once you're done with the amount of months in the line detail, click on line details.
03:36Then click on billing tabs. This will show you the amount of billing and when.
03:41So you can see here, this client was doing, looks like six months, $2,000 a month for a total of $12,000, billing each month on the 31st of the month.
03:55You want to then click save.
03:58Very straightforward. It looks like a floppy disk in the upper left-hand corner next to the X.
04:04Click on the plus sign for any additional price.
04:07So you must do a line. If you're doing one for audience extension and one for SEM, you must do a line for each of those.
04:16Very straightforward here. But you can see here, I did one for audience extension.
04:21And then I did another one here. Looks like SEM or something along those lines.
04:26That is it. Click save. Let your manager know that, you know, you have gone in and you've put this order in.
04:35And we will go ahead and we will review. If we have any questions, we'll let you know right away.
