00:22Well, Dub, what we try to do with everyone that comes in, we try to get to know the person and find out what they love. And when we figure out their lifestyle, find things that fit their lifestyle, if they're active or if they like simple jewelry, then we'll try to make a list of the things they like. The husband can feel comfortable coming in or the boyfriend, he'll know what she likes and go off of that list and we try to hit a home run.
