00:00:00Growing amongst the Trump base and conservative populists, nationalists, a growing frustration, a growing impatience at the lack of deep state arrests.
00:00:22Much of it directed at Pam Bondi, who we see on Fox News plenty, but not with deep state arrests.
00:00:33And it's so loud now that Dan Bongino is regularly offering statements in response to this via his ex account.
00:00:47So we have another statement from him today.
00:00:53But then we have some of the other issues that people are having hitting the headlines as well.
00:01:01And it's reached a certain point where people are releasing press statements and addressing letters to President Trump looking for action.
00:01:09And so this is an undeniable phenomenon, and the impatience is growing.
00:01:18So I'm going to cover all of that.
00:01:21And I think maybe even Elon Musk might be growing a little frustrated too.
00:01:25So we're going to cover all that.
00:01:27And then it kind of also highlights this Kristi Noem story today.
00:01:34Which, yeah, is it a hit piece on Kristi Noem?
00:01:37Is it from a known fake news operation, The Daily Beast?
00:01:41Yes.
00:01:42But even a broken clock is right twice a day.
00:01:50So I think that this administration thought they could ride the coattails of Donald Trump and his popularity and the election victory to glory.
00:02:03But they didn't really understand what the MAGA base was all about.
00:02:07They didn't really understand what Make America Great Again meant to Trump voters.
00:02:15And they're kind of able to gloss over it with the Johnny-come-latelys who decided to become MAGA in 2024 for whatever reasons, personal reasons, financial reasons, clout chasing.
00:02:28And so they're kind of able to gloss over it and look at the cheerleaders like that that haven't been around since 2015, 2016, and pat themselves on the back like, look, we've got cheerleaders here.
00:02:39But the underbelly of this is starting to growl because it's hungry.
00:02:47It's hungry for justice.
00:02:48It's hungry to save the country.
00:02:50So I'm going to break all of that down with some of these headlines and some of these statements.
00:02:54Now, we also have more news as we've been all over this day one.
00:02:59The fracture of the Democrat Party and Bernie Sanders trying to burn it all down and hand whatever's left of the ashes to the radical left led by AOC.
00:03:14So that's happening.
00:03:16Then we got some other news out of the White House.
00:03:20We'll give you an update on the latest with the trade war with China and some of the propaganda that's hitting the airwaves.
00:03:26We also have more propaganda surrounding the phenomenon.
00:03:31I don't even know what to call it at this point.
00:03:34But as I've explained it, now you have Muslims and Jews fighting for America.
00:03:42And somehow the interests and the voices of Americans lost in translation, doesn't come into play.
00:03:52So I'm going to talk about that as well.
00:03:55And then there was an ongoing situation at a Dallas high school of an active shooter situation.
00:04:01If we have any updates on that, we'll let you know any developments there as well.
00:04:08All right.
00:04:09We got a lot of crazy developments here.
00:04:10But I want to focus on this growing frustration that a lot of the Trump base has that is reaching new levels.
00:04:21And there is no doubt Dan Bongino is hearing plenty about it.
00:04:25I know Cash Patel's office also hearing plenty about it.
00:04:28The complaints about Pam Bondi back on Fox News last night doing a victory lap over a single arrest.
00:04:36It's like that's your job, bare minimum even.
00:04:40But the noise and frustration is only getting worse.
00:04:46Now, as I said, the only person who's really addressing this head on is Dan Bongino.
00:04:55And you can understand why, as he has an audience of millions of people that he talked about the deep state criminals for years and got one of the biggest followings, biggest podcasts in the world, especially when it comes to MAGA politics, conservative politics.
00:05:13So he certainly would feel the need to at least address that audience that he's gained.
00:05:23But it's also he's hearing a lot of noise from independent press.
00:05:26He's seeing a lot of this stuff being posted on social media.
00:05:29I'm sure it's being sent to him.
00:05:31I don't know if he's spending time on social media himself personally, but people are showing him stuff.
00:05:36And so he's making statements.
00:05:38And we're giving you these statements every time he releases one.
00:05:42So another one.
00:05:44Just last night, this is from Dan Bongino.
00:05:48Week five updates.
00:05:51This is his FBI deputy director official account now at FBI D.
00:05:56D.
00:05:57Bongino.
00:05:58Week five updates.
00:05:59Thank you for following this account.
00:06:01I'm traveling this week to some of your FBI field offices to gather information on necessary reforms and to hear from the workforce.
00:06:10The director and I have prioritized reforms while also making sure the work being done to ensure the safety of the homeland continues.
00:06:17I posted this last week, but I want to reiterate it.
00:06:20The director and I are working on a number of significant initiatives to ensure that the mistakes over the past are never repeated.
00:06:33And that many of your open questions are answered.
00:06:39We fully understand that some of the actions and initiatives we've taken may not immediately appear to fit into the puzzle.
00:06:46And that leaves a vacuum at times, filled by others.
00:06:49But accountability requires information and people with information.
00:06:52I'll say it again.
00:06:54I'm not asking you to trust me, but I'm not in the trust me business.
00:07:00I'm in the show me results business.
00:07:03Actions that aren't immediately visible do not equate to inaction.
00:07:07And I'll be candid here.
00:07:07It's tough not being able to respond to critical or laudatory comments.
00:07:11But that's what I signed up for as an employee of the taxpayer.
00:07:14I need to let the results speak for themselves on many of these matters because that's what you're paying me to do.
00:07:21I know you've been let down in the past.
00:07:23You're owed better.
00:07:24And we're going to produce it.
00:07:26God bless America and all who defend her.
00:07:30Now, the one thing, and I don't think it's worth overthinking.
00:07:34This is a, you know, it's a PR statement essentially from Bongino.
00:07:38But addressing the issues and the noise that is incoming that's undeniable.
00:07:42Many of us are a part of it.
00:07:43He says, addressing the mistakes of the past.
00:07:48Again, I'm not overthinking it, but people are saying this isn't about mistakes of the past.
00:07:52This is about criminals.
00:07:54This is about criminals committing crimes inside the government.
00:07:58That's what we're talking about here.
00:08:01Were there mistakes made that should never be made before?
00:08:03Of course.
00:08:03But there were criminals committing crimes violating our rights.
00:08:08That's what people are interested in.
00:08:10Now, I'm not, again, I wouldn't read too much into that.
00:08:13It's just a press release statement, and he's trying to let you know.
00:08:17It's like, hey, we are working on stuff.
00:08:20So, really, he is asking you to trust him and to be patient.
00:08:23So, that's fine.
00:08:25I've said it, and I'll continue to say it until something changes.
00:08:30Bongino has earned the trust.
00:08:31And if he wants to ask for trust and patience, then fine.
00:08:35He's all in.
00:08:36He's playing with his own personal life, money, reputation, everything.
00:08:41Same with Kash Patel.
00:08:44So, that's fine.
00:08:45This will be their final reputation.
00:08:49This will be their final story, their legacy.
00:08:53So, for them to do that, okay.
00:08:56Bondi's a totally different situation.
00:08:59She's playing with house money.
00:09:01She got in there pretty much as just a, okay, go ahead and fill the void left by Matt Gaetz.
00:09:07Just get you in, get you confirmed, and then go on Fox News every night.
00:09:10She's already got her job waiting.
00:09:12She's already got the Fox News job after this.
00:09:14She's basically already doing it.
00:09:17So, it's a different situation with the lack of patience for Bondi than it is with Bongino and Patel.
00:09:22Who are going all in, gambling everything, and have everything to lose.
00:09:26Everything to gain, but everything to lose.
00:09:29I mean, they can go down as the best FBI agents in the history of this country.
00:09:34Arresting the deep state criminals.
00:09:35Perp walking the people that have committed treason against this country.
00:09:40They have that opportunity.
00:09:43And I'm not sure there's, I mean, who else would you want in there to do it?
00:09:47So, okay, let's give them the shot.
00:09:50Those are our guys.
00:09:51Let's give them the shot.
00:09:52Bondi slips in, not even, just gets in there because somebody else couldn't.
00:09:58Gets confirmed.
00:09:58Goes on Fox News every night.
00:09:59Talks a big game.
00:10:00Never delivers.
00:10:01So, that's a different story.
00:10:05But I would, you know, I would assume there at the FBI, they're hearing plenty about Pam Bondi as well.
00:10:14And maybe they're frustrated too.
00:10:17And they all got to play as a team.
00:10:19And they all got to at least show a good face for the public.
00:10:22But I wouldn't be surprised that there aren't some frustration going around inside as well.
00:10:28Now, here's one of the bigger stories.
00:10:31It's one of the few FBI agents that we've seen that they're still having their jobs, even getting promoted, that we have a problem with.
00:10:37A slap in the face.
00:10:39Dan Bongino called out after retweeting video of FBI official Stanley Medar,
00:10:44who remains employed despite targeting Catholics as radical, radical traditionalists linked to white supremacy.
00:10:51So, it's just like the other FBI agent behind a lot of the January 6th persecution gets promoted and gets not just promoted internally,
00:10:59but, I mean, promoted via social media, like, look at how great this guy is.
00:11:03And so, now there's another one.
00:11:04So, people are sitting here scratching their heads saying, oh, not again.
00:11:11Oh, not again.
00:11:14So, I'm not ready to go there yet with Bongino and Patel.
00:11:19But I'd say at the DOJ, the oh, what again attitude, oh, it again attitude, here we go again attitude with the Pam Bondi is fair.
00:11:26However, actions that aren't immediately visible do not equate to inaction.
00:11:35Dan Bongino breaks silence amid mounting conservative scrutiny of bureau leadership.
00:11:40It's going to be all about results at the end of the day.
00:11:42And they have the opportunity to do something legendary, do something heroic, or, I mean, for Bongino, I don't know how you go back to your audience if you don't.
00:11:59Same with Patel.
00:12:02But it's on them.
00:12:06They've gone all in.
00:12:08So, we'll see what happens.
00:12:09Now, this came from the Department of Government Accountability.
00:12:15And this is a group that features Ann Vanderstiel, independent journalists, and a couple other individuals.
00:12:21You can find it at their website, AmericanMadeAction.org.
00:12:24But it's worth a read because it all ties back into this mounting frustration.
00:12:32An open letter to President Donald J. Trump.
00:12:35You stood before the nation and promised to drain the swamp.
00:12:41You vowed to return power to the American people and to defend the Constitution of the United States.
00:12:46Millions of us believed you and still do.
00:12:48But time is up.
00:12:50The American people are now rising in every state, county, and courtroom because the crimes against this nation are not just continuing, they are escalating.
00:12:58We watched our borders thrown open by executive fiat, not by congressional authority.
00:13:02That is not asylum, it's invasion.
00:13:04Anyone who facilitated it, whether they wore a uniform, ran a bus, staffed an NGO tent, or signed the orders, is guilty of violating the Constitution they swore to uphold.
00:13:15The Biden regime's so-called humanitarian parole program is not law.
00:13:19It is an unlawful construct, and no Supreme Court ruling, agency regulation, or congressional inaction can nullify the Constitution's supremacy.
00:13:27Our nation's laws, borders, and sovereignty were not designed to be optional.
00:13:33The American people are no longer asking.
00:13:35We are demanding arrests for treason and sedition.
00:13:39Not task forces, not committees, not decade-long investigations that cost tens of millions while the nation burns.
00:13:46Every elected official, judge, agency head, and bureaucrat who sat idle or worse participated in this betrayal must face justice.
00:13:54That includes members of Congress, the intelligence community, federal judges, and even Supreme Court justices who are now actively warring against the Constitution.
00:14:04We are an organization under the banner of American-Made Action and American-Made Foundation.
00:14:08We are not an echo, we are not a base, we are the governed, and all power is derived from us.
00:14:14The Constitution is clear.
00:14:15When the government becomes destructive of the ends for which it was created, the people have not only the right but the duty to alter or abolish it.
00:14:25That time is now.
00:14:26No more delays, no more excuses, no more protection for those who have violated their oaths.
00:14:31We don't want apologies, we want accountability, we want justice, we want restoration.
00:14:36The charters of freedom, our declaration, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights are not museum pieces.
00:14:42They are marching orders.
00:14:43The American people are activating, and we will not stand down.
00:14:47We will support you if you lead, but we will not wait if you don't.
00:14:51Respectfully, the Department of Government Accountability and American-Made Action on behalf of we the people.
00:14:58So there's no doubt this is a growing sentiment of many Trump supporters.
00:15:01And you can sit here and have the debate all day long about patience and time and everything else, but I think one thing is clear.
00:15:14I think there's one understanding that I don't know if anybody on the Trump side of the political aisle would disagree with,
00:15:22and it's been repeated and talked about ad nauseum.
00:15:25So we can't just bury it and pretend like it didn't happen.
00:15:32We believe that this is the last shot to save America.
00:15:35And while some forms of America's culture, history, excellence, significance, and everything might not be attainable again,
00:15:49we still want to believe they can be.
00:15:51But regardless, we view this now, this Trump administration, and the next four years as the last chance to save the United States of America
00:16:04from utter collapse, globalism control, corporate world government policies,
00:16:13the collapse of our borders, the collapse of our civilization, our culture, our society, our economy.
00:16:19That's how we view this.
00:16:22We view this as life or death for the United States as we know it.
00:16:27And is there anyone on the Trump side of the political aisle that hasn't spoken like that
00:16:31or expressed similar beliefs in the last four years, eight years?
00:16:36So we can't just pretend that didn't happen.
00:16:39We can't just say we won the election, so that's not a problem anymore.
00:16:43So we kind of have to sit here and wonder, again, Bongino, the only person really addressing this,
00:16:56what's actually going on?
00:16:59What is it that we can chew on here to believe that we're going to save the country?
00:17:04And as we see it, after four years of Trump and then four years of Biden,
00:17:10we see how quickly, even after four good years of Trump,
00:17:12four bad years of Biden can turn everything around and put us on the wrong path like that.
00:17:18And we don't want to do that again.
00:17:19What Anthony Mayorkas, excuse me, what Alejandro Mayorkas...
00:17:25What Anthony Mayorkas, excuse me, what Anthony Mayorkas,
00:17:55hear from this administration that that was going to be the deal.
00:18:11But it's a difficult task, not just for us to be patient, but to even ask us to be patient.
00:18:19So this is not going to go away anytime soon.
00:18:49Should I expect Alejandro Mayorkas to be called for congressional testimony?
00:19:13Should I expect...
00:19:43Is we're going to get a good economy?
00:20:12I think that's the safest bet.
00:20:16I'd bet on that.
00:20:18But right now, deep state arrests...
00:20:21And it's really unfortunate.
00:20:27Because it's going to really hurt the morale here.
00:20:32Because you've got to understand, even though...
00:20:34See, MAGA is big tent populism now.
00:20:36MAGA is mainstream now.
00:20:37So you've got a lot of people that just kind of go along with the political flow and like to cheerlead that are always going to say, oh, everything's great.
00:20:43Everything is fantastic.
00:20:44But also, much of the Trump base that's been there since 2015, they're not enthused like that.
00:20:52They mean business.
00:20:53They elected Trump to drain the swamp.
00:20:57They elected Trump to arrest the deep state and his administration to follow through with that.
00:21:02They will be disenfranchised and demoralized if they do not get these results.
00:21:06And ultimately, I can see that being where we should see the death of the Democrat Party.
00:21:13That can end up being the death of the Republican Party.
00:21:16Because people just aren't going to vote.
00:21:20A lot of the Trump base will just not vote, ladies and gentlemen.
00:21:28And you might think you can replace it with all the people that are leaving the Democrat Party and voting Republican.
00:21:37But there's no guarantee that that's going to last.
00:21:39We don't have a long-term track record to prove that that's going to be the case.
00:21:43And even though I think there's a lot of good leadership coming up on the Republican side.
00:21:50And there should be hopes for Republican voters that you're going to get good leadership, not like the old.
00:21:55But if they don't, if you don't see mass deep state arrests.
00:22:00Then people are going to feel like, well, it all is just like the old.
00:22:04So why would I go vote?
00:22:09And this applies to the midterms, probably more importantly than anything else.
00:22:13If Republican voters, if Trump supporters don't see mass deportations.
00:22:21If they don't see deep state criminals being arrested.
00:22:26I mean, hell, even an Epstein list.
00:22:28Not some fake made-for-TV binder gate that Pam Bondi just embarrassed the whole country over.
00:22:34No, they want real arrests, real deportations.
00:22:40Folks, if you don't get that, you're in trouble in the midterms.
00:22:42I'm telling you right now.
00:22:47You see, you get one of these things.
00:22:50You get some major deep state arrests.
00:22:52You get some mass deportation numbers up.
00:22:54That will guarantee you midterm victories.
00:22:59Now, you might be able to, you might be able to clear the line with a great economy.
00:23:06Maybe tax cuts, bringing back manufacturing.
00:23:12That could do it.
00:23:14But that's not going to please this section of the MAGA base that is in it for one reason and one reason only.
00:23:19And that is to drain the swamp, arrest the deep state criminals, and end the shenanigans of the treason committed in Washington, D.C.
00:23:32against this country that we've had to live under our entire lives.
00:23:39So you'll do good with the economy, but I don't know if it'll be enough to save the house in the midterms.
00:23:46Mass deportations, you'll save the house.
00:23:48Deep state arrests, you'll save the house.
00:23:51Great economy, hmm.
00:23:54It's about a 50-50 shot.
00:23:57Especially with all the gerrymandering and everything else the Democrats are going to do to try to cheat and steal.
00:24:04Now, Doge, this is an entire different issue.
00:24:09Doge was also a major opportunity for victory.
00:24:11It was more popular than anything else in government.
00:24:14The approval ratings for Doge and Musk were above everything else.
00:24:19Now they're taking back, oh, we're going to have at least a trillion in savings, and they're saying $150 billion.
00:24:25That ain't going to do it.
00:24:26And also, people want the fraud from Doge to result in arrests, including Elon Musk and Doge.
00:24:35And I think they're starting to get frustrated because they're sitting here saying, we just did all this work.
00:24:39We just showed all this waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:24:41We have forensic auditors that can trace it back to the actual people that were stealing this money.
00:24:45And now they're coming out and they're saying, well, we're not really interested in a trillion dollars, and we don't know if anyone's going to get arrested for fraud.
00:24:53What?
00:24:56That's going in the wrong direction.
00:24:58Trump administration sued after taking down public spending tracker.
00:25:03Despite Musk's claims, Trump administration's spending on pace to surpass Biden's.
00:25:07So what's going on with this?
00:25:09Did they take down the spending tracker because it was part of some Doge cut that they just cut it?
00:25:15They didn't know that that would happen.
00:25:17Did they cut it from the Office of Management and Budget because they didn't want people to see that this administration is spending the same as Biden?
00:25:25Which you could defend and say, well, at least they're spending it on things that are good.
00:25:29That'd be fair enough.
00:25:32But I don't know.
00:25:32I think some of this Doge team, if they don't see these cuts and they don't see arrests after the fraud, I think they're going to be disenfranchised.
00:25:40I think some of this are good.
00:26:10Ice Barbie.
00:26:24It's getting a little much.
00:26:26Now, Kristi Noem is the least of our problems or concerns.
00:26:31But I think the Ice Barbie stunts are starting to get a little much here.
00:26:40Because it can't be convenient for the people that are actually working their jobs to have these camera crews all around and makeup crews all around.
00:26:49Ice Barbie Kristi Noem keeps creating all kinds of headaches for Homeland Security.
00:26:55Officials say Kristi Noem's DHS cosplaying has interfered with agency operations.
00:27:00Kristi Noem's steady stream of publicity stunts has been a drag on her agency's immigration enforcement efforts.
00:27:06Well, I don't know if that's a fair analysis.
00:27:11I think there are other.
00:27:13The real issues with the deportations and immigration enforcement efforts are because of Democrat cities, sanctuary cities and sanctuary states.
00:27:22Now, her Barbie cosplaying isn't helping anything.
00:27:27She claims it's for morale.
00:27:31During ride-alongs, she appears in full glam.
00:27:35Hair, makeup, false eyelashes.
00:27:37Putting on military fatigues, ice jackets, cowboy hats, boots, vests, firefighting gear.
00:27:43One of them, she even pointed a gun at an ICE agent's head.
00:27:49It is ridiculous.
00:27:51The photo ops have put her at odds with DHS employees who say she's acting more like a chief spokesperson than a director guiding agency operations.
00:27:59This, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
00:28:03The agency has allocated $200 million for an ad that features her standing in front of inmates at El Salvador's nightmare prison,
00:28:14warning migrants in English they would be sent there if they tried to enter the United States.
00:28:18Noam has defended the stunts as valuable to employee morale, saying,
00:28:25I will tell you that I oversee 26 different components of the Department of Homeland Security,
00:28:29and they are so proud of the fact that I'm willing to wear an ICE hat,
00:28:33that I'm willing to wear an HSI vest,
00:28:37that I'm willing to go into there and wear something and be proud of them and the work that they do.
00:28:42They didn't have that with the last leadership team.
00:28:45There might be some truth to that.
00:28:48But I think they would have much better morale if they could actually just do their job
00:28:52and not have to deal with Barbie running around all the time.
00:28:57Now, of course, this is coming from the Daily Beast, known fake news hack operation.
00:29:04But here's the problem, and it goes back to what I was just talking about.
00:29:10You have Americans that suffered greatly since 2020.
00:29:15They suffered from the fake pandemic scam and the shutdown.
00:29:20Many suffering from vaccine side effects.
00:29:22They suffered from the Biden economy, the Biden open border, the criminal overrunning of this country.
00:29:27They've suffered.
00:29:27Many people's lives are in shambles.
00:29:30Some people's lives have been shattered.
00:29:32Some people have lost life.
00:29:33They'll never get it back.
00:29:34They don't want to see you parading around as Barbie.
00:29:42They don't want to see Pam Bondi dressing up for a Fox News interview every night.
00:29:46And the more you do it, the more demoralized they're going to get.
00:29:50Now, if you deported a million people and put another 10,000 violent criminals in prison,
00:30:00okay, maybe playing Ice Barbie will be fine.
00:30:04If you arrested the deep state and released the Epstein list and finally went after Epstein's clients,
00:30:09then maybe doing the Fox News interview every night wouldn't be so tainted.
00:30:13But we're not getting that, are we?
00:30:22Now, though there is time, with each day that passes, people are losing hope that we're going to see any of it.
00:30:33And with each day that passes, Trump's most ardent supporters that have been there since 2015,
00:30:39not the Johnny-come-latelys that are grifting and cloud-chasing,
00:30:41but the real ones, the ones that have suffered, the ones that have been arrested,
00:30:47the ones that have been censored, the ones that have been attacked.
00:30:51With each passing day, without any signs or momentum towards what we expect,
00:30:58it's only going to get worse.
00:31:02And everybody kind of is starting to feel it and sense it now.
00:31:06But you're going to see more stories, you're going to see more headlines,
00:31:10you're going to see more of it from Trump's base, more of it from the right.
00:31:14And they can parade around all day and do Fox News interviews and play dress-up and cosplay and everything else,
00:31:20but the noise is only going to get louder.
00:31:23And Dan Bongino can only calm people down with posts on X so many times.
00:31:28Now, because of X, we get an idea of where the commentary is at.
00:31:37And I'm not saying X is the be-all, end-all.
00:31:39And as I stated earlier, I think it was yesterday or last week, but I guess it was yesterday,
00:31:44it's pretty clear to me that during the election cycle, in election season,
00:31:53social media has more impact and influence on political commentary.
00:31:59But in an off-election year, the corporate news media still carries the weight and carries the power.
00:32:04So you're not really getting the full—they're not really feeling the full heat of this
00:32:11because the corporate media is all on board
00:32:14and pretty much all mainstream conservatism, right-wing Republican, is all pro-Trump now.
00:32:23So they're kind of riding that wave, and they're not really getting the impact
00:32:28and the heat from social media like they would during an election cycle.
00:32:31But once the midterms come, folks, it's going to be a really harsh reality.
00:32:38And if they wait too long to deal with it, it's going to be too late.
00:32:43And it's very, very observable to witness on social media.
00:32:50So they can run to Fox News for the glad-handing and run to Fox News for the ratings
00:32:54and run to Fox News to put on the face for the American people,
00:32:59but it's not really working.
00:33:04It's not really working.
00:33:09So this is what the—this is going to be the biggest issue on the right come the midterms,
00:33:14is if you don't have major results, you're going to lose the House.
00:33:20Now, the Democrats, they've got their own problems,
00:33:24and you can see the split happening right now.
00:33:27It's dire—it's a dire time.
00:33:29Bernie Sanders and AOC draw thousands at Idaho Rally.
00:33:32Now, I think they're probably exaggerating these numbers.
00:33:34When you look at the crowds, you can tell.
00:33:35Like, they claim they had a 35,000 crowd in L.A.
00:33:38Well, I don't think so.
00:33:39But it was probably at least 10,000.
00:33:43They let Bernie on the stage at Coachella.
00:33:46But those people are all, you know, probably drugged and drunk out of their minds,
00:33:48so I don't really know how much of that matters.
00:33:52Now they're claiming to draw 12,000 at an Idaho rally.
00:33:58So the Democrats are probably going to realize something here.
00:34:03For the presidential election, they're going to have to go moderate
00:34:05if they can survive the midterms, that is.
00:34:10The midterms, they're going to go full-on anti-Trump.
00:34:12And eventually, the Democrats that are even trying to posture themselves
00:34:15as moderates right now for the 2028 election, like Gavin Newsom,
00:34:20or some in the media that are losing rating over Trump derangement syndrome,
00:34:25eventually, everyone's going to realize the path forward is
00:34:28to win in the midterms, we have to be hardcore against Trump.
00:34:33And then, to win in the general, we need to go back to being moderates.
00:34:37So the Democrats have it—they're going to have it figured out by then.
00:34:42The buzz builds around Ocasio-Cortez's future.
00:34:46So Bernie Sanders parading her around,
00:34:48getting ready to burn down the Democrat establishment.
00:34:52It will have its impact in the midterms.
00:34:55They will get good results.
00:34:56And if the Republicans don't have anything big that happens before then,
00:34:59they're going to lose the House.
00:35:02And then the question becomes,
00:35:04how much damage can Bernie Sanders and AOC do
00:35:08to the Democrat establishment?
00:35:09Meaning, in 2028, will they even be able to go back to being moderate,
00:35:15or will they have to go so extreme over the top for the midterms
00:35:18that there is no going back?
00:35:20And the only way forward is to go fully radical
00:35:22with the likes of an AOC type, an outright communist type.
00:35:28Meaning, Gavin Newsom
00:35:29wouldn't even sniff a stage at that point.
00:35:34Or he'll just have to come out as hardcore against Trump,
00:35:36but he can't really do that as governor
00:35:37because that would hurt his status as governor.
00:35:43And Trump can hurt the state of California
00:35:45that relies on federal money.
00:35:48So you've got that going on
00:35:49and all of that moving forward.
00:35:51Now,
00:35:52this is Gavin Newsom's California.
00:35:58This is a heartbreaking video.
00:36:00And this is the stuff that we want to fix, folks.
00:36:01This is the America we're trying to put in the past.
00:36:05And it's a young kid walking through the streets.
00:36:07Clip six, guys.
00:36:08A young kid walking through the streets of San Francisco
00:36:11surrounded by deranged, drug-addicted, homeless people.
00:36:19And it really tells the story right here.
00:36:21This is not the future you want for that child.
00:36:27But this is where it's going.
00:36:29This is the third world status of Democrat-run cities.
00:36:33This is the third world status
00:36:35that Democrat policies have brought to America.
00:36:37Now, let's be fair.
00:36:38The Republicans have done this, too.
00:36:40It wasn't until the Trump administration
00:36:42that there's actually some attempt to stop this from happening.
00:36:45But the Republicans have been just as responsible
00:36:47for doing this to our cities.
00:36:49The Democrats just run them.
00:36:50So it's like the Republicans just kind of let them run the cities
00:36:56and then the Democrats just let them run them into the ground.
00:37:00That's what we're trying to reverse.
00:37:04We're trying to reverse the end of American exceptionalism.
00:37:08We're trying to reverse the end of American greatness.
00:37:11We're trying to reverse the end of the great American cities.
00:37:14That's where all of this is headed.
00:37:17Fast.
00:37:17We've all witnessed it.
00:37:20And it's going to take a major reversal
00:37:23so that the next generation can walk down a city street
00:37:27and not be surrounded by filth, degeneracy, and derangement.
00:37:36And going on Fox News and cosplaying Ice Barbie is not doing it.
00:37:50And there's only so many public statements Dan Bongino can make
00:37:55before the people have had enough.
00:37:58All right.
00:38:03I want to pivot here shortly and address some of this trade stuff
00:38:07that we see hitting the news because there's a trend on social media.
00:38:13And I think it's kind of having a reverse impact.
00:38:15But the Chinese communists are obviously trying to put a bunch of propaganda out there
00:38:20so that you turn against Trump.
00:38:22So what do you think?
00:38:25Does that make you turn against the Trump tariffs or support them more
00:38:29so we can bring these...
00:38:30By the way, these are American brands.
00:38:34All made in China.
00:38:36And again, it's all the policies.
00:38:38It's the tariff policies.
00:38:40It's the regulation policies.
00:38:41It's the tax policies that Washington, D.C., our politicians have sold us out to China
00:38:47to enable this to happen.
00:38:52Trump always points it out.
00:38:5490,000 factories used to exist in this country producing products.
00:38:58Now they're all in China or a vast majority of them in China.
00:39:02But if you see that and maybe you don't know what's going on,
00:39:04does that make you turn against Trump with the tariffs or support him?
00:39:08I would think that would make you support him.
00:39:11Say, gee, why is all this stuff made in China?
00:39:14Why don't we make stuff here?
00:39:15I mean, if you're against carbon emissions,
00:39:18then you certainly don't want them made in China
00:39:21because they don't have the same carbon emission standards.
00:39:25Plus, somehow they got to get here.
00:39:28So that's emitting even more carbon.
00:39:31So you'd think that the green left would be all four putting factories in the United States,
00:39:38where we have more regulations on carbon emissions
00:39:40and we have the highest consumer economy numbers
00:39:42so you wouldn't have to transport them to the other side of the planet.
00:39:47So to me, understand, that's part of a Chinese propaganda campaign happening right now.
00:39:53And they think these videos are going to turn you against Trump.
00:39:56Well, more is coming out in response to this.
00:39:59Like, did you know your designer brands, they claim they're made in Europe,
00:40:02but actually they're also made in China and they have this loophole
00:40:06and they have a bunch of different ways of doing this, by the way.
00:40:08Like, they'll buy some incorporate, like they'll incorporate some land in Europe,
00:40:12but it's really just a Chinese company with Chinese people and laws and regulations running it.
00:40:17Or they'll make the product in China and then send it to Europe so it gets a tag put on it.
00:40:23So now this is also getting exposed in the same frame that you're seeing those other videos.
00:40:30Here's an example in clip four.
00:40:33This is why this bag from our factory only costs you $1,000.
00:40:38Have you all seen that TikTok by the Chinese guy exposing how luxury goods are actually made?
00:40:42Basically, he says most of the luxury brands we use every day are actually made in China,
00:40:48then shipped to Europe just to get rebranded and sold back to us at insane prices.
00:40:52Like, a wedding ring that would cost $2 in China somehow turns into a $2,000 ring.
00:40:57China is the world's biggest manufacturing hub.
00:40:5980% of your Gucci, made in China.
00:41:0260% of your Prada, also made in China.
00:41:05Even Chanel, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Adidas, Nike, you name it.
00:41:10The only real difference?
00:41:11China ships the products to Europe, slaps on a made in France or made in Italy label, and boom.
00:41:17Luxury? It's ridiculous.
00:41:19While people are out here clowning Shane and Temu for being cheap and low quality,
00:41:23the expensive stuff you think is handcrafted in Paris or Milan?
00:41:27Yeah, that's made in China too.
00:41:28So, what are you really worried about?
00:41:30Come on, your mega hat?
00:41:32That's made in China too.
00:41:33So, this whole issue has been, it's long overdue to be addressed.
00:41:42Trump is just the guy who's decided he's going to do it as the president of the United States.
00:41:47But really, if we weren't so divided by the media and by our politics,
00:41:52every American should be in support of this,
00:41:54and we should be willing to take the short-term pain for the long-term gain.
00:41:57Because it will be beneficial long-term for America, it's not even close, it's not even debatable.
00:42:03The jobs, the economic boom, everything.
00:42:06Hell, it's even better for the environment.
00:42:08Go down that lane if you want.
00:42:10It is even better for the environment.
00:42:12But this is how China has been rigging the global market for years,
00:42:15while rigging their currency as well.
00:42:17So, nobody wanted to step up and do anything about it until President Trump.
00:42:25So, he's right.
00:42:26This is going to be probably the biggest victory.
00:42:28This is probably going to be his best claim to fame at this pace of what we've seen.
00:42:34The economy is going to be Trump's greatest success.
00:42:36And he's still got a lot to go to get there,
00:42:38and there's going to be obstacles and people trying to stop it.
00:42:40But I do see that being a success.
00:42:42I think we'll get a great economy under Trump.
00:42:45Now, they'll try to sabotage it with God knows what,
00:42:50make another man-made virus in a lab and release it or something else,
00:42:54start a giant war, a false flag.
00:42:56But Trump is going to get the economy right.
00:42:58He's going to get the economy right.
00:43:01That path is pretty laid out and clear to me.
00:43:06But some of the other stuff we addressed at the top of the hour,
00:43:08I'm not seeing it right now.
00:43:11I'm just not seeing it.
00:43:12And the noise, wondering where all the arrests are and the deportations are,
00:43:18just continue to grow and grow and grow.
00:43:20And eventually, you know,
00:43:22even the people that just want to support Trump all the time,
00:43:26for whatever reason,
00:43:29because that's their persona or that's their grift or whatever,
00:43:32eventually they're going to have to say,
00:43:34okay, hold on a second here.
00:43:36I don't know how much longer I can defend this.
00:43:45But there's probably,
00:43:46there's going to be,
00:43:47there's going to be changes at the administration.
00:43:53And Bondi will probably be the first one.
00:43:58Because that's just,
00:43:59that's just where most of the incoming is being directed,
00:44:02is at Bondi right now.
00:44:03And rightfully so.
00:44:11The deportation standoff,
00:44:14sending the U.S. towards a constitutional crisis.
00:44:16Oh yes,
00:44:17the Washington Post.
00:44:19Well,
00:44:20you're a
00:44:22citizen of a foreign country,
00:44:24not the United States of America.
00:44:26I'm sorry,
00:44:27you don't have a constitution.
00:44:29You don't have a Bill of Rights.
00:44:31You're here as a visitor.
00:44:35But this is really a wild thing.
00:44:38Where you have the Democrats,
00:44:40they fight harder for non-citizens
00:44:42than they do for Americans.
00:44:45And it's being proven yet again.
00:44:46Democrats in the courts
00:44:48are fighting for non-citizens.
00:44:50They'll release violent criminals back on the streets,
00:44:52no problem.
00:44:54No problem.
00:44:55Democrat judge,
00:44:56violent criminal,
00:44:57release them back on the streets.
00:44:58Child molesters,
00:44:59release them back.
00:44:59They don't care about you.
00:45:05But,
00:45:05but,
00:45:06ooh,
00:45:06the Trump administration
00:45:07wants to deport
00:45:08illegal immigrants,
00:45:10illegal aliens,
00:45:12violent criminals.
00:45:13Here come the Democrat judges
00:45:14to stop it.
00:45:17Why do Democrats
00:45:18love violent criminals
00:45:19on the streets?
00:45:21Can somebody explain this to me?
00:45:23Why are the Democrats
00:45:25obsessed more than anything
00:45:27with keeping violent criminals
00:45:30on the streets?
00:45:32And why doesn't the media
00:45:33put them to task on this?
00:45:34The media goes along for the ride.
00:45:37It's disgusting.
00:45:40All right,
00:45:40we're about to get into
00:45:42the real ID
00:45:43situation here.
00:45:45But first,
00:45:47here is Ron Paul.
00:45:50Decades ago,
00:45:51when this was first being introduced,
00:45:54Ron Paul addressed it to Congress,
00:45:55and it went like this.
00:45:57Recognized for three minutes.
00:45:58I thank the gentleman
00:46:01for yielding,
00:46:03and I ask unanimous consent
00:46:04to revise and extend my remarks.
00:46:05Without objection,
00:46:06so ordered.
00:46:07Mr. Speaker,
00:46:08I rise in support of the rule.
00:46:11I rise also in support
00:46:12of the session's amendment.
00:46:14But I also would like
00:46:15to take this time
00:46:16to make a few comments
00:46:17about why I will be voting
00:46:19against the bill.
00:46:20With the utmost sincerity
00:46:23and the deep conviction,
00:46:25I am quite confident
00:46:29that this bill,
00:46:31if you vote for it,
00:46:32you will be voting
00:46:33for a national ID card.
00:46:35And I know some
00:46:36will argue against that,
00:46:38and they say this is voluntary,
00:46:39but it really can't be voluntary.
00:46:41If a state opts out,
00:46:43nobody's going to accept
00:46:44their driver's license.
00:46:45So this is not voluntary.
00:46:47Matter of fact,
00:46:48even the House Republican
00:46:49conference who sent
00:46:50a statement around
00:46:52and some points
00:46:53about this bill said,
00:46:54the federal government
00:46:54should set standards
00:46:56for the issuance
00:46:57of birth certificates
00:46:58and sources of identification
00:46:59such as driver's licenses.
00:47:01This is nationalization
00:47:02of all identification.
00:47:05It will be the introduction
00:47:07of the notion
00:47:08that we will be carrying
00:47:10our papers.
00:47:11Matter of fact,
00:47:11I think it might even be
00:47:12a little bit worse
00:47:13than just carrying our papers
00:47:15and showing our papers.
00:47:17Because in this bill,
00:47:18there are no limitations
00:47:19of the information
00:47:20that may be placed
00:47:21on this identification card.
00:47:23There are minimum standards,
00:47:25but no maximum limitations.
00:47:27And the secretary
00:47:27of the Department
00:47:28of Homeland Security
00:47:29can add anything at once.
00:47:31So if they would like
00:47:32to put on there
00:47:33the fact that you belong
00:47:34to a pro-gun group,
00:47:36it may well appear
00:47:37on your national ID card
00:47:40because there may be
00:47:40an administration someday
00:47:41that might like
00:47:42to have that information.
00:47:43But there's no limitations
00:47:46as far as biometrics.
00:47:48There's no limitations
00:47:49as far as radio frequency
00:47:51identification.
00:47:53That technology
00:47:54is already available
00:47:54and being used
00:47:55on our passports,
00:47:58which means
00:47:59that you don't have
00:48:00to show your papers.
00:48:01All you have to do
00:48:01is walk by somebody
00:48:03that has a radio frequency
00:48:05ability to read your passport
00:48:08or read your driver's license.
00:48:11And there's, listen,
00:48:13there's no limitation
00:48:14as to what they can put
00:48:15on these documents.
00:48:19And this bill also allows
00:48:22the definition of terrorism
00:48:23to be redefined.
00:48:25There is no limitations.
00:48:27And, you know,
00:48:27in many ways,
00:48:29I understand how well-intentioned
00:48:31this is.
00:48:31But to me,
00:48:32it's sort of like
00:48:33the gun issue.
00:48:34Conservatives always know
00:48:36that you don't register
00:48:37guns.
00:48:38That is just terrible
00:48:39because the criminals
00:48:41won't register their guns.
00:48:43But what are we doing
00:48:44with this bill?
00:48:45We're registering
00:48:45all the American people.
00:48:48And you want to register
00:48:50the criminals
00:48:50and the thugs
00:48:52and the terrorists.
00:48:53Well, you know,
00:48:54why does a terrorist
00:48:55need a driver's license?
00:48:56They can just steal the car
00:48:57or steal an airplane
00:48:59or steal a bus
00:49:00or whatever they want to do.
00:49:02So you're registering
00:49:03all the American people
00:49:04because you're looking
00:49:06for a terrorist
00:49:06and all the terrorists
00:49:07are going to do
00:49:08is avoid the law.
00:49:09But we,
00:49:10the American people,
00:49:11have to obey the law.
00:49:12If we don't,
00:49:12we go to prison.
00:49:13So I rise in strong
00:49:15objection to this bill
00:49:16and I hope
00:49:16that there will be a few
00:49:18that will oppose
00:49:18H.R. 418.
00:49:20I'm inspired.
00:49:22Well, that was
00:49:23well ahead of his time
00:49:24there from Ron Paul,
00:49:25not just about the real ID,
00:49:27but I think we're seeing
00:49:29it in real time now,
00:49:30this definition of terrorism
00:49:33and how it's applied
00:49:34and now it just applies
00:49:36to speech.
00:49:37Now it just applies
00:49:38to speech
00:49:39that the government
00:49:40deems as terroristic
00:49:41and they say,
00:49:42oh, you said that?
00:49:43You're a terrorist now.
00:49:45So he was right
00:49:46about more than
00:49:46just the real ID,
00:49:48but helps give us
00:49:50an idea of what
00:49:50we're dealing with here.
00:49:51Now, joining me
00:49:51on the other side
00:49:52to talk about this,
00:49:54the constitutional implications
00:49:55is Josie,
00:49:56the redheaded libertarian,
00:49:58and so we'll get
00:49:59an update on
00:50:00where this thing stands,
00:50:01but I think
00:50:01there's a reason
00:50:04why people are
00:50:04instinctually against it
00:50:06despite it seeming
00:50:08just like another
00:50:09trivial ID.
00:50:11You want a quick story
00:50:13about how
00:50:14ass backwards
00:50:16or bass-ackwards
00:50:17the current
00:50:18status of the
00:50:20United States of America
00:50:21is?
00:50:21Take a listen
00:50:22to this quickly.
00:50:24Where do you get
00:50:24your eggs?
00:50:26Where do you get
00:50:26your drugs?
00:50:28Clip 2.
00:50:29I just came from
00:50:30the dispensary
00:50:30and now I'm walking
00:50:31to my neighbor's
00:50:32to get eggs
00:50:33from her little
00:50:34stand over there.
00:50:36I'm buying eggs
00:50:37on the street
00:50:37and weed in the store.
00:50:38I don't know
00:50:39what the fuck's going on.
00:50:41What the?
00:50:42It's true.
00:50:43You go down the street,
00:50:44you got the brick-and-mortar
00:50:45weed store
00:50:46with all the different
00:50:47options totally regulated,
00:50:48and then you gotta
00:50:49creep around
00:50:50at the farmer's market
00:50:51and maybe your
00:50:52little neighborhood
00:50:53chicken coop
00:50:56get some eggs
00:50:57off market.
00:50:58So weed
00:50:59on market,
00:51:00eggs off market.
00:51:01Fun time.
00:51:02Interesting times
00:51:03in America.
00:51:03Okay.
00:51:04Joining me now
00:51:05is Josie the red-headed
00:51:06libertarian.
00:51:06She might want to
00:51:07comment on that.
00:51:08I don't know where
00:51:08she gets her eggs
00:51:09or her weed.
00:51:10Maybe neither.
00:51:11but I wanted to have
00:51:13her on here
00:51:13because she's been
00:51:14outspoken about
00:51:15the real ID
00:51:15and she's done
00:51:16some constitutional
00:51:17coverage of this
00:51:18through that lens.
00:51:20And so I said,
00:51:20hey, let's come on
00:51:21and talk about this.
00:51:22Well, it's been a topic
00:51:24of conversation
00:51:25for decades now,
00:51:27but now Christy Noem
00:51:29announcing we're
00:51:29bringing real ID.
00:51:30It's about to be
00:51:31applied in the United
00:51:32States of America
00:51:33here in just a few
00:51:34short months.
00:51:35What is kind of your
00:51:36instinctual reaction
00:51:37to this?
00:51:37And then when you
00:51:38look deeper into it,
00:51:39what do you think
00:51:40the real applications
00:51:41and repercussions are?
00:51:44Thank you for having
00:51:45me on, Owen.
00:51:46Nobody could possibly
00:51:48say it any better
00:51:48than Ron Paul did
00:51:49in that earlier clip.
00:51:51But this is a very
00:51:53unconstitutional,
00:51:55a very unconstitutional
00:51:58matter that's at hand
00:51:59right now.
00:52:00So according to
00:52:02the 10th Amendment,
00:52:04if it's not explicitly
00:52:05written in the articles
00:52:06of the Constitution,
00:52:08then it goes to the
00:52:09states.
00:52:09So this is a states
00:52:10right that we're
00:52:10dealing with to give
00:52:12the state citizens
00:52:14the identification.
00:52:18So we're having an
00:52:19overreach of power
00:52:20in the 10th Amendment.
00:52:21And then under the
00:52:22articles, the fourth
00:52:24article, it says that
00:52:27the privileges and
00:52:27immunities clause,
00:52:28and that protects
00:52:30interstate travel,
00:52:31and that's a fundamental
00:52:32right as well.
00:52:32So now we're under two
00:52:33places where this is
00:52:34unconstitutional.
00:52:35So what the government's
00:52:36doing is they're, once
00:52:37again, exploiting the
00:52:38Commerce Clause,
00:52:39treating us like either
00:52:40commodities or criminals
00:52:41in order to make
00:52:42something constitutional
00:52:43that isn't.
00:52:45And I believe that there
00:52:46are bigger risks at hand
00:52:48here when it comes to
00:52:50what the real
00:52:52implications are.
00:52:54We just finished
00:52:55fighting against
00:52:56vaccine passports.
00:52:57Now, are there any
00:52:58limitations on what
00:53:00this could turn into?
00:53:02Could a new regime
00:53:03come into power who
00:53:04doesn't like me and
00:53:05who doesn't like you
00:53:06and demand that we
00:53:08have our vaccine
00:53:09passport hooked up to
00:53:11this?
00:53:11Is there going to be
00:53:12biometric data like
00:53:13there is in a passport?
00:53:15So there's a lot of
00:53:17risks.
00:53:18This is a real Pandora's
00:53:19box that we're dealing
00:53:20with here.
00:53:23NRA, are you going to
00:53:25have to put whether or
00:53:26not you're with a gun
00:53:28group?
00:53:28Are you going to have
00:53:29to have your political
00:53:31affiliation on there
00:53:32someday?
00:53:33We don't know.
00:53:33We don't know what
00:53:35this could possibly
00:53:35bring in, but we're
00:53:37being demanded to pass
00:53:41the groundwork for it
00:53:42in states.
00:53:43Well, and I agree.
00:53:45The Ron Paul breakdown
00:53:46of this, and history
00:53:47repeats itself, too.
00:53:48And that's why when I
00:53:50look at Congress right
00:53:51now, there's really, I
00:53:53mean, there's a handful
00:53:53of conservatives, maybe.
00:53:55I mean, there's plenty
00:53:55of Republicans, but
00:53:56conservatives, not many.
00:53:58You have Thomas Massey,
00:53:59who's probably the
00:54:00really staunch, he's
00:54:01really the only staunch
00:54:02conservative.
00:54:02You have Rand Paul, and
00:54:04you got some others that
00:54:05lean conservative.
00:54:06But as far as just true
00:54:07conservatism, it's almost
00:54:09totally extinct as far as
00:54:10Congress is concerned.
00:54:11So you go back and you
00:54:12listen to Rand Paul 20
00:54:13years ago, whether it's
00:54:15about this, the Patriot
00:54:16Act, all the other stuff,
00:54:16Ron Paul, a true
00:54:17conservative, he was
00:54:19totally right.
00:54:19He was totally right
00:54:20about everything.
00:54:21He's been proven right
00:54:22in time, and we need to
00:54:23listen to that.
00:54:24We need to heed his
00:54:26warnings as he's been
00:54:27proven right decades
00:54:28later.
00:54:29The only one that
00:54:30sounds, or acts like
00:54:31him might be his son
00:54:31Rand, but really Thomas
00:54:33Massey more than
00:54:33anybody.
00:54:34Unfortunately, Massey
00:54:35gets attacked, but he's
00:54:36warning about this real
00:54:37ID.
00:54:38But I think you nailed
00:54:38it right there, and this
00:54:39is where the
00:54:40understanding needs to,
00:54:43Americans need to
00:54:44understand what the
00:54:44real implications.
00:54:45They say, well, it's
00:54:46just another ID.
00:54:47Oh, it's just like
00:54:48getting a driver's
00:54:48license.
00:54:49No, it's not.
00:54:50It's an ID database
00:54:53that can put all this
00:54:54information into a
00:54:55database connected to
00:54:56this ID that could
00:54:58really, the limitations
00:54:59are none.
00:55:00It could, oh, well, now
00:55:01it's just you get on an
00:55:02airplane.
00:55:03Well, what's next?
00:55:04Cross state lines?
00:55:05Go to the market?
00:55:06Go to the doctor?
00:55:08How do we get Americans
00:55:09to understand this isn't
00:55:10just some new ID that they
00:55:11want you to have that's
00:55:12going to be nice and
00:55:12convenient?
00:55:13It'll be nice and
00:55:14convenient for the deep
00:55:14state to monitor and
00:55:15track and have a database
00:55:17on you.
00:55:18Yes, and this is a Bush-era
00:55:20Patriot Act relic.
00:55:21who wrote the Patriot Act
00:55:23wrote this.
00:55:25This is, this is, this
00:55:27has been left over for
00:55:2820 years.
00:55:30And, you know, states
00:55:30already issue these ideas,
00:55:32these IDs.
00:55:33And the thing is, if we
00:55:36permanently, because you
00:55:37and I, we like our
00:55:38president.
00:55:39So if we're like, well,
00:55:40our president isn't going
00:55:41to hurt us, you know,
00:55:42like he has, his heart is
00:55:44in the right place, you
00:55:45know.
00:55:45So if we relinquish,
00:55:46willingly relinquish this
00:55:48individual and state
00:55:49liberty that we have,
00:55:51we're relinquishing it
00:55:52with it.
00:55:53We're relinquishing the
00:55:55checks and balances for
00:55:56when somebody does come
00:55:57into office who doesn't
00:55:58like either of us.
00:56:00And that's the major
00:56:01risk.
00:56:01And then what it could
00:56:02turn into, what it could
00:56:03snowball into.
00:56:04It's a national ID.
00:56:07I'm wondering how many
00:56:08members of the Trump
00:56:09administration are even
00:56:11aware of what this thing
00:56:12really is.
00:56:13I mean, you'd think,
00:56:15well, that'd be stunning
00:56:15that Kristi Noem would
00:56:16come out here and promote
00:56:18and get something, get
00:56:20something passed or
00:56:21support something that
00:56:22could end up being used
00:56:23against us.
00:56:24But it looks like that's
00:56:26where we're at.
00:56:27I mean, it looks like
00:56:28that's what Kristi Noem
00:56:29is doing.
00:56:29And I mean, I'm not
00:56:30trying to give Kristi
00:56:30Noem too much of a hard
00:56:31time today.
00:56:32I think I've given her a
00:56:33hard time enough, but it
00:56:34is what it is.
00:56:35She's the one parading
00:56:36around, dolling herself up
00:56:37ice Barbie.
00:56:38That's what she's doing.
00:56:40And so I sit here and I
00:56:42say, Kristi, you're
00:56:44spending a lot of time in
00:56:45hair and makeup and the
00:56:46glamour to her.
00:56:47Do you know what you
00:56:48just promoted?
00:56:49I don't think she does.
00:56:51I mean, to her credit,
00:56:53she was one of the best
00:56:54governors during the
00:56:55COVID lockdowns and all
00:56:56those mandates.
00:56:57She was one of the best
00:56:58in South Dakota.
00:57:00So it's not like this is
00:57:01something that goes along
00:57:02with her political history.
00:57:03It's totally antithetical
00:57:04to it.
00:57:05So I'm just thinking,
00:57:05Kristi, did you just
00:57:07promote something that
00:57:08you know nothing about?
00:57:09Because this isn't about
00:57:10your politics.
00:57:11This goes against what
00:57:12you stood for.
00:57:13And this isn't about
00:57:16voting.
00:57:16They're pitching this as
00:57:18something to fly.
00:57:20And as Thomas Massey said
00:57:21and as Rand Paul said,
00:57:22like, okay, the terrorists
00:57:24are just going to
00:57:25circumvent that.
00:57:25They're just going to use
00:57:26their passports.
00:57:27They're not going to get a
00:57:27real ID.
00:57:28So what you're doing is
00:57:29you're putting a national
00:57:31ID on all the citizens to
00:57:33look for a terrorist.
00:57:34And they're not even going
00:57:35to have it.
00:57:35It's like guns.
00:57:37It's like registering a gun.
00:57:39The terrorists aren't going to
00:57:40register their guns.
00:57:41They're going to
00:57:41circumvent that, too.
00:57:42So all of these laws that
00:57:45they're putting in place to
00:57:45protect us from the
00:57:46terrorists are really just
00:57:49hurting the citizens and
00:57:50taking away our individual
00:57:51liberties.
00:57:52And it did come out of
00:57:53left field where Kristi
00:57:54Noem was supporting this.
00:57:55So I do wonder if she knows
00:57:57what she's doing.
00:57:58And I wonder why the Bush
00:57:59administration didn't
00:58:00enforce it and why Obama
00:58:01didn't enforce it and why
00:58:03Joe Biden didn't enforce it.
00:58:04Why is Trump all of a
00:58:05sudden enforcing it?
00:58:06Do they just not know?
00:58:08Are the lobbyists
00:58:09pitching it in some way
00:58:11that fits his political
00:58:14agenda?
00:58:14Maybe I'm not I'm not
00:58:15sure, but it did to me
00:58:16come out of left field as
00:58:17well.
00:58:17Well, and, you know, just
00:58:19to get full spectrum
00:58:20analysis here, a lot of
00:58:21people are saying that the
00:58:23entire Trump administration
00:58:24is about tricking
00:58:26conservatives into going
00:58:27along with things that
00:58:28would be against their
00:58:29beliefs.
00:58:29So I have to monitor that.
00:58:31I have to make sure that
00:58:31that's not the case.
00:58:32You know, you're you're
00:58:33you're a principled
00:58:35constitutional libertarian.
00:58:36And so you just remain,
00:58:38you know, straight on that
00:58:40path.
00:58:40It's not about the
00:58:41politician.
00:58:42It's about the policies.
00:58:44So I kind of look at this
00:58:45the same way.
00:58:45But OK, if I look at that
00:58:47through this, through that
00:58:48lens and that angle, I'm
00:58:50saying, well, this is
00:58:51this is basically the
00:58:53introductory phase to the
00:58:54government ID microchip
00:58:56into your body.
00:58:58I mean, that's what this is
00:58:59like to me.
00:59:01Yes.
00:59:01Well, passports have
00:59:02biometric data in them.
00:59:04You know, are there going to
00:59:05be radio frequencies?
00:59:06Are they going to
00:59:06eventually say, OK, well,
00:59:07everybody has a real ID now
00:59:08because you can't opt out of
00:59:09it.
00:59:10You cannot if you opt out of
00:59:11it, then you can't fly.
00:59:12You either have to get
00:59:13better biometric data in a
00:59:15passport or you have to get
00:59:17the real ID if you want to
00:59:17fly, period.
00:59:18So what if you want to go to
00:59:19Alaska?
00:59:20Can't do it.
00:59:21What if you want to go to
00:59:21Hawaii?
00:59:22I guess you can you can take
00:59:23a boat, maybe.
00:59:24I don't know.
00:59:25That's probably going to
00:59:26that's probably going to
00:59:27require passport or real
00:59:29ID as well.
00:59:29So this is a really, really
00:59:33dangerous precedent that
00:59:36they're that they're
00:59:37setting.
00:59:37And, you know, the thing is
00:59:38people are like, well, I
00:59:39already do this.
00:59:40It's just an ID.
00:59:41It's not that bad.
00:59:42States already issue it.
00:59:42Yes.
00:59:43States already issue it.
00:59:45The states issue it.
00:59:46The issue is that the
00:59:48federal government is
00:59:49infringing on state
00:59:50sovereignty by giving
00:59:52them this order on how
00:59:53they need to issue this
00:59:55universal ID to everybody.
00:59:57And this is this is the
00:59:58crooks of the matter.
00:59:59This is where the problem
01:00:00is.
01:00:02Well, they already if you
01:00:03go to the airport, you'll
01:00:04see they have these new
01:00:05scanning stations set up
01:00:06and it's just more
01:00:07invasion of privacy, just
01:00:08making the flying experience
01:00:10more miserable than it
01:00:11already is and doesn't
01:00:12need to be.
01:00:13But you can opt out of
01:00:14that.
01:00:15You don't have to do the
01:00:15photo thing to confirm
01:00:17your ID.
01:00:18Now they'll give you a
01:00:19hard time.
01:00:20You know, maybe they'll
01:00:20take you around back for a
01:00:22nice little personal
01:00:22screening.
01:00:23So people just just go
01:00:25along with it so they
01:00:25can avoid that.
01:00:26Same thing with the
01:00:26TSA line and everything
01:00:28else.
01:00:28So you make you make
01:00:29decisions in life.
01:00:30And right now they're
01:00:31saying, well, you can opt
01:00:33out, but you're going to
01:00:34have to have some other
01:00:35form of ID like like a
01:00:37passport so you can have
01:00:38your passport ID.
01:00:39Well, eventually they're
01:00:40going to shut that down.
01:00:41Eventually they're going to
01:00:42say, nope, that's not
01:00:43going to be acceptable.
01:00:44You're going to have to
01:00:44get this idea.
01:00:45I mean, that's clearly
01:00:45where this is all going.
01:00:46They want a centralized
01:00:47database federally of all
01:00:49your personal information,
01:00:51but then probably just like
01:00:53a like a folder of who
01:00:54you are, what you are,
01:00:56what you've what you've
01:00:57done in your past vaccine.
01:00:58I mean, everything it'd
01:00:59be.
01:00:59So, I mean, that's clearly
01:01:00where this is going.
01:01:01I think in the past it's
01:01:02fallen flat because nobody
01:01:04really wanted to support it.
01:01:05They saw the ramifications
01:01:07and how unpopular it was
01:01:08politically.
01:01:09So maybe the lobbyists are
01:01:10trying to roll it out with
01:01:11Trump right now because of
01:01:12the high approval ratings and
01:01:13and the just undying support
01:01:15that he has.
01:01:16But when Kristi Noem announced
01:01:18it, there was a lot of
01:01:19pushback.
01:01:20So, I mean, they're supposed
01:01:21to enact this thing.
01:01:22I think it's next month is
01:01:23the time where it's like
01:01:24officially.
01:01:25Yeah, next month.
01:01:26I mean, I don't know.
01:01:28I don't think there's
01:01:28anything we can do to stop
01:01:29it at this point.
01:01:30That's my concern.
01:01:31I mean, they have to pull
01:01:32it back on their own and
01:01:33maybe maybe they'll do some
01:01:35internal polling and realize
01:01:36this really isn't popular.
01:01:37I think they're trying to
01:01:38exploit right now the
01:01:39Israel-Palestine conflict.
01:01:41Personally, that seems to be
01:01:42who's getting booted out of
01:01:44the country at the highest
01:01:45rate and, you know, there's
01:01:47a lot of protectionism when
01:01:48it comes to that.
01:01:49But you and I are consistent
01:01:51on this, Owen.
01:01:52So if Joe Biden or Kamala
01:01:54Harris were pitching a
01:01:55national ID, I would be just
01:01:58as enraged as I am now.
01:01:59You'd be just as enraged.
01:02:00And, you know, maybe these
01:02:01people who are like, oh, it's
01:02:02not that big a deal would be
01:02:03just as enraged.
01:02:05But we deal with people who
01:02:07feel like they have a loyalty
01:02:08that they need to uphold to
01:02:10the president.
01:02:10You know, it's okay to
01:02:11disagree with him sometimes.
01:02:12In fact, he really likes that.
01:02:14So it's all right to disagree
01:02:16with the president.
01:02:17It's all right to speak up and
01:02:18speak your mind against things.
01:02:20And not everything he's going
01:02:21to do is perfect.
01:02:22And I don't think this is
01:02:23coming from him.
01:02:23I think this is coming from
01:02:24somebody else and being sold
01:02:26to him as not that big a deal.
01:02:28But really, it's a large
01:02:30infringement on states' rights.
01:02:33Yeah.
01:02:33And like you said, we had to
01:02:35we were successful when they
01:02:37tried to roll out the vaccine
01:02:39cards and passports.
01:02:40We were successful stopping that.
01:02:42It didn't it didn't get its
01:02:43claws into us.
01:02:44So it seems like, you know,
01:02:45we got another one of these
01:02:46battles ahead with this real
01:02:47I.D.
01:02:49I wonder if this is something
01:02:52like you said, I wonder if this
01:02:53is something Trump even knows
01:02:55much about because it was
01:02:57strange that Christy Noem was
01:02:59the one that kind of brought
01:03:00this up and announced it to
01:03:02the public, even though it was
01:03:03kind of already in policy dating
01:03:05back to the Biden
01:03:05administration.
01:03:06They just delayed it to this
01:03:08day.
01:03:08So the Trump administration
01:03:09could still delay it.
01:03:11They could still delay this
01:03:12and say no go.
01:03:15But this is not something
01:03:16here's what I want to address
01:03:18that you just brought up.
01:03:20And people need to understand
01:03:21this, folks.
01:03:22You need to know this.
01:03:24A lot of this stuff that you're
01:03:25seeing on social media is bought
01:03:27and paid for propaganda.
01:03:28It's taken over social media.
01:03:30A lot of these accounts, they
01:03:31will literally get paid to
01:03:33support any policies that come
01:03:35out of the Trump administration.
01:03:36So you need to understand a
01:03:38lot of these people that say,
01:03:39oh, the real idea is great.
01:03:41Oh, it's no big deal.
01:03:43Beware that that is literally
01:03:44political propaganda.
01:03:46Yes, it exists in MAGA, too.
01:03:48Yes, it exists in Trump world,
01:03:50too.
01:03:50It's all mainstream now.
01:03:51It's it's it's everywhere.
01:03:52It's on social media.
01:03:53It's in the Trump movement.
01:03:56So that's another warning I try
01:03:57to issue for people, too, is
01:03:59just because you see all these
01:04:00Trump supporters telling you
01:04:01it's great or not to worry
01:04:02about it.
01:04:03Beware, because that might be
01:04:04bought and paid for
01:04:05propaganda as well.
01:04:07Yes, we just went through that
01:04:08with Coca-Cola.
01:04:11We just had a bunch of
01:04:12Republican influencers come
01:04:15out in favor of welfare and
01:04:17Coca-Cola and saying, oh, it's
01:04:19it's an individual liberties are
01:04:20being infringed on.
01:04:21And that's not the case when
01:04:22it's tax dollars that your
01:04:24individual liberties are being
01:04:25infringed on because you're
01:04:26you're buying crap.
01:04:27I mean, when it came to Coca-Cola,
01:04:28you're buying crap on the
01:04:30taxpayer dollar.
01:04:31And a lot of these people are
01:04:32also on Medicaid and Medicare.
01:04:33So we're also paying for their
01:04:35diabetes medication.
01:04:37So you will be misled by some
01:04:39influencers.
01:04:40So when you when you're following
01:04:42the influencers, cross check them
01:04:43against other influencers, you know,
01:04:45or against a media outlet that you
01:04:48trust, because there will be some
01:04:49that are paid a couple grand just to
01:04:52mislead you in a way from a lobbyist.
01:04:54That does happen in the Republican
01:04:57faction in it, just like it
01:04:59happened under the Democrats,
01:05:01under Joe Biden.
01:05:02Well, I'm not surprised you're
01:05:03well aware of this and you're very
01:05:04active on actually got a pretty big
01:05:06X following there and you do a lot
01:05:07of spaces and a lot of interviews.
01:05:09And I try to explain it to people
01:05:10like this.
01:05:12You've you we understand now
01:05:13you watch mainstream news.
01:05:15You're dealing with a lot of
01:05:16propaganda.
01:05:17You follow politics.
01:05:19You've got a lot of paid for
01:05:20influence campaigns.
01:05:22Well, now it's the digital influence
01:05:23campaigns.
01:05:24Social media is mainstream media
01:05:26now.
01:05:27And Trump politics is
01:05:29mainstream Republican
01:05:30conservative politics now.
01:05:32So a lot of that money, a lot of
01:05:34that influence is now being funneled
01:05:35into social media.
01:05:37And you're seeing it in more ways
01:05:38than one.
01:05:40You just brought up the one with
01:05:41the with the snap program.
01:05:44So the one thing like people will
01:05:46see it's really easy to identify it.
01:05:48And this is some of the stuff that
01:05:49led us here.
01:05:49It's really easy to identify it when
01:05:51you see local news all reading off
01:05:53the exact same teleprompter
01:05:55prepared, you know, opening
01:05:56monologue.
01:05:57Right.
01:05:57We can sit here and play 36 of the
01:05:59exact same opening monologues on
01:06:00local news reports that is just
01:06:02fed into the teleprompter for them
01:06:03to read.
01:06:04People see that.
01:06:05We've seen it with the Democrats.
01:06:06The only difference with Democrats
01:06:07is they literally just copy and
01:06:09paste.
01:06:10They just they'll send out the thing
01:06:12to post and they'll just literally
01:06:13copy and paste it.
01:06:14Republicans, conservatives are a
01:06:16little smarter than that.
01:06:17So they'll take the prepared, you
01:06:19know, propaganda and then kind of
01:06:20rework it a little bit and massage it
01:06:22a little bit so that it's not just
01:06:23cut and paste like you see on the
01:06:26left.
01:06:27But it's definitely there.
01:06:29And, you know, I don't know.
01:06:32I people want to think that they're
01:06:33smarter than everyone else.
01:06:34They want to think they're smarter
01:06:35and they and they know politics
01:06:37better than everybody else.
01:06:38But this is one that I think a lot
01:06:39of the Trump base is is still not
01:06:41fully aware of.
01:06:43And I get it.
01:06:43You want to trust people and you
01:06:45want to trust people that are part
01:06:46of the MAGA movement.
01:06:46And I'm not saying you're bad.
01:06:48I've always said, hey, I'm a
01:06:49capitalist.
01:06:49If you want to if you want to make
01:06:50money on social media promoting
01:06:51that stuff, more power to you.
01:06:54But I think people need to be
01:06:56aware, just like if you're watching
01:06:57mainstream news getting
01:06:58propaganda, you're scrolling
01:06:59through X, you're getting
01:07:00propaganda now, too.
01:07:03Yes, absolutely.
01:07:04So make sure that you trust the
01:07:05people that you're listening to.
01:07:06And I've had people reach out to
01:07:08me to try to pitch things that I
01:07:09don't agree with.
01:07:10My moral compass is the U.S.
01:07:12Constitution and the Bill of
01:07:13Rights.
01:07:14And if I feel like it goes
01:07:16against that, like if they're
01:07:17reaching out to me to support a
01:07:19war, for instance, I have to think
01:07:21to myself, OK, is this protected
01:07:22under Article 4, Section 4 of the
01:07:23U.S.
01:07:24Constitution?
01:07:24And if it's if it's for offense
01:07:26and not defense, then it's not.
01:07:27And I'm not going to go anywhere
01:07:28near it.
01:07:28So it's good to have a moral compass.
01:07:30It's good to have people that you
01:07:31trust.
01:07:32And and just just try to use
01:07:35just try to use discernment.
01:07:39Now, it's going to get it's going to
01:07:40get worse than it is now when it
01:07:42comes to propaganda, as the
01:07:43lobbyists really rev up and as
01:07:46things get a little more chaotic,
01:07:47the longer we go.
01:07:48Yeah.
01:07:48And I've always said, focus on the
01:07:50what, not the who.
01:07:52And that's that's not just what
01:07:53the propaganda that you see
01:07:54because say, who is it?
01:07:55Oh, and who is it?
01:07:56It's not about who it is.
01:07:57It's about what it is.
01:07:58Like an issue with you said with
01:07:59the snap benefits and coke.
01:08:00That was a what thing, not a who
01:08:01thing.
01:08:02But the same thing just goes for
01:08:03these political movements.
01:08:04Just stay focused on what you
01:08:06believe in, not who you believe
01:08:08in.
01:08:08And everything else will will sort
01:08:09itself out for you.
01:08:10Let me ask you this, though,
01:08:11because the constitutional
01:08:12coverage is your expertise and
01:08:14you do about as good of a job as
01:08:16anybody on social media covering
01:08:18that.
01:08:18They call this deportation
01:08:20standoff with the
01:08:22noncitizens a constitutional
01:08:24crisis.
01:08:25What is your response to that?
01:08:27The Alien Enemies Act is what
01:08:29President Trump is using.
01:08:31And under the Alien Enemies Act,
01:08:33which was passed by Congress,
01:08:34four of the five members of
01:08:36Congress actually signed the U.S.
01:08:38Constitution that were in the Fifth
01:08:40Congress that also signed on to the
01:08:41Alien Enemies Act.
01:08:43And it's been it's been
01:08:45approved by SCOTUS as well.
01:08:48So we're dealing with something that
01:08:49is constitutional and it is it grants
01:08:53the president the right to well, he can
01:08:56declare an invasion or a predatory
01:08:58incursion and he can begin removing
01:09:02people from our country under this
01:09:05without Congress and without due
01:09:08process.
01:09:09And this falls under his powers,
01:09:12his executive powers under Article
01:09:14Two.
01:09:15And so, I mean, this has been this
01:09:17has been checked and it's been
01:09:18rechecked and it's it's it's gone
01:09:20through the the test of SCOTUS and
01:09:22it's it's constitutional.
01:09:24So it's not a constitutional crisis.
01:09:25These are people who've never read the
01:09:26Constitution.
01:09:27So maybe maybe they don't even know
01:09:30how to read.
01:09:31But let me not let me ask you to
01:09:33apply it to a more direct situation.
01:09:35People that are here legally, not
01:09:37citizens, but people that are here
01:09:39legally that are getting deported for
01:09:41speech.
01:09:42Where is that at?
01:09:44Is that is that a constitutional issue
01:09:45or is Trump cleared on that, too?
01:09:47It depends on what the speech is.
01:09:50Not all speech is constitutional speech.
01:09:52So I know you're you're referencing that
01:09:54gentleman who the activists, the
01:09:57Palestinian activists.
01:09:58I'm sorry, I can't remember.
01:10:00Mahmoud Khalil.
01:10:01There's others, too.
01:10:02There was the there was the doctor
01:10:03that wrote a piece that they were
01:10:04trying to deport.
01:10:05So, yeah.
01:10:05But those are the specific examples.
01:10:08Yes.
01:10:08So I don't know the specifics of what
01:10:10the speech they said.
01:10:11So if they if they said something
01:10:14that was incitement, OK, if they
01:10:15incited if they were passing out
01:10:17pamphlets that said we're going to
01:10:18meet at this time to do this thing
01:10:21and it incited a riot or a sit in
01:10:25in a way that disturbed something,
01:10:26I don't know.
01:10:27I'm just giving a hypothetical here.
01:10:29If they did that, that is not
01:10:31protected speech and they would be
01:10:33in violation.
01:10:34Now, if you or I did that, we might
01:10:37get a fine or get go to jail for a
01:10:40little while or community service.
01:10:42I don't know.
01:10:42We might get something like that.
01:10:43But if you're not here as a citizen
01:10:45of the United States, they can really,
01:10:48really do anything.
01:10:50They can really say, OK, well, you
01:10:51know what, this is I can deport you
01:10:53over this.
01:10:54And they have it's rare
01:10:56when they do that, but they can.
01:10:58And we're seeing that power exercised
01:11:00right now.
01:11:01Yeah.
01:11:02It might have been it might have been
01:11:03rare, you know, last year.
01:11:05It's pretty it's pretty it's pretty
01:11:07common now.
01:11:08So so it does sound like it is
01:11:10constitutionally protected, though.
01:11:13Yes, it would be constitutionally.
01:11:15So if the speech they said were
01:11:16constitutionally protected and they
01:11:17were still getting booted because of
01:11:19it, it could be an alien enemies act.
01:11:22You know, oh, well, you're going to
01:11:23fall in with the invaders now.
01:11:24There's no due process now.
01:11:25So it could be something like that.
01:11:27I wish I had more information on the
01:11:29case and I'd be able to.
01:11:30Well, it's all going to be tested now.
01:11:31I mean, it's all going to be tested.
01:11:33It's the Supreme Court will make the
01:11:34decision and we'll see how it goes.
01:11:35Josie.
01:11:35Josie.
01:11:35Josie.
01:11:36Josie.
