Kharagpur (West Bengal), April 20, 2025 (ANI): BJP Leader Dilip Ghosh reacted on the killing of Hindu leader Bhabesh Chandra Roy in Bangladesh on April 20. He said, “The Hindus in Bangladesh are in God’s hand. The way Hindus are hanged and killed there, Hindus are fleeing from there out of fear. Still, that is a foreign country, but the Murshidabad is in our own country. Even here, Hindus are nots safe.”Later he appreciated West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose for helping victims of Murshidabad violence and slammed the government of West Bengal and Chief Minister Mamata Banarjee for not helping people and restricting media, BJP members to meet the victims.On West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose, he said, "... What happened is barbaric... This should never happen again. People are in panic... We should re-establish normalcy there and bring people to confidence that there is someone to protect them, and also take all steps to see that such things are warded off in future... Out of many demands, one prominent one was for a permanent BSF camp there..."
